Dirty butter container that was thrown in with our order.

Ordered 3 bagels sliced and toasted through the kiosk with a few other items. Brought food out to RV to eat and noticed that the bagels were sliced but not toasted. I realized I had forgotten to order a different bagel with cream cheese so I went back in to order. This time I went up to the manager at the register and asked it they no longer toast the bagels. She said yes, unless it is a big order? Ok. Lazy employees? So I order 2 more bagels toasted and as the manager was putting them into the bag, she seemed surprised to find something else in the bag. She switched bags and when I asked what the issue was, she said that food keeps falling off her fingers. Maybe time to change the gloves...? Came back to rv and opened bag and found container of butter nasty with avocado stuck on it. Pretty poor for a Panera.

We had a great experience getting the Tuesday special on bagels (13 for $7.99) and using a reward. On top of that I had a $20 gift card to figure out. The manager (and trainer) helped the counter girl work through the process with us. And they let us pick the bagels we wanted which is not the norm in Boise for getting the Tuesday Deal. Also had a reward for 1/2 off a pastry item. Giving 5 stars to counter some of the negative reviews from the branch covidians with their armchair industrial hygiene degrees.

Stopped for a late lunch. We were tired of fast food take out. Such a nice change. Good southwest chicken salad, wild rice chicken soup and chicken avocado sandwich. I like the iced tea selections. For Covid all the employees are masked, they have a plexiglass protector, every other table is closed and the sign says the tables are sanitized every 30 minutes. Our cups and straws were given to us in plastic bags. Friendly staff and quick service. Highly recommend.

We love Panera food and stopped while on vacation in the black hills. Service was great and the lobby was clean. Food was overall good but the cookies were rock hard. That is the only reason I didn't give four stars. Worth stopping better than greasy fast food

I really like the new Croque Monsieur Croissant with turkey. This is location is co-located with many stores in the area. Easy access.

I seem to get a lot of hair in my sandwiches at times. Blond-whitish hair. I want a refund.

The portions seemed smaller for carry out from what you get if you eat inside. Especially the salad.

What can I say????…read more Super good! I went for Pho mainly. I was going to try a different restaurant the day before called Pho Vietnam, but they put a bad taste in my mouth before I could even try it. I'm glad I didn't, and I'm glad I tried this place instead. Menu has a good selection. Seems like also some Chinese American food. I got a Thai tea; which was amazing. I ordered a grilled beef banh mi that came with a side salad! Sooo big and huge.. Then I ordered steak pho with tendon... I ordered a small and it was more than enough. Good portions, flavorful and had some good depth. Good amount of veggies to add to pho.. I dipped my banh mi into the pho and that takes it to another level. It was nice inside the restaurant, the ambiance was nice and calm...service was good and helpful. I couldn't finish all my food and was able to pack it all up. I will definitely return.

I always try to support local restaurants, and I was excited to give Pacific Rim a try. The first…read morething that stood out was the restaurant itself--the ambiance is very nice, clean, and inviting. On a beautiful summer Friday evening during tourist season, I was a little surprised it wasn't busier because the space creates a great first impression. We ordered the General Tso's Chicken, Mongolian Beef, spring rolls, and two boba teas. The sauces on both entrées had good flavor, but unfortunately the proteins were the weak point of the meal. The chicken was fair, but the beef was extremely tough and dry. The texture was so chewy that it almost felt like beef jerky that had been rehydrated in sauce. The rice also didn't seem fresh and fluffy as I would have expected. The spring rolls were easily the best part of the meal. They were fresh, flavorful, and the highlight of everything we ordered. The boba teas were a bit underwhelming. They were so sweet that the sweetness completely overpowered the tea flavor, making it difficult to appreciate the drink itself. Our total came to about $64, including a 15% tip on a pickup order. At that price point, I expected better quality and value, especially considering the portion size of the Mongolian Beef. I genuinely want local restaurants to succeed, and Pacific Rim has a nice atmosphere and some promising flavors. However, based on this experience, the quality did not match the price. I think more attention to ingredient freshness and execution would go a long way. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because I'd like to see the food live up to the potential of the restaurant itself.

This restaurant was one I found during a trip to Rapid City, SD and through YELP, so shout out to…read moreYELP. This is very much a diner style restaurant in the very best sense of the word, "DINER." The night I dined here, it was somewhat after the usual dinner rush, so the crowds were gone and the hostess led me to a corner booth near the back of the restaurant and handed me a menu. Like many diners you may have eaten at, the menu at COLONIAL HOUSE is huge. As I get older, huge menus are becoming more intimidating because they offer a large volume of selections that you have to choose from while a server is waiting (sometimes not all that patiently). That having been said, there is enough variety on the menu here that if you can't find something you'd like, you are probably a very picky eater. One surprise and also an intimidating one was the humongous portions that are delivered when your plate arrives. I knew immediately that I would not be able to finish the meal and resolved not to try and ask for a take-out box once I ate what I could finish. My dinner (what I managed to eat was excellent) and the server had no problem providing me with a take-out box. The food kept well in my hotel's room fridge and reheated well the next day for lunch. The baked products at COLONIAL HOUSE were a feast for the eyes and I ordered a piece of strawberry shortcake to take with me back to my hotel. Mouthwatering delight! If you are visiting Rapid City and want to completely SKIP over the far too numerous chain restaurants in the area and get far better food brought to you by servers who actually seem to like their jobs and the reputation of their employer, look no further than COLONIAL HOUSE. Just make sure you come with a completely empty stomach and a big appetite.

Opportunities: Service was ok but nothing special. Salads were run of the mill. For the $20 price tag would have expected more. Overall: Looks and feels like a Perkins.
