Came in for the coffee-got a turkey avocado, a pastry breakfast and a cold brew thanks again-

Great vibe, great space, great coffee and breakfast. Found myself in Rapid City, SD, on a cross country road trip from Montana to PA. Found this gem after the hotel breakfast didn't look inspiring. My daughter and I had the oatmeal with sliced bananas and a grain bowl with eggs and sausage, both were delicious. The space is light and bright and feels fun. They have a VW van inside where you can actually go inside or eat at tables adjacent to it. The staff is very friendly. We ordered at the counter and were served at our table with a smile. It was so good that I bought whole bean coffee to go! They had cute merch. If you are in town or nearby, this is a great stop! Loved it.

I cannot say just how amazing this beautiful place is. From the moment you step through the door, you feel both exhilaration and comfort. Coffee, fogs (the honey lavender is perfection), pastries and foodies. Staff are comfortably personal with you and feel like an old friend.

My family and I stopped by Harriet & Oak for breakfast while visiting Rapid City. It's a really cool spot with a unique, health-conscious menu that blends fresh ingredients with classic breakfast options. Most of us were excited to try something different, but one member of our group wasn't feeling it -- they were more into fast food or typical American diner fare. That said, I personally really enjoyed my meal. The flavors were fresh, my food tasted delicious, and I appreciated the creative, wholesome approach to breakfast. The vibe inside was chill and welcoming, and the staff were friendly. If you're open to trying something beyond the ordinary, Harriet & Oak is a great spot to check out.

Cool place is DT Rapid City. We were heading to Mt Rushmore (as many other were), but wanted coffee for the roadmap. H&O is in a very nicely renovated historic building. Menu for coffee covers all the standards. I opted for an Americano. Came out piping hot, smooth flavor profile, low acid. Exactly what I wanted. The service was fast and friendly. If in Rapid City, I would recommend. N*joy!

Amazing chai and great drip coffee. Avocado toast could have been better it lacked salt. Good waffles. Fun cute vibe :)

A cute coffeeshop in a beautiful building! The vibes are nice and there's a camping van inside that you can sit in! The drinks were good and the baristas were pretty nice! The pastries looked good! The locals in there were nice and gave us some of their favorite hiking spots

Found the cutest local coffee shop and I'm obsessed The coffee is AMAZING and their breakfast is just as good--especially the pop tarts (you have to try them ). The ambiance is so cozy and inviting, perfect for slow mornings or catching up with friends. Definitely a new favorite spot!

Great vibe and cool interior design, lots of different seating options, whether you're here for work or pleasure. mellow background music playing, free WiFi and a fairly quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Order at the counter and will be brought to your table. Nice menu with very refreshing options, good selection of interesting beverage combinations.

Coffee bar and sandwiches - love it! Had the curry croissant. Messy but good. Love the VW bus as part of the decor.

We ordered a sausage roll, beef pie, hashbrown, aussie breakfast and some hot lattes. The puff pastry they use for the sausage rolls and beef pies is perfect. It's light and flaky. The sausage itself was well seasoned. The beef pie is kind of similar to a sloppy joe minus the tomato flavor, it is comforting and delicious. I just love a good hashbrown and they have a good one. The aussie breakfast is a great option if you want a combo, everything tastes great, the sausage links, bacon, eggs and the sourdough. The lattes were good. We ordered the pumpkin spice and the cafe miele. I enjoyed the hot pumpkin spice latte, it has more pumpkin flavor but it's still pretty discrete. Their lattes are smooth and served at a perfect temperature. There's good seating indoors and outdoors, it's a modern yet cozy atmosphere. The staff are nice, and they will bring you your food and drinks whether you're sitting inside or outside.

We drove by and saw a lot of people so had to try the next morning for breakfast. So glad we did because we loved the Sausage Roll and Bacon Jam Avo Toast! I also loved my Cafe Miel Iced Latte. We also shared the Aussie Breakfast, which was good, hearty, and filling. Notes: Workers were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Clean shop with tables for small and large parties. Outside seating also available. Clean bathroom as well. This was a great way to start our morning before a long drive to Yellowstone!

These pastries are rather bountiful. We selected the cardamon roll, coffee bun, cinnamon roll, morning bun, chocolate croissant, and a slice of banana bread. We got these mostly to go home for future nibbling but had to sample each. I expected the cinnamon roll to be the winner but the coffee bun was by far the most outstanding with its cookie butter filling. The lattes were exceptionally delightful with the right amount of espresso kick and the syrups were not too sweet. The quiche was like a slice of cake! Light, flakey, and delish. My breakfast sandwich was unexpectedly wonderful with a toasted brioche bun, egg, sausage and garlic aioli. Bitesized potatoes made the small plate complete. Believe me, you won't be sour from choosing to dine here. You'll be back!

It was fresh, flavorful, and impossible to stop eating. The hot Calabrian salami was equally impressive. It had the bold, savory flavor and gentle heat you'd expect from authentic Calabrian salami, with a rich depth that made it stand out from anything you find at a typical grocery store. You can really tell they prioritize quality ingredients and traditional craftsmanship. If you're looking for authentic, delicious products that taste like they were made with care, this is definitely a place worth visiting. I'll absolutely be back to stock up and try even more!

I have only had their coffee "shakes", which I would say are an attempt at a Frappucino. They charge more than Starbucks ($5 + tax for a 24 oz!), but are nowhere near as good. They add so much ice to them that you have to poke your straw around and "drink" it a straw full at a time. I usually give up and use a spoon or scrape it put of the cup with the straw. Speaking of the straws: They can't even be bothered with giving one to you. You have to get it out of a jar. They are cheap, skinny and flimsy straws. As i type this, I've been working on my drink so long that I can taste the plastic from the straw. They also don't accept credit/debit cards. Any costs associated with accepting these could certainly be paid for with part of the price of the drink. The one big positive is their baked goods. Cookies and brownies are delicious. However, this is a COFFEE shop, so I am basing my rating solely on the drinks I have had. I would much rather support a local business, as opposed to a national chain, but I'd choose Starbucks over this location any day.
