Amazing food everytime. I don't branch out much because the things I've tried are so good. I'm a big soup lover so I always come here if I'm sick or hungover. Definitely a bit pricey but for fresh ingredients and healthier foods than typical fast food I'd say it's worth it.

Ordered 3 bagels sliced and toasted through the kiosk with a few other items. Brought food out to RV to eat and noticed that the bagels were sliced but not toasted. I realized I had forgotten to order a different bagel with cream cheese so I went back in to order. This time I went up to the manager at the register and asked it they no longer toast the bagels. She said yes, unless it is a big order? Ok. Lazy employees? So I order 2 more bagels toasted and as the manager was putting them into the bag, she seemed surprised to find something else in the bag. She switched bags and when I asked what the issue was, she said that food keeps falling off her fingers. Maybe time to change the gloves...? Came back to rv and opened bag and found container of butter nasty with avocado stuck on it. Pretty poor for a Panera.

We had a great experience getting the Tuesday special on bagels (13 for $7.99) and using a reward. On top of that I had a $20 gift card to figure out. The manager (and trainer) helped the counter girl work through the process with us. And they let us pick the bagels we wanted which is not the norm in Boise for getting the Tuesday Deal. Also had a reward for 1/2 off a pastry item. Giving 5 stars to counter some of the negative reviews from the branch covidians with their armchair industrial hygiene degrees.

Stopped for a late lunch. We were tired of fast food take out. Such a nice change. Good southwest chicken salad, wild rice chicken soup and chicken avocado sandwich. I like the iced tea selections. For Covid all the employees are masked, they have a plexiglass protector, every other table is closed and the sign says the tables are sanitized every 30 minutes. Our cups and straws were given to us in plastic bags. Friendly staff and quick service. Highly recommend.

We love Panera food and stopped while on vacation in the black hills. Service was great and the lobby was clean. Food was overall good but the cookies were rock hard. That is the only reason I didn't give four stars. Worth stopping better than greasy fast food

After being inundated with burgers, I felt like something a little lighter/healthier was in order. AMBIANCE - just off the main strip of downtown Rapid City you'll find this cafe. Cafe is spacious and clean, and is connected to a brewery where, if you're inclined to do so, they will bring your food over to you while you sit there. The Brewery has board games you can play at your table and a variety of pinball machines. SERVICE - service was....ok. I was asking the guy about one of the toppings on the sandwich and he looked at me like I was an alien. Maybe it was his first day? Not sure. He was nice, but not as knowledgeable as you might like for someone working the register. MENU - they had a pretty good mix of sandwiches (hot and cold), and also had a few sides. I also saw they had some homemade lemonades and such, which I was tempted to try, but did not end up trying instead. FOOD - my wife and mother got the badlands sandwich which had roasted sirloin mushrooms, swiss and and side of horeradish mayo. My mom and I both did the rapid city which kind of seemed like a philly cheesesteak sandwich (grilled beef, onions, peppers, jalapenos, smoked gouda with a lime cilantro), while my kids rocked the pastrami. The sandwiches were a pretty good size (at almost $20 a piece, they better be). My kids thought the pastrami was good and after days of burgers, it was a nice change up. My wife liked her sandwich, which was mostly carried by the horseradish mayo. My mom and I thought our sandwiches were just...ok. The meat needed salt, and the lime cilantro was not very flavorful. I ended up stealing some of my wife's horseradish mayo which helped, but just a bit. OVERALL - good not great. Wish the meat was a little more flavorful and the food came out a bit quicker (there was only one order ahead of us and it took a good 20-30 minutes to get our food). Not sure I'd come back. These pastries are rather bountiful. We selected the cardamon roll, coffee bun, cinnamon roll, morning bun, chocolate croissant, and a slice of banana bread. We got these mostly to go home for future nibbling but had to sample each. I expected the cinnamon roll to be the winner but the coffee bun was by far the most outstanding with its cookie butter filling. The lattes were exceptionally delightful with the right amount of espresso kick and the syrups were not too sweet. The quiche was like a slice of cake! Light, flakey, and delish. My breakfast sandwich was unexpectedly wonderful with a toasted brioche bun, egg, sausage and garlic aioli. Bitesized potatoes made the small plate complete. Believe me, you won't be sour from choosing to dine here. You'll be back!

The place was fairly quiet, so we got right up to the counter and placed our order for a apricot "pop tart" pastry, an Elvis waffle, and a turkey avocado sandwich with a coffee & an Americano. Service was congenial and swift. Seating is rustic and hip (they have an adorable Volkswagen van inside the cafe) and lots of nice seating. The coffees were great and the petite apricot "pop tart" was super tasty. My turkey sandwich was fresh with high quality turkey breast (looked like it was shaved off a breast of a big roasted turkey, not traditional cold cut pressed turkey) and delicious fresh ingredients (fresh avocado, sprouts, beautiful bread), but my husband's waffle stole the show! Smothered in peanut butter with sliced bananas, chocolate chips, and whipped cream, that was on top of a perfectly executed Belgian waffle - I kept stealing bites! It was absolutely delicious!! Looking forward to returning and trying something new (if I can keep myself from ordering the Elvis waffle or that delicious turkey avocado sandwich again!) ;)
