I'm stoked! It's kinda cheesy (sorry bad pun) at first with the subway type vibe but goes away the second you see your pizza look delicious even before the oven then holy crap! When it comes out of the oven (you can watch it while you wait) it has perfect crispy crust and killer melt on the cheese...Connor, Ian, Legee, Chrstine and Jay were easily the best and most polite servers and pizza chef in town...it really makes a difference when the service is good, I feel like it makes the food taste better...Six Stars! read more

I had a great experience for the first time visiting after wanting to try out the pizzas! The service was kind and they offered samples of delicious little brownie bites to try. I had a wonderful pizza with the thin crust! I asked for everything on it and extras veggies, which was no problem. The employees made sure I had everything I needed and did not hesitate to give me a extra napkins when I was enjoying the pizza making a mess on my plate! I will definitely come back. I really enjoyed coming here as it was not to far from the location I was at. I liked the menu and different choice of dough for the pizza! read more

I'm not sure how this place is still in business. I only went back tonight because they offered me a free pizza after destroying my order last time. The problem is less the pizza and ALL the employees. I'm pretty sure a job requirement is haven't been fired from any previous employment. The "manager" appears to be hanging out with the other so called employees. Trash talking and sticking her bare hands into the ice tray in order to dramatically describe another workers mood earlier. I don't think reading is a requirement. The frustration level I experience in this place is not worth the pizza. Especially when they run out of cheese on Friday night. It's as though nobody has any training. I had to ask my 14 year old if I was crazy or did he see what I saw. He said it surprising and he wondered how old you had to be to work there, he could run this place at 14 better than these people that don't even seem to want to be there. The worst experience ever. Awesome little spot. Conveniently located by the gym and the movies. I'm lactose intolerant so I wasn't expecting much more than a salad when I came in with friends. However the manager Irma informed me of the vegan cheese substitute I could use on my pizza and I've been hooked ever since. Genuinely felt welcomed and really appreciate them accommodating my diet restrictions. Super nice staff, great management and a clean venue. I'll definitely be back. read more

4.5 stars This is one of our favorite places, and we stop in once or twice a month even though a new location has opened closer to our home. The staff is always friendly, we enjoy reading the T-shirts, and the ability to have the pizza toppings prepared just the way we want is such a fantastic asset. The baking is a little erratic at times, but we've learned to watch and catch them as they take the pie out and request a little more time in the oven if necessary. The one drawback is that the cutting isn't always very even, so some slices are disproportionately large or sometimes aren't cut all the way through. I also love their Black Cherry soda, and even though we have tried a couple of other locations, this one can't be beaten for its winning combination of staff and tasty food. read more

I received a gc to blaze puzza and thought it woukd be like a pizza rev but the First time I came here I was excited to try it since they have vegan cheese and I can add all the veggies I wanted. I quickly learned They are greedy with the veggies and was constantly asking for more which did not taste fresh. With credit still remaining on my gc, I decided to try it again and still no taste to it. Also the associate here decided to clean the windows around my table when I was the on my person here and spraying the cleaner all over the place to where I couldn't enjoy my meal and ended up leaving. I love the greeting when I first walked in. It's my first time here and I got a half bbq chicken and my boyfriend got half meat eater. My bbq chicken side got a lot of banana peppers and I got a little overwhelmed, it's my fault though, should've ask just for a little. My boyfriend said he loved his meat eater. My favorite pizza place. Love the gluten free dough. I also love that you can build your own pizza and that they have a lot of toppings to choose frrom. Place is clean and staff are friendly. Only bummer is the parking during weekends. Since they are situated at the mall parking is always hard. I wasn't very impressed. There were employees standing behind the glass who were screaming at the top of their lungs for fun. After a long day of driving and shopping, that was not something I wanted hear. I would have left had I not already paid for my food. Once I sat down to eat, I noticed that the vegetables weren't fresh. The salad was mushy, arugula was wilted, and red peppers were soggy. It was also a bit bland, and could have used more salt all around. After a few bites, I couldn't stand to eat anymore. I won't be returning. read more

I came here with a group of friends for lunch on a weekday. There was no line so we were able to order immediately. The staff was very nice and explained the ordering process to us thoroughly. You could see that the dough was made fresh and the ingredients looked fresh as well. I ordered a two topping pizza with chicken and basil. They also have a lot of specialty pizza options. The food didn't take long to make and they called our names out when they were done. Food quality and taste were very good. The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of parking. Anyone on a low-carb diet who would still like to go out for pizza should go to Blaze Pizza. They have the best customer service. Their motto is "never say no" and they certainly live up to that. I requested a pizza without dough and Blaze Pizza made that happen! I have made this request at other pizza places and they were unwilling to even try to accommodate me. At Blaze Pizza they listened to my request and said they would try, which was all I could ask. Several employees discussed how to accomplish this, they took my suggestions into account, and they made a delicious doughless pizza for me. From the time I walked into this restaurant I received nothing but rudeness and disrespect, I was never greeted or acknowledged by any of the employees working the counter. Finally when 1 came over I asked if I could speak to a manager and much to my surprise she replied, that would be me. when I told her my grievance her only reply was " gotcha" she never offered an apology or any kind of propitiation. After it was time for me to come up and take my order after allowing the pizza to sit there for 2 to 3 minutes without calling me, the disrespect and the rudeness and unpleasantness just continued. I asked two of them if they could tell me who the general manager of the store was...They both replied she is, pointing to the previous lady that so rudely took my order who said that she was the manager....When I replied no, I know that she is the manager but who is your general manager they both replied we don't have a general manager she's the only manager. I asked for gluten free and the guy obviously didn't care enough to listen before making my pizza before realizing he hadn't been making my pizza on gluten free.. Me being in a rush couldn't stay to remake the pizza but it would've been nice if they offered to comp the pizza or something since they gave me something I didn't ask for nor order. Don't schedule a group of high schoolers who don't know what they're doing or don't have critical thinking skills to work on the same shift. Please have at least one adult scheduled with a working brain that knows how to operate when things go wrong at all times. The fact that there were six or seven employees standing around idly while the register had issues (for who knows how long) and no one could do anything about it is ridiculous. The employees didn't even tell us what was going on, they just let us wait there while they counted money from the register. At least have better customer service and let the customer know why they're waiting so long to pay? Or come up with a better system that is easy enough for these kids that you're hiring to understand. The employees looked young so I give them the benefit of the doubt, so next time have an employee around that knows how to tackle these situations especially when customers are standing around waiting. read more

Pizza is pretty good. But it's super annoying when I place an order online because I am in a hurry. I get to the location to pick up my pizza and they are just starting the pizzas for the order I put in 20 minutes ago. It's ridiculous. Let alone that there are 5 people working and only one is preparing the pizzas. The whole point of ordering ahead is so they are ready when I get there. My favorite is Caden, he's definitely portrays what "customer service" is all about, smiling, friendly and informative! He Genuinely loves working with people and it shows. These traits are some times hard to fine, unfortunately, with employees in restaurants and stores today. I knocked on the door and one employee looked then he turned to talk to a girl to I assume he ask her but she didn't even look up she just kept working.
