The establishment was looking clean tables clean and no trash on the floor.I asked Donna donna what was the beast thing on the menu , she told me the pastrami on rye bread. This is my favorite Weinerschnitzel in the whole AV. I've never frequented this chain in general, as I'm not a huge fan of the chili cheese, but the friendly staff who always makes sure my order is right, and the new and exciting menu items have won me over. I've never been inside as I have only used the drive through, but the lady with blonde hair and glasses who I'm guessing is the manager is absolutely exceptional. She remembered my weekly orders for me and my boss and is always so nice. The meatball marinara is fantastic and filling, and I really enjoy the pretzel kraut dog and jalapeño poppers. I ordered this through Uber Eats and this was my 1st time ordering any food though a delivery app. The 1st and last time. I ordered this on a pretzel bun, its on a regular bun. Very little chilli on it. Just a drop. I called the restaurant and spoke with a " manager " and instead of wanting to make it right they ( her and whomever she was talking to) were making excuses and saying the followed procedure. Yesterday March 8, 2022, I went to the Wienerschnitzel on ave K and Challenger. Terrible mistake! I was in line for about twenty min while the car in front of me had some issues with the wrong order total. I had my window rolled down and listened to the entire ordeal the manager named Elvis and a worker named Breanna were terribly rude to the lady in the car in front of me. The mistake was the restaurants fault as they charged the customer for the wrong order. As I'm sitting in my car the manager asked the lady in the car I front of me to give back any of the food she was given so that he can refund the money. The lady hands the drink to the manager Elvis and he throws it at her face really hard, I mean the drink for all over the inside of her car and I'm sure she was hurt because he threw the drink incredibly hard. This was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional I will never return to this restaurant and I will make sure that I call the BBB and the Federal trade commission. If anyone knows the name of the owner I would greatly appreciate that information because they need to know what is going on at their establishment. read more

I have been to this location twice and each time I had hoped that they wheren't rude. First time I went I ordered 2 vanilla cones and a shake and the young girl who took my order got it wrong. No big deal so I went over it with her again. When I pulled up to the window she had the audacity to tell me" that's not what you said the first time". She really wanted to argue over her mistake! REVIEW UPDATE....Some asshat used the drive thru to order $74 worth of food without calling ahead of time to pre order. It was not the workers fault. The girl at the window carried herself in a calm professional manner with a smile on her face when apologizing for the inconvenience. However, I would have had them pull around to the front and had them come in to pick it up and not hold up the drive thru. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm currently sitting in the drive thru....for 15 minutes now with the same 5 cars in front of me. No one has moved an inch in 15 minutes. Oh wait make that 4 cars in front of me. 1 car just pulled out of the drive thru apparently they didn't want to wait any longer. This place seriously needs to work on its speed. Stopped by before going to see fireworks on the 4th of July. We were second in line in the drive thru. Only ordered two corndogs, waited what seemed like much too long. The corndogs were soft, had no crunch at all and seemed only slightly warmed in a microwave. The person that took the order was not very understandable and the person that took the money was nice and very up-beat. We have had some very enjoyable food at this same location, but these corndogs were pretty hard to swallow. read more
