One of my clients put me onto this place and I am a huge fan! Some people say it's expensive, but considering you can add all of the toppings you'd like for one price, I'd say it's a great deal. The pie is a decent size, too. I like to eat half, and save half for later. You can also order half of a pie. If you're not a thin crust lover, you can order a thicker crust. They also have a gluten free option. There is a wide variety of sauces and toppings. The possibilities are seriously endless. I've been switching it up every time. My favorite part about this place is there is a ton of stuff for vegans. The crust is vegan! They also have vegan cheese that melts really well. I love that the employees pay extra attention and ask if you'd like for them to change their gloves before adding the vegan cheese (I don't make them do it but it is really nice to train them to ask!). They also have a spicy vegan chorizo option, which is delicious, even for someone who hates fake meat! The employees are always welcoming and efficient. I've never had to wait for too long here. My taste buds were "A Blaze" with anticipation but found some disappointment. We walked into Blaze looking forward to some great pizza, and though we found Blaze taste was good were a bit disappointed with the lack of options such as whole wheat or cauliflower crust instead we found the regular or the rise option which I thought would be like deep dish but was surprised to the rise was minimal compared to the regular. Very pleased that this place has moved in to our neighborhood. While I was sad to see power pizza go I am glad it was replaced with Blaze. This is a do it yourself order on the go type of place perfect for big parties and even fundraisers. The pizza was delicious. So let's start you get there and there is a line you get to the counter and the first person and greets you to write down your name and give you a number. It's line up style like subway. Then you go to the next person who puts your sauces here you pick either classic or fancy they have white and pesto which I love. Next person cheese man, loads of it. Then, yup meats and toppings. Once they place the items they make sure you like how they are placed evenly of course and of to the brick oven. Best part after they cook it they go to the drizzle section where you can add Ranch, BCue, glaze! I love it! Best of all my kids loved it. Everyone's pizza looked amazing and I know cause I was gawking! Mine was equally as great. Hubby, myself and two munchkins 11 and 6 ate three pizzas and had a bit to take home. So I've been here a handful of times since the opening, and I must say it's pretty good pizza. They only serve small individual pies, I wish they could make large pies for a big group. If you really want to get filled up, the key is to load up on the many toppings they offer. Inside the ambiance is relaxing, however this location was renovated to accommodate the pizza place and the sound can travel inside, with high ceilings. I went tonight for a grand opening event where everyone received a free, personal pizza. That's right, FREE. I didn't even know of this event, so I was already happy but as I approached the front of the line I realized it's a make your own type. Just think Subway, but for pizza. The taste was amazing and the normal crust is thin, my favorite. There is a high-grade cheese which I fell in love with and there's unique toppings, like BBQ sauce drizzle. Came in today kind of upset with my life and I was told to come here by my wife's sister after she went in with her family. She told me that the pizza was to die for, but I didn't believe a pizza could be that good. So, as I stated before I went in and I was welcome by the entire staff "WELCOME TO BLAZE" and it looked busy and I wanted to go somewhere else but I notice the line was moving faster than I expected. So I waited in line for 4 minutes and then I put my order and made my pizza with a lovely guy named Alex (I believe he is was the manager) and made me happier than I was before. This was my first time at a Blaze Pizza. I like the concept and the build your own choices. My friend ordered a regular crust pizza and I tried the Keto crust. The pizzas were great although the sign stated brown rice was an ingredient in the Keto crust which is not allowed on a strict "clean" Keto plan. Since I had not had pizza in 4 months I figured the one time rice would be ok since I was going to have PIZZA. My two star is due to cleanliness. The floors were dirty. During my time there no one came out to wipe tables. It appears they empty the garbage regularly but don't take the time to clean the food debris off the area you drop the garbage in the hole. The shelf that the napkin dispensers are located has a thick layer of dust. This is not dust from one or two days but much longer. Picture is attached of the napkin area. I asked to speak to the manager after finishing my food and a gentleman came from a back storage area or office. When I showed him the napkin area he looked at me like I had three heads and tried to say that it was nothing. He went back to his office and never told anyone to go clean it. If this is the attitude for the public area what does the back room look like? Before I eat here again I will have to see a clean dinning area first. read more

Concept is good. The 3 stars is for lack of cleanliness. They reuse the pizza pans without washing them and I can see the old cheese/sauce etc stuck on them. Its kind of gross also the bins with the toppings are not kept separated or clean even the floor is dirty.
