Stopped for lunch with the world's pickiest 8 year old. First time here. She loved the idea of picking her own toppings. We got the half pizza with a side of meatballs. I skipped the banana peppers on the meatballs and they were very delicious. Good option if you're trying to skip some carbs. We got build own pizza with original crust. My beautiful wife got chicken with all the vegetables. I build a original crust with pepperoni, bacon, tomatoes, garlic , mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and spicy sauce. Pizza are 10 inches. Setup was similar to a chipotle or subway (assembly line) for either traditional or nontraditional pizzas where you pick your doe (original, keto, cauliflower, gluten-free), then your sauce, cheese and toppings (1, 2 or unlimited). Once baked in the open gas fire oven, you add any sauce toppings (ranch, bbq etc) and grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. We truly enjoyed building our own pizzas, everyone got their own pizza and shared a slice with one another. It was the perfect experience and portion size. We all left stuffed and with huge smiles. We will be back. We ordered two cauliflower and one original pizzas. Ordered from here on a Saturday night. I ordered online and when I went to the place to pick it up they were backed up on orders. I waited about 20 more minutes in store. Not really bothered by that, I get it. I just wish they were more organized. They had one man working the cash register for in-store purchases and working the pick up orders. You could tell he was stressed out, so I hope they better prepare for busy weekends and have someone else working the pick up area. Anyways, I ordered (2) dough knots and a build your own pizza. The dough knots weren't special or flavorful, so you obviously just dunk them in sauce to get some taste. Out of a all the fast-casual pizza places I've been to so far, Blaze wins in my opinion. There are plenty of cheese, topping and sauce choices, as well as a lot of crust options including a keto friendly one, all for one set price no matter how many toppings you try to cram onto your pie. I've only tried the thin crust, which comes out slightly crispy but not burnt, and the toppings are pretty good quality overall. The drink choices are also good, going beyond just the usual soda and tea. The black cherry is one of my favorites. Is it high-end gourmet pizza? Visited for the first time this weekend and I really enjoyed this pizza! For a great price you get to put ANY fresh topping on your pizza! I tried a couple of cheeses and many other toppings and even a spicy vegan chorizo which was surprisingly great! The quality of the pizza overall and the crispiness of the crust were soo good! The place itself has a-lot of seating and was very clean with friendly service. I also ordered a drink and tried the blood orange lemonade and it was great it wasn't too bitter but it wasn't too sweet. It was perfectly balanced! We ended up ordering the heated up s'mores cookies and they were DELICIOUS. They heat them up at the front of the oven and it takes a while but it was SO tasty. It had just opened so no one was really there. You make your way to the main counter where you server greets you & asks your choice. Now this is a how do you want it kinda thing. So the pies have different prices according to toppings. You can get a plain, 2 topping or all you want. Once you decide this then it's onto the toppings. All the toppings looked super fresh. Servers were constantly washing their hands & gloving up which although it should be done we all know it's not. So very happy to see that. We each ordered our pizzas, they went into the oven & in about 5 minutes they were done. We chose to eat in. The pizzas were delicious, thin crust & highly satisfying. I ordered the red vine which had mozzarella, tomato, basil, & olive oil. I added balsamic glaze for some yummy extra goodness. I've eaten here twice recently to see how the consistency holds up. Blaze is fun since you get to build your pizza from scratch. I opt for the high rise pizza & a fast cook as I am not a big fan of thin crust nor am I a fan of burn't bottom style pizzas like Anthony Coal Fired. I add BBQ sauce as the base, go with Mozzarella & follow it up with Pepperoni, Chicken, & Bacon. Add some more BBQ sauce drizzle & there's my perfect pizza. I have to say, I enjoy the pizza, but feel the price point is a bit too high for me to eat here on a regular basis. When all was rang up, for two high rise pizzas, a side salad, & 2 fountain drinks the total was $31, not ridiculous by any means, but in the fast/casual world of food choices, I can usually feed 2 people for about $20-$25 in most cases. Quality wise, the food had some decent flavor & the ingredients tasted fresh. The staff was helpful & accomidated any custom request. I would return to Blaze, but don't see it being a spot I'd visit more than every few months as I feel my money can go further just ordering from one of the major pizza chains. read more

Blaze is okay I guess. I'm not a big fan of having to stand in line to order pizza and then have it made in a service line like a sub sandwich chain. But I guess other people don't mind. The place was fairly packed but service is fast and the line moves quickly. Prices are inexpensive and quality is okay based on what I just stated. All pizzas are between 7.00 and 9.00 dollars. As you order, you go thru the service line and you get to choose sauces, toppings, cheeses, even the amount of sauce you like, etc. Not a bad pizza pie... certainly not the best either. This is the second time I've eaten at Blaze Pizza and it's the only place I know where for less than $10 you can customize your own pizza with as many toppings as you want now that's a great deal (: The staff was wearing gloves and masks the entire time and social distancing is enforced. They do have a few tables outside so you can eat but inside is closed off. The whole menu is available and they have the new keto and cauliflower crust pizza which is an additional $4 extra. A pretty good concept.. Pizzas are customized to individual tastes and cooking is done quickly. It kind of reminds me of a "Chipotle", but for pizza. We visited during a weekday and the place was busy, but we didn't wait very long. Sizes are good for the individual pies, and many of us liked the fact that you could add what seemed like an endless amount of toppings. There is ample seating and the overall environment was chill. I had been here twice before deciding to write a review. My first experience was ok but I had customized my pizza and the flavors just didn't mesh well. So I went back and had the white top pizza. It had bacon, mozzarella, red onion, arugula, and oregano and was delicious. I shouldn't have eaten the entire thing because I was stuffed but it was definitely worth it! I love that you can customize your pizza here and it's very quick to get a fire roasted pizza. My other vice besides pizza is Cream Soda and they have it available here as well. While they have pretty basic selections for toppings, the quality is great. Their vegetables look and taste fresh even after baking. The red sauce isn't heavy unlike other places either.
