I was new to Blaze Pizza in Central Florida. I ordered a vegan pizza, cheesy bread and entree Casear Salad. Only complaint is the Entree Salad appears to be the same as a Side Salad which is very interesting - not worth $10 at all. read more

Stopped for lunch with the world's pickiest 8 year old. First time here. She loved the idea of picking her own toppings. We got the half pizza with a side of meatballs. I skipped the banana peppers on the meatballs and they were very delicious. Good option if you're trying to skip some carbs. I asked the 8 year old (who is a very experienced Yelper) if she would give the place 5 stars. She said "I'd give it 10, the pizza is really good but actually I'd give it 9" I asked why and she said "you need to deduct a star for cleanliness, there's food on the floor and the tables need a wiping down" So there you have it. read more

Walked in to an empty restaurant only to have 3 parties walk in right behind me! I know I was in the right place. They simplified their menu for some reason so I just built my own pizza. We loaded our pizza with so many toppings, it was perfect! Overall, this is the spot for pizza! Very big and spacious restaurant. Mike was also so kind and helpful when we were trying to decide what toppings to get. Thanks Mike! read more

There are several places like Blaze around and they are all pretty good but Blaze is the best. There topping top everything else out there. I don't know when it happened but one of the time times I designed my pizza, I figured out the single best combination of toppings on a pizza. You are welcome. The only thing I don't like about this place is where it's at. It's out by the Everglades and that sucks. Plus the shopping center that holds this Blaze is a clusterphuck of building and cars and a Costco read more

The atmosphere of restaurant was great. It's like pizza assembly line. You pick your crust, sauces, cheese and toppings. The staff where very friendly and informative. We got build own pizza with original crust. My beautiful wife got chicken with all the vegetables. I build a original crust with pepperoni, bacon, tomatoes, garlic , mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and spicy sauce. Pizza are 10 inches. The whole cost us 30.00 with sodas and free refills. The online app is great compare to some of the bigger pizza chains. read more

Ordered from here on a Saturday night. I ordered online and when I went to the place to pick it up they were backed up on orders. I waited about 20 more minutes in store. Not really bothered by that, I get it. I just wish they were more organized. They had one man working the cash register for in-store purchases and working the pick up orders. You could tell he was stressed out, so I hope they better prepare for busy weekends and have someone else working the pick up area. Anyways, I ordered (2) dough knots and a build your own pizza. The dough knots weren't special or flavorful, so you obviously just dunk them in sauce to get some taste. Pizza was good, sauce was a little different tasting but overall it satisfied my pizza craving. It's cheap pizza I really can't complain. I like how it was thin crust, that's my preference but other than that, I probably won't come back here again. read more

Sunday, October 1st, 2023 4:00pm party of 3 Someone treated us so I don't recall the total cost Private parking lot. No wait to order. Staff was on point and didn't skip a beat. Setup was similar to a chipotle or subway (assembly line) for either traditional or nontraditional pizzas where you pick your doe (original, keto, cauliflower, gluten-free), then your sauce, cheese and toppings (1, 2 or unlimited). Once baked in the open gas fire oven, you add any sauce toppings (ranch, bbq etc) and grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. We truly enjoyed building our own pizzas, everyone got their own pizza and shared a slice with one another. It was the perfect experience and portion size. We all left stuffed and with huge smiles. We will be back. We ordered two cauliflower and one original pizzas. One was with mozzarella, sausage, mushrooms and the other two we didn't hold back with multiple cheeses, unlimited toppings and sauces (the more the better we say) I normally take a few photos of the food/establishment however we were so engaged and lost in devouring our masterpiece pizza....my phone wasn't even a thought (which was a great thing) read more

One of the best pizzas I've had in while, and my first time at Blaze! I did takeout through DoorDash and I was so impressed with the pricing and topping availability, and the fact that you can customize it and add as many toppings as possible. Seriously, I had to stop myself from not adding everything on the menu. They also have cauliflower crust which was such a nice surprise. The pizza itself tasted delicious. Everything was fresh. I would definitely recommend this Blaze location! read more

Love this place. The pizza is always so good and fresh. They make it on the spot. They can cook it regular or well done. I always get it well done because I love my pizza crispy. Blaze Pizza - Create Build Your Own Pizza (11-inch) - Pizza Near Me - Miami, Florida

Out of a all the fast-casual pizza places I've been to so far, Blaze wins in my opinion. There are plenty of cheese, topping and sauce choices, as well as a lot of crust options including a keto friendly one, all for one set price no matter how many toppings you try to cram onto your pie. I've only tried the thin crust, which comes out slightly crispy but not burnt, and the toppings are pretty good quality overall. The drink choices are also good, going beyond just the usual soda and tea. The black cherry is one of my favorites. Is it high-end gourmet pizza? Not really, but it's a good deal for the money especially when you load up on toppings and it's way better than a lot of the popular chain pizza places. read more

Ever thought you couldn't survive without the main pizza franchises like Pizza Hut, Dominos, Papá Johns, or Little Cesar's ??? Think again.. or that their thin crust gluten free options were the healthiest ones available ? Think again. BLAZE pizza is where it's at for creativity in making your own pizza, having it pretty affordable, AND it being healthy. My wife and I were in the mood for some pizza but and wanted a healthy option for it, so we found BLAZE, while also keeping in mind price. They're pretty affordable, about $9-14 a pizza and it gives you about 6-8 slices, enough for 2 while also enough for 1 of your in starvation mode.. since the crust is thin. You have a variety of pizzas to choose from, or you have the option of making your own, and what makes them additionally awesome ? They don't charge extra for changing a pizza or adding toppings. However, extra charges apply when choosing a cauliflower or Keto crust for your pizza.. ( that's extra and you choose it 1st) The crust is very thin and crunchy which gives your pizza even more deliciousness when biting down Pizza takes less then 10 minutes to make, and there's nothing like having it fresh out of the oven.. The place is pretty spacious, right next to a Starbucks so that's convenient for some coffee afterwards. Definitely will be coming back for any pizza cravings... want healthy, not too pricey, and tasty pizza ? You found it at BLAZE. read more

Creating your own pizza, fired up and served pipping hot is not a bad idea..! Easy process, similar to other establishments. They do have an order and lots of pizzas ready to be prepared. Order it crispy or all the way cooked so you get crispy... if you want it like that! Endless toppings sounds awesome... you choose they place it in your pizza. Only downside, mushrooms, yes they go dark after some time. White mushrooms are too delicate... everything else on ingredients, very ok!!! Endless toppings less than $9.00... oh yes! read more

Great pizza , great food , great service , good comfort food , and awesome people ...

I've eaten here twice recently to see how the consistency holds up. Blaze is fun since you get to build your pizza from scratch. I opt for the high rise pizza & a fast cook as I am not a big fan of thin crust nor am I a fan of burn't bottom style pizzas like Anthony Coal Fired. I add BBQ sauce as the base, go with Mozzarella & follow it up with Pepperoni, Chicken, & Bacon. Add some more BBQ sauce drizzle & there's my perfect pizza. I have to say, I enjoy the pizza, but feel the price point is a bit too high for me to eat here on a regular basis. When all was rang up, for two high rise pizzas, a side salad, & 2 fountain drinks the total was $31, not ridiculous by any means, but in the fast/casual world of food choices, I can usually feed 2 people for about $20-$25 in most cases. Quality wise, the food had some decent flavor & the ingredients tasted fresh. The staff was helpful & accomidated any custom request. I would return to Blaze, but don't see it being a spot I'd visit more than every few months as I feel my money can go further just ordering from one of the major pizza chains. read more

Pizza was marginal at best. Not worth the price and definitely don't take home to reheat. Service was good so it's a two star.

Visited for the first time this weekend and I really enjoyed this pizza! For a great price you get to put ANY fresh topping on your pizza! I tried a couple of cheeses and many other toppings and even a spicy vegan chorizo which was surprisingly great! The quality of the pizza overall and the crispiness of the crust were soo good! The place itself has a-lot of seating and was very clean with friendly service. I also ordered a drink and tried the blood orange lemonade and it was great it wasn't too bitter but it wasn't too sweet. It was perfectly balanced! We ended up ordering the heated up s'mores cookies and they were DELICIOUS. They heat them up at the front of the oven and it takes a while but it was SO tasty. The graham cracker they use was softer and less dry than the usual ones! I was regretting all night not buying another because it was just SOO good!! read more

Before Christmas it's usually madness & I absolutely detest being out & about. You'll find me in the comfort of my home 99.9% of the time, but of course we all have last minute Christmas shopping or pickups to do. I went to London Square to pick up some orders & my kids wanted pizza. It was the first day of Christmas Break - why not? We make our way to Blaze Pizza. The space itself is clean & spacious. It had just opened so no one was really there. You make your way to the main counter where you server greets you & asks your choice. Now this is a how do you want it kinda thing. So the pies have different prices according to toppings. You can get a plain, 2 topping or all you want. Once you decide this then it's onto the toppings. All the toppings looked super fresh. Servers were constantly washing their hands & gloving up which although it should be done we all know it's not. So very happy to see that. We each ordered our pizzas, they went into the oven & in about 5 minutes they were done. We chose to eat in. The pizzas were delicious, thin crust & highly satisfying. I ordered the red vine which had mozzarella, tomato, basil, & olive oil. I added balsamic glaze for some yummy extra goodness. My son got light sauce with extra cheese & my daughter did Alfredo based pepperoni pizza. We also got cheesy bread which was amazing ! Over all super happy with the service & food! We love pizza so we will be back. read more

Blaze is okay I guess. I'm not a big fan of having to stand in line to order pizza and then have it made in a service line like a sub sandwich chain. But I guess other people don't mind. The place was fairly packed but service is fast and the line moves quickly. Prices are inexpensive and quality is okay based on what I just stated. All pizzas are between 7.00 and 9.00 dollars. As you order, you go thru the service line and you get to choose sauces, toppings, cheeses, even the amount of sauce you like, etc. Not a bad pizza pie... certainly not the best either. I don't know if I will ever come back here.... again not only on quality of the pizza but the style itself. read more

This is the second time I've eaten at Blaze Pizza and it's the only place I know where for less than $10 you can customize your own pizza with as many toppings as you want now that's a great deal (: The staff was wearing gloves and masks the entire time and social distancing is enforced. went to the London square pizza noticed it was a little busy at 8:30pm but I have them a chance always eat there at Disney springs love it ppl are nice and people respect that some customers may have allergic reaction thus they wash hands and change gloves. Well I have the team at London square a chance hoping to be given the same and equal respect that Disney springs blaze pizza gives. before I gave the lady my order and finished creating a pizza for another customer in front of I noticed she didn't wash hands nor she put on new gloves with different types of sauce used on that stain glove.I asked for my usually 11 inch with dual light sauce white and red (tomato) first try lady gives me less white so I asked for more of both to balance she then goes and gives me the cheese that i usually get but I see that it was less (like she didn't have any more and was saving some for the next day ) I asked for more of the cheese to fill in the empty spots then I asked for pepperoni on half side mushrooms on the other the lady went in to say I can't u got double cheese 1. she didn't tell me it was a plus charge in the beginning and 2. I would have asked if she filled in the empty spots. Well I asked her nicely to do another one and with a grunt noise and unhappy faced she goes and makes another but this time she put less white and threw with a angry action red sauce making a mess of the table I was like you ok if u only told me we would t have gone here and she went on saying things and I said please watch your mouth there is other customers around and she went on to say get out I am refusing ur business for telling me to shut up and I asked for just cheese and she went on very rude and said get out threatening me in front of customers and kids and said I'm a manger and I have that power and I don't have to tell u anything and I don't need ur comment or business and told the other employees don't help her or give her anything and I asked for her areas manager and she went on to say there is no area manager just me. lady and employee was 23 just out of college no real world customer service experience needs to be let go and replaced with someone who is in there 30s and has more then 10 years of work experience Location 12305 SW 137th Ave Miami, FL 33186 United States read more

A pretty good concept.. Pizzas are customized to individual tastes and cooking is done quickly. It kind of reminds me of a "Chipotle", but for pizza. We visited during a weekday and the place was busy, but we didn't wait very long. Sizes are good for the individual pies, and many of us liked the fact that you could add what seemed like an endless amount of toppings. There is ample seating and the overall environment was chill. Prices are pretty comparable to other pizza joints, except you can add a lot more toppings and really customize your pizza here. read more

I had been here twice before deciding to write a review. My first experience was ok but I had customized my pizza and the flavors just didn't mesh well. So I went back and had the white top pizza. We decided to try Blaze because we got a coupon in the mail. The last time we tried another BYO pizza place that wasn't our go-to we were disappointed, but the promotion enticed us to try it out; especially because they're next to one of our doctor's office. Since we came in right when they opened after an appointment there was no line and our pizza was made quickly. Luckily, we were not disappointed! While they have pretty basic selections for toppings, the quality is great. Their vegetables look and taste fresh even after baking. The red sauce isn't heavy unlike other places either. I'm super picky about pesto, and Blaze's pesto is a thumbs up in my book. They have awesome drink options as well! Agua fresca, tropical mango, blood orange lemonade and original lemonade amongst the other typical fountain drinks and bottled options. We'll definitely be coming back to Blaze in the future. read more
