I spit out this razor sharp hard piece of metal in my pizza. If I had swallowed it, it would of caused serious damage. I notified corporate and they were quick to respond and refund my order but just an FYI. Update: Blaze has taken this issue very seriously - I received a call from the franchise owner an hour after my post went up and he went through detailed steps on how they are addressing the issue. read more

Fast and good pizza, just in time for lunch! Blaze pizza has to be my favorite out of all these Chipotle style, make your own pizza places. Why? Because they are fast, the place is clean, also has outdoor seating and they have s'mores. You read that right, s'mores they can heat in the fire so it's roasted and ready for you. They also have really great drink options including a lemonade which is great to cool off during the summer. There is an outdoor seating area as well. Parking is plenty outside but the line inside may long. Don't worry - line goes quick! Highly recommend. read more

Blaze is still my favorite fast casual pizza joint amongst the choices in greater Cincy. Between the cost, choice of toppings, taste of crust, speed, service, and of course the blood orange lemonade, you cant go wrong. I generally go for the regular crust with build your own. My fave toppings are ricotta, meatball, artichoke, mushroom, fresh basil, reg sauce, and mozz. The location has plenty of seating indoors and out. There is a nice high top seating area for while you are waiting for your to go pizza. There is a great drink selection, but you have to have the blood orange lemonade. The place is always clean and staff friendly. Be careful, the parking lot is a little chaotic right now with the construction going on next door, but that is not the fault of Blaze. read more

Great pizza delivery. The custom pizza allows many varieties of toppings at one good price. Delivery was fast and efficient. I'll order from here again next time I'm in the area. read more

Food is good, but they are very skimpy with their toppings. I ordered a "mega mushroom" which the ad shows is covered in mushrooms and I got maybe half the amount of much smaller mushrooms. It tasted good, but they need to add as much toppings at the ad. It also was very slow. It took 30 minutes and there was maybe 10-12 people ahead of us. read more

This is a nice place if you want quick, fast food pizza. I think it's a little pricey for what you get, so I recommend a build your own or something like that to get more out of what you're spending. CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE REVIEW Texture: Crunchy Taste: Sugary Chips: Large Appearance: Thick Size: Fits in palm Price: $2.00 Temperature: Best warm Personal Rating: 3 Stars (I think I almost gave it 2 stars, but once you warmed it up, it was actually pretty delicious). read more

DO NOT WASTE your money with this place. There are other pizza places in the area. I wish I can give them 0. I placed an order for NYE online at 3:35 pm. The system allowed me to place an order for pick up time at 6 pm. Received a confirmation email. When I showed up at 6 pm, the place was closed with note posted at the front door stating closed at 5 pm. Why do they accept the order if they knew they were closing at 5 pm. Had to scramble for alternative last minute. Very bad service. Last visit, they were out of a lot of things. Then I received an email from them about my experience. I wasted my gas and time to pick up nothing. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

We had an incorrect order delivered, and they happily with a smile replaced and corrected our order. Thank you Mr. Sanjay

On 12/19/23, I ordered pizza for pick up. Once I arrived home to eat my pizza, I discovered the entire bottom was burned. I attempted to call the location and the recording said to file a complaint on the Blaze website. I did so. On 12/20/2023, I received a satisfaction survey and also completed about the terrible experience. read more

Great pizza great atmospher employees, were pretty helpful and very nice we go there again and highly recommended

Pizza! Pizza! Ah soo good. Restaurant is warm and inviting. tons of places to sit and lots of Pizza to choose from. I tried 3 of their signature pizzas and my favorite was the garlic and 2nd was the "vino" based one. Also, if you want, create your own with some really nice ingredients. I highly recommend their balsamic salad, salivation at its max! Above all, they have the cauliflower crust!! talk about being healthy on pizza. Finished off with some nice chocolate chip/s'more for dessert. :) Please come and check it out and i think you will not regret it. Thanks for reading, go find that Perfect Taste! ;) read more

Blaze is a great place for a quick pizza. They've recently expanded the types of crusts offered. They now offer a keto crust and a cauliflower crust. On this visit I went with the traditional thin and did a create your own pizza. Blaze offers a large array of toppings to choose from. They offer multiple types of sauces, cheeses, meats and fresh veggies. This restaurant is typically very busy at lunch and on my recent visit the tables weren't being wiped down by the employees. I would have given my visit 5 stars if the restaurant were cleaner and the employees were more attentive to the appearance of the restaurant. read more

This my go to pizza place at least six times a month because it's about five minutes from my home. The rewards program is really great. Sometimes it's super busy, other times I get the place to myself. It just depends on if school or work is out. As someone with a gluten allergy I really love this place. Of course it's not celiac safe, but there are three crusts available that are gf: gluten free, cauliflower and keto. I prefer the original thin gf crust. What I love is that the employees are well trained in how handle allergies. The crusts are separated from the normal flour crusts, hands are washed, new gloves are put on, and a plastic mat is used. You can even request red sauce, cheese and peperoni that have not been touched by floured gloves. the employees that work there are so kind and really helpful. I find many of them are really personable and fun to chat with if time allows. Anywho, I love this location and the people there. If you go don't forget that restaurants everywhere are struggling so extend some grace and tip! they deserve it! read more

its a Saturday night & you cannot get anyone to answer the phone!!! really? we have a coupon from Cashbook savings 2024 good till 12/1/24 & wanted to know why you don't accept any coupons or discounts as your recording spells out emphatically. We visited this location today and spent 55 mins in line ordering. There were four kids working on the online orders and the in person orders. The manager was standing with his back to the line, portioning dough and ignoring the very long wait that everyone in line had. I mean he was moving super slow, as well as the three employees working the line. With one EXCEPTION- A young man named Kyle was working the oven, register, boxing orders and managing online orders. He was incredible! He was the only employee in the whole place who was even working. Kyle had an incredible sense of urgency and should be promoted to replace that manager when he gets fired, as he should. read more

Stopped by for lunch. Ordered the Green Stripe Pizza and the fruit and arugula salad.. I did customize the pizza slightly, which is the beauty of this place. You can change or make your own pizza all for one price. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. The prices very reasonable. Service was efficient and very friendly. Will definitely stop here again. read more

Sadly I wasn't all that impressed. Cool concept though. It's like Chipotle for pizza. However I really prefer Cucinova in Kenwood. I got half and half...the Green Stripe and White pie. Wasn't a huge fan of either. The crust wasn't spectacular, just flat and tough. Service was great though. read more

Update on 12/14/2018: 5 star on the food- still best pizza in the area! 5 star on customer service- you can pretty much do anything with the pizzas, mixing sauces. 1 star on cleanliness- this was the big downside this time around. It was dirty enough that i felt the need to update this review, the place was filthy which is a bummer because it really takes away from the experience. The bathrooms were disgusting... put some pictures here.. Pre-2018: I tried this for the first time at Disney Spring's and we fell in love! I don't know why anyone would waste their time at a Pizza hut or Domino's when you have this. You make your own Pizza with unlimited toppings for just $9! The pizza is cooked in an authentic brick pizza oven, so the flavor is what'd you'd expect from an italian pizza. Highly recommended! Their salad's are also very good, if you're in the mood for one read more

If you haven't had Blaze pizza yet, reevaluate your pizza choices because this da best. Probably my favorite out of all the BYOP spots that are popping up all over the place, this one is always solid. My order - I build my own with light classic red sauce, mozzarella cheese and topped with smoked ham and pineapple. (Yes I'm a pineapple on pizza person and I'm proud!) It's always fast, hot and delicious. This location is in a great location on Montgomery Road, situated by a Panda Express, Di Bella's Subs and Piada. There is a lot of other BYOP spots in a really close area to hear and I gotta say this is the one we frequent the most. PRO TIP: They have a nutrition calculator online so you can fit Blaze into your macros for the day! This is always the best and another star added into my Blaze review because I can fit this in any day of the week (as long as I plan it). *Fun fact: Lebron James owns part of the Blaze franchise so why wouldn't you trust a company invested by King James himself? read more

The pizza is very good. But over the years they let the restaurant go. You look around and it's not very clean. When they first opened in Mason. We loved it. We went all the time, but having a dirty restaurant is a turn off. We only go once in a while now. read more

The new owner has made some great changes with regard to cleanliness of the restaurant. Great experience!

Great vegan options! They have vegan cheese as well as an alternative meat option. You can also load up on the veggies! I have only ordered online and picked up so far. They always have my order ready (but still hot and fresh!). I love the thin crispy crust also. This is a great pizza option if you have vegans and meat/dairy eaters in your group. It's priced very affordably also. My go-to pizza place! read more

A Real Shit-Hole lately. Everything about Blaze has gone downhill since they opened. Tonight was a new low: 1) the men's bathroom smells like ass- it always does. Like a fucking locker room 2) a long blonde hair in my son's pizza 3) out of olives and onions 4) they charred my daughter's pizza 5) Ice machine didn't work 6) out of napkins and to-go boxes Fuck you Blaze - I'm going to Mod in Liberty read more

All of the workers are very friendly and do an excellent job with time management considering short staff!

Ordered 2 pizzas and they messed up a bbq chicken pizza. It had no sauce at all! You can't call them because they don't answer the phone. You leave a message on their website and no one answers. The combination of cheeses and veggies make this a home run. They have great proteins too but I never get them. I love to combine the red and white sauce together which is now my favorite, wish I could do that other places. Quick, hot and tasty!! read more

Who would ever think two days in a row you could have fast lunches and both be outstanding? Maybe because Blaze competes with Di Bella's right next door. But Blaze Pizza puts a huge new spin on pizza made your way! Think of Chipotle but Clean and Italian! Chose the thick crust split with marinara and Alfredo sauce halves, sausage, bacon, spinach for the healthy side, topped with roasted pepper and garlic! Mouth watering? You bet! Couldn't take a pic cuz I had to eat it! It was cooked in less time than most McDonalds drive thru's. Came out hot and ready to eat and only a couple dollars more than Lil Ceasars. Tuesday dinner for family on a regular basis! Keep it up so a year from now I'm saying the same thing! Well done!!! read more

Pretty dang good pizza. I work in Blue Ash and Blaze was the only place around us offering a really good deal for pizza on Pi Day. $3.14 for a build your own pizza! Of course the line was almost out the door but they handled it very well and it moved pretty quickly. I ordered a pizza with a cream sauce/pesto combo, mozzarella cheese, grilled chicken, and a few other things. It was ready super quick and I managed to eat one slice before we had to leave to get back work. I found I liked this pizza better than many of the quick pizza chains that have sprung up in the last few years. The crust is perfect, not too thin but not thick. Right amount of blackening. The pesto was fantastic. I wish they had more locations cause I am not about to drive all the way to Mason (outside of work lunch hour) for pizza but I will certainly be back. read more
