Horrible customer service. I don't know how the food is because I never got the chance to order. I had never been there before, so when I entered I tried to figure out where to order. There were no signs saying order here or anything. After waiting about 3 minutes a guy taking the pizzas out of the oven said I had to wait "over there". We ordered to have our pizzas delivered by Uber Eats, and Blaze botched the whole order. They mixed up the toppings, and since I'm a vegan, neither of us could eat the pizzas. After tremendous effort, trying to get help, we were able to order again, but then the pizzas were just terrible. The crust on both was burnt and thinner than usual, and the toppings were sparse, which is no way to make things right. I love a great build your own pizza! Especially with unlimited toppings. I ordered the large pizza and had so many vegetables and cheeses on top that it was impossible to eat hot without a fork. It's absolutely perfect. Is this gourmet? Absolutely not. This is fun and delicious. If you don't like the pizza, that's your own fault. You built it! If I had two suggestions: sprinkle a cheese on top to hold it all together, and add a pesto drizzle to the top. So good! I recommend this place to a friend and told her to take her family so that all of the kids could build their own small pizzas. It was a great success! read more

Decent pizza place. I go to MOD pizza a lot but never been to Blaze so it was interesting to compare. Spoiler alert: I still like MOD better. Came here on a workday around 7, it was dead. Staff was not chatty or attentive (no hi no nothing) but maybe it's end of the day kinda thing. The standard pizza with unlimited toppings is almost a buck more compared to MOD, the toppings I think are not as good (less choice, for example no pickled onions, no diced tomatoes, no cucumbers, etc) but overall it's the same idea and same ingredients available. My order was ready within minutes. The guy at pickup didn't offer sauces, had to ask for it myself, not a big deal but again just little things like that definitely affect the vibe of the place. The pizza itself was good. Crust was perfectly baked, with nice crunch. It did have too much char on the bottom though, it was all over my hands by the time I was done with it. I didn't mind it too much as it didn't negatively impacted the flavor, it was just too messy. But outside of that you can customize toppings as you please, I went for chicken, ham, bell peppers, mushrooms and artichokes and quite enjoyed it. I love Blaze pizza and it hurts me dearly to write this review because everyone has a bad day and I think this was just a bad day for this Blaze franchise. The ingredients options had food all over the counter and mixed with other ingredients. The other food prep tables in photos below had food left on it. I walked in and was like WTF, does anyone care? The employees didn't appear that they liked there jobs and maybe this is the time to change jobs. I am going to stop here with the comments because the photos speak for themselves. I would make one suggestion which I thought was weird with the men bathroom was the orientation of the bathroom stall which is next to the door when you open. Any and everyone can see the Johnson when the door is open and from the hallway if someone was standing there waiting to come in the women or men bathroom they will get an eye full, maybe. We walked in saw no employees. We finally saw one employee eating some pizza down by the oven. He ignored us. After a couplle of minutes someone came out from the back. The place was dirty. I thought this place just another pizza place. I I've the concept!! You pick your crust and you can put as many topping as you want! And there is so many choices! It was already a long line. I was discouraged but adamant about trying the pizza! The pizza maker was patient with us, being that we were new to this establishment. We actually split a pizza and added breadsticks. The price is great and 1 is enough for 2 people unless you want leftovers. Everyone eating seemed to be enjoying the pizza. Once your pizza is done you can add some drizzle and even arugula. Came here on a Saturday evening for dinner. It's made-to-order personal pizzas, and they have a good selection of "standards" as well as the ability to make your own (or adapt one of the standards). Many options are customizable-- gluten-free crust, no tomato sauce, etc. I got the "green stripe" with chicken, arugula, garlic, pesto, and more, and I had them add a bit of tomato sauce to it. I also ordered a Green side salad. They do have a "take 2" option for half a pizza and a side-salad, and honestly, that would have been fine-- but the full pizza + salad gave me half a pizza to take home for leftovers. Some people complained that their pizza was "burnt"-- I did NOT have this problem, but I did accidentally overcook my leftover half in a rather short while (10 minutes) in the toaster oven-- they are thin, so they can burn easily, but they gave it to me just right at the store. The quality was high-- I would've liked to have had more arugula as opposed to just a random few leaves, but that's OK. The Greek salad was fine. Service was good, though it may be awkward for new people, as they were calling me to place my order from way down the line before I could see the menu. May be good to look at the menu in advance in case that happens. I also somehow didn't get my salad initially-- I guess they pulled it out and put it by the register, but no one said anything or handed it to me, so I didn't get it until I came back and asked, thinking it was forgotten. But those are all minor issues. Overall, good, inexpensive, quality pizza. It's not the best pizza in town, but it's a good price for fast, quality, easily-customizable pizza. I recommend. I arrived at this location on 12/29/22 for dinner to go. The ordering process in line was slow but they were short staffed which I understand. There were several issues that then ensued. The experience is specific to the "manager" Jaida, and not in regards to any of the other employees that evening who were working hard and doing their best with a good attitude. 1. As I approached the register to pay, Jaida, who later identified herself as the manager, was processing my payment. I had an electronic gift card that I've used before at this location with residual funds remaining. I offered it to her. She responded "I know nothing about this, you can't pay with this." Confused, I explained that I had used this gift card at this exact location previously, and she said she "doesn't know how to put it in." I asked if she can help me resolve this matter, and she said "no, there's other customers in line, I can't do anything." I asked how I can resolve this as I'm going to be paying for the food with cash/card as opposed to my gift card - she said she'd write my information down and the general manager will call me. 2. Jaida was the only employee wearing a mask, which I found to be excellent, but then I realized that she had an earphone in one ear and was talking on the a personal call while cooking pies and while the business phone rang repeatedly, and did not want to be caught talking. This led her to make multiple errors. 3. For the customer before me, due to her distraction on the phone, she poured pesto sauce on the pizza when the customer clearly asked for buffalo sauce (I could hear it from 6 feet away); she just said "sorry" instead of offering to make a new pizza, but the customer was kind enough and just let it go. 4. When she grabbed my pizza from the oven, still with earphone in and talking under her mask, she lazily threw the pizza onto a tray on the counter, causing all of the toppings, cheese, and sauce to topple of of it. She asked if I wanted another one. I sadly said yes knowing the wait was long, because there was only bread and sauce on my current pizza. 5. When she realized she made multiple errors and that I had the encounter listed in #1 with her, she walked into the back of the establishment and took off hear earphone so that other customers would not complain, and/or to prevent me from seeing that she was taking personal calls and making multiple mistakes. A very confusing and poor experience here. I'm waiting to hear from the general manager still, and on calling the location no one is picking up the phone - will edit this review if I get an update. Hoping that this review will help shed light on the service here - and I only spent 30 minutes at that location. read more

Finally; a place both my husband and I can eat at! He's on a keto diet and I'm watching my carbs (sorta) so the fact they have both a cauliflower crust and a keto crust just made us want to do a jig until the early morning hours. I really couldn't tell a difference other than it's a thinner crust but that's how I prefer my pizza where the toppings are the main focus. We put in an online order and tried to redeem a free breadstick reward on the app which was supposed to be lunch for our two year old daughter. The app malfunctioned and didn't redeem the reward. When we arrived at the restaurant, the reward was 4 minutes expired. I kindly asked if they would honor the reward since the app had malfunctioned, and the manager/owner rudely refused.
