I LOVE Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza! Most of the employees are friendly and efficient. Sometimes the line is a bit slow but that is more the fault of customers than it is of the employees. Some customers take FOREVER to get through the line and if you happen to be behind them, then your wait time is longer. The spicy red sauce is delicious and the roasted garlic is a definite favorite of mine. Nothing compares to the fresh mozzarella. The workers are always busy and speak highly of their 'Boss', as they call her! I absolutely LOVE the recycling and obvious attention to the environment - Go Green! I am a regular customer and plan to eat at Blaze for many years to come. P.S. The parking is terrible since two very popular establishments, Starbucks and Blaze, share a teeny tiny parking area. The parking lot could have been better planned by contractors. It is a small inconvenience, though, because the pizza is worth any parking issue one may encounter. My man... My family and I are extremely health oriented and rarely eat out being firm advocates of home cooking and making our own meals, but some how still this establishment has become one of our favorite spots. Blaze is easily one of the greatest pizza joints in the area, all hail LeBron, but all jokes aside; since this wonderful establishment has opened we've become regulars for years now, and honestly discontinuing the attendance of any other. The employees currently working there are some of the best, capable, helpful and friendly, making us almost feel like family, their energy unparalleled for the price or really at all, while also creating food that my entire family agrees is the closest thing to one of our homecooked meals that doesn't take an entire evening to make. We have a lot of food options in the Canton area, but this is definitely one of our favorites. The pizza is DELICIOUS, and I love being able to customize a pizza with unique toppings without having to pay a price per topping. (I tend to like a lot of toppings!) I'm also so impressed with thier customer service! I worked as a manager in customer service for many years, so I'm always on the lookout for positive employee/customer interactions. The last time we were there, the shift manager, Kevin, went above and beyond to provide quality service. He, and the other employees I've spoken with, have always been friendly and enthusiastic as they serve guests. The very few times we've had minor issues (mostly with mistakes we made using the app), the managers have been thoughtful and helpful in correcting whatever happened. We visited Blaze for lunch today, and as usual the service was so awesome. They recognize me when it's my turn to place my order and already have my gluten free crust ready for me, as they greet me by name. It's always so clean and they're one of the few restaurants that don't have servers but still check on you at your table. My husband tried the cauliflower crust and said it was a slam dunk. Always top any pizza with balsamic glaze and you're guaranteed to love it. My gluten free takes a little longer to cook but still faster than Bam!. Quality is better, as well. Blaze offers so many different options now for our diets that it definately makes it hard for competition to be able to meet all of our checkmarks. I don't really like to rate places here in yelp because I'm a bit of an old soul I guess. Anyways, I must make an exception with this amazing place. I stumbled in here because of a friends recommendation and it was something I won't ever regret. I had the pleasure to meet the staff who work behind the counter and they were all vary friendly and answered many of my oblivious questions. Che, I'm sure that's his name, really helped me out with everything haha. He really stood out behind the counter imo. The food here is really nice as well guys. They take a lot of time waiting for the costumer to choose their toppings no made how outlandish they might be haha. I am a chef. Out of culinary school. Huge food fan. I have a great pallet but no matter who you are and what your taste buds are like I will personally guarantee that the pizza I ordered the first time I was here was the best pizza I've ever tasted. I typically eat w my eyes, while waiting in line I did just that, thought it would suck but I took one bite and I was mad at myself for doubting. The crust texture is phenomenal, wasn't to hard/burnt, wasn't to doughy and the usage of whole ingredients such as garlic cloves, banana peppers and onions make you think they are picking these right from a garden out back! Quick quality pizza tonight. There was a lot of staff helping to move the line quickly. Dad suggested I try the kiwi lemonade, it was delicious. I always get a bbq topping at the end when it comes out but today I tried the balsamic glaze and olive oil over a red vine. It's a mouth-watering version of the classic margarita pizza. The flame gives it that perfect roasted crust flavor. It's perfectly filling. There were several workers constantly talking to customers in the seating area and clearing plates. Finally tried it on Saturday. Service was impeccable. Boss, Son-Jae, and Devin were all very welcoming and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The pizza? I could go on and on. Create your pizza from start to finish. Crust, sauce, cheese, everything. There is a wide selection of fresh looking ingredients. I had the meat eater and it was really really really good. They even offer turkey meatballs, my preference. I highly recommend the Canton location. It is clean, service is great and quick, and the product, itself, is quality. Food was amazing and the prices are unbeatable! The food tastes fresh and is never greasy. The chicken topping is always juicy and the veggies remain crisp and don't become a soggy mess. We went in around dinner time and the only flaw was the online and in store orders share the same dough press (there's only 1). The need for dough was high and the 1 press couldn't keep up with the high demand. This slowed the process down a little bit, but other than that we had an amazing experience. Today was my first visit to blaze pizza and it was fantastic. Everything from the quality of pizza to customer service was Pristine. All of the staff members were extremely polite and courteous and went out of their way to make sure everyone was very happy with the pizza and time dining. Colby immediately refilled all of the lemonade and other drinks when they were low so I didn't miss out on the delicious drinks offered. My favorite was the blood orange lemonade ! The pizza is always amazing, and for an amazing price! The environment is always very clean and the employees are always very polite and upbeat. Very happy with the options available to people who have dairy allergies or are vegan! The workers are friendly, conscientious and careful of not contaminating the food with the dairy if you tell them you are allergic. This is appreciated! And the pizzas are delicious! The crust is delicious (and often the determining factor for over-all pizza deliciousness). The workers seemed a lot happier than some of the other restaurants i have been to. Just amazing this is the first pizza joint that I was able to get in actually what I want for the same price they have a flat rate unless you get thick crust you can get as many toppings on you want and it's fired cooked right in front of you you can choose a variety of special homemade drinks that are amazing the service and the employees are always happy and very nice with excellent service it's quick tasty in worth going to read more
