This little pizza stop has been a favorite of ours for years. Their sauce is really good, and they always do a good cook on the pizza. It also reheats really well do if you get a large pizza with leftovers, you can bet it will still taste really good! The other night we got a large pizza with onion and green pepper; a pepperoni and onion calzone, a deluxe calzone and then wings with two types of sauce- hot and BBQ. Everything tasted so good. This was our first time with the calzones and wings. The calzones were a perfect size and is now one of my favorite items there! The wings were crispy and there was a good amount of sauce on them. This has been a weekly staple for us since we were told about it 3-months ago. We've always had it delivered. We live by Oakwood Square and deliveries were usually about an hour. The food is pricy but was always great on weekdays, but inconsistent and mediocre on weekends. The last time we ordered, the hour delivery was over 2-hours. When it finally arrived, a woman we'd never seen before (apparently an owner or someone in charge) delivered the luke warm food and gave us a $15 gift card for the wait. She said she had sent the delivery driver home because he kept passing over our order because he wasn't happy with a $3.50 tip on top of the $3.99 delivery fee. Fast forward to our latest order. Our address is now blocked on the website and when we called, an unprofessional man child was yelling in the background that they don't deliver to this area. The female on the phone who called me baby, lied and said they "upgraded their systems 3-weeks ago," and that's the reason why. I'll drive the 15-minutes there to use the gift card for the last time we order from here. read more

Was in town with my wife and a friend to visit the Hall of Fame, when the hankering for pizza struck. I pulled up Yelp and to my chagrin realized that many pizza places in/near Canton have very low ratings--oh no! But then, a beacon of light appeared on my screen. Its name was Lindsey's Pizza and I knew this was The One. We quickly placed a pickup order of two large pizzas, and made our way over. The moment I walked in the door our pizzas were coming out of the oven, another good sign. Then finally it was time to eat! The pizza was excellent, and very large portions for not a lot of money. Seriously, if you need to feed like an entire football team of teenagers or something bring them to Lindsey's. All in all we had no complaints, only compliments and stuffed bellies. I wish Yelp would stop calling a 4 "Good" as it leaves out the possibility of "Fantastic." So, this place was "Great", but I don't give out 5 easily. Staying in Canton for a few days and wanted some pizza or Italian fare. This place was recommended by the hotel clerk and it did not disappoint. I called the order in and the lady who took the order was friendly and bright ON THE PHONE. That is unusual. Most of the time when you call an order in they act like they are doing you a favor by answering the phone. I ordered a calzone and was told it would be 20-25 minutes. I arrived to pick up about 5 minutes early and figured I would be happy to wait and get it right out of the oven. When I arrived the voice on the phone greeted me. She was just as happy in person. I gave her my name and she saw my order wasn't own the pick up rack so she asked and it was just being boxed up. The service could not have been better. Got the deluxe calzone back to the hotel and it was very good. I should have taken a picture, but it was rectangular and not a half circle as I was used to seeing. It was already cut in half so I picked it up like a sandwich and ate it that way. Just two thoughts in the negative column for me: 1 a little too much onion, a little too little ricotta & Romano (but that is a preference), 2 could have used one more container of marinara. We had Lindsay's provide the food for a small funeral dinner. Everything they made was fabulous. The chicken was cooked so nicely, it wasn't dry nor undercooked. It really was perfect. The rigatoni in the meatless sauce was cooked perfectly, the sauce was thick and very tasty. Many times, this type of pasta ends up watery, but this wasn't. The green beans were delicious, and flavored well from the included bacon pieces. I'm not sure where Lindsay's gets their rolls from, but they were fresh and very much like home-made.
