The pizza is pretty good. The place is very clean. I ordered spaghetti with extra meat sauce and meatballs. When I got home, I had very little sauce and the meatballs were smaller than golf balls. They also put the sauce on the bottom of the pasta, so you can't really tell how much sauce you were actually getting until you open the container. I may give it one more try. read more

My family has now lived in Ohio for about four months, and the Ohio Pizza Game is pretty good so far. I live in Canal Fulton Ohio and just in Canal Fulton there are 7 different pizza places which I have now tried. I am always driving for my job so I constantly see all kinds of pizza joints that I have been wanting to try and one of those place is Galluch's Pizza located in Akron, Ohio. I went on their website so I could check out what Galluch has to offer, they had a good selection of regular pizzas, specialty pizzas, subs, and wings. The one thing I love the most was that had a white sauce pizza, which is my wife's favorite kind of pizza and Galluch's Pizza so far is the only pizza place that offers a white sauce pizza. We order two large pizzas one with half bacon and half meatball and the other was a white sauce pizza with spinach with chicken. The one thing I noticed when I picked up the pizzas was that it wasn't really a large pizza, their large pizza is more like a medium size pizza. Other than the pizzas being smaller than a large in my opinion, the pizza itself was very delicious, the sauce was sweet and all the toppings blended well together. The service at their location was very good, they had my order ready once I arrived and gave them my name for the order. The last thing I wanted to talk about was the picture they had on the wall which told the story about how Galluch's Pizza was founded. I am a huge fan of mom & pop pizza shops because in my opinion they put more heart & soul into their pizzas and they for the most part offer way better customer service than the major chains. So if you are looking for a well made pizza with good quality ingredients that's well made then take a look at Galluch's Pizza next time you have a craving for a pizza pie. read more

Sarah was so rude when I spoke to her. She claims she was the manager. She claims her name was Sarah. My husband arrived to get our food and they said there wasn't an order placed under Todd! My husband returned home and I called. Sarah asked me what I ordered two separate occasions. Then said we have that order under a different name. Her husband didn't say the right name. Excuse me, Todd is his name. She was very rude and would not let me know what name they had it under. I said my husband has to come back to pick up the order, we need to know what name you have it under. She hung up! Sarah the manager should be fired! So disrespectful and definitely should not be in customer service. She spoke to me like I was a child. I can only imagine what she does to the food! NO THANK YOU! Old school REAL pizza. Food is consistently wonderful. Staff is ALWAYS friendly. Best calzones in town, and antipasto salad is excellent.

This is my favorite local pizza place by far. Staff is friendly, ingredients are all good, prices are fair without coupons, and it doesn't tear my stomach up like most chain manufactured food does. I always order thin crust - crust that doesn't bleed grease when you grab it, and also isn't like nacho chip thin and crunchy. It's a very fine line for me, and they're walking it perfectly here. I like the little garden salads. They're always fresh and crisp. I live a 5 minute walk away from a more famous local pizza shop, I'll let you "guiss" which one. People go nuts over it and I think it's rather mediocre. It's remarkably better in all areas here. read more

We ordered pizza from there last night and we have definitely found our new go to pizza place. The two employees at the counter were very pleasant and our pizzas were ready at the time they gave us. The crust is amazing - crunchy while still chewy on the inside with an amazing flavor. The sauce is well seasoned and delicious. We got one sausage/mushroom pie and one pepperoni/banana pepper/anchovy pie. They had the perfect amount of cheese. Some of the toppings were baked under the cheese, which seemed to add to the flavor. This is definitely the best pizza in the area and a must try! read more

Been coming here my whole life, and they have consistently amazing food!! This is the only place that can make a pizza with black olives taste good. The dough here is excellent. Amazing wings and pasta, and the staff is great at remembering any special instructions. I wish they were just a little better at wearing masks, but I still feel safe coming here during COVID. read more

I have been eating Galluch's since I was a little kid, and my dad has been doing the same, even going back as far as when they were an ice cream/burger joint. Well now they are a pizza place, and a delicious one that that. The pizza is very good and pretty cheap. It's a bit on the greasy side, but it's so delicious that I really just don't care. This was my first time ordering pizza here and when I called I informed the girl that answered that it was my first time and if they had any specials. She gave an abrupt no and then said "what do you want to order?" Seemed annoyed that I asked if there were any specials. I still ordered 2 large pizzas and a dozen wings. When I picked up the pizzas I gave them my name and my order was ready. The girl behind the counter (May have been the same I talked to on the phone) never said hi or gave any type of greeting. She simply stated my total and nothing else. I paid, she handed me my change and then walked away. Never offered a thanks or have a good night or anything even remotely friendly. Not a very good first impression for someone who is trying your pizza for the first time. I could've looked past all of this if the pizza was great but we've had a lot better pizza in this area than this. The pizza was very doughy and the sauce and cheese were average but the garlic parmesan and buffalo wings were really good. We'll probably give them another try someday but at this point I won't be recommending them to anyone. Please try an improve your customer service as well. That goes a long way in keeping a new customer coming back. read more

Best white pizza ever. The crust is a bit doughy and flat at the same time. I don't typically like tomato sauce in my pizza but I would definitely eat theirs. The meatball sub with cheese is amazing too. Really can't go wrong with anything you get from there. read more
