The cheese had a milky taste and creamy and stringy texture. The sausage had a mild or maybe somewhat spicy flavor. The pepperoni had a somewhat spicy flavor and crisp to it. The juices from the pepperoni stayed on the pie and did NOT soak the box or make the crust soggy. The crust was evenly cooked and had a light brown undercarriage. It didn't flop. The thickness of the crust is not as thick as what I typically find from pizza places in the area. The dough was chewy. The red sauce seemed to be lacking something. The amount of sauce seemed good but the flavor seemed lacking. Put it all together (crust, cheese, toppings, sauce) I think it was okay. I didn't experience a wow factor. Compared to the price of other pizza places in the area, I think the price is comparable.

We've yet to try the Cesear Salad because we can't move past how fresh and tasty the Classic Pizzera salad is! This is hands down the BEST pizza we've had in a very long time locally, and we are regular customers. All of Mike's employees are fantastic! The pizza was so delicious that I ended up coming back the next day. This time I ordered spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms on ranch pizza. This one was delicious too. I ended up talking to the guy in the front and found out that him and his partner are new management. They both ran a successful pizzeria in south Florida and just took over this business. He mentioned that they had a lot to clean up in the beginning but now the place is spotless and business has been booming. With pizza like this, I can definitely see why they have so much business. I just can't stop coming here, the food is great and the prices are amazing. I'm coming back for the fried chicken next time, you can't escape the mouth watering smell when you pass by.
