Called and ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. Spoke with personnel about past experience and issues with Pizza Oven ( W Tuscarawas) and Lyndsy Pizza being under cooked. Was reassured that pizza would be fully cooked. Not the case just like last experience had to finish baking after getting home. You would think with a 300 percent mark up these establishments could deliver a consistent product. Drove past 6 pizza shops to get Marscotti guess should have stopped at Happy pizza about same consistency. read more

I've found a new favorite. The chicken and Jo Jo's were perfect! Chicken was moist and had great seasoning. The jojos were thick and cooked just right with the perfect amount of breading. The pizza.. another win. You can tell their dough is fresh and made with love. The thing that stood out from me was the seasoning around the crust. 10/10. Will be back. They was the best pizza around. In the last couple of months they have went down hill big time. Last order was the final bad pizza for me. Called a couple months ago to see if they use anything with peanuts or peanut oil because boyfriend's son has a peanut allergy. Today we wanted to order two deluxe calzones without pizza or sausage. We did not ask for or expect a discount because we wanted less ingredients. Their website, www.marscottispizza.com, shows them to be $10.50 each. So it should be $21. When we placed the order by phone we were quoted $25. We spoke to Natalie who said their website was not for ordering from???? They why have your menu with prices? We have been customers for years but they refused to honor the price they have listed so they have list us as customers. their food is good but it's not like they are the only pizza place in Massillon. read more

This is a local pizza joint, no chain pizza here. It is good old fashioned Mid-West pizza. The crust has flavor, just thin enough to make it subtle and thick enough to hold the toppings. The sauce is a little tangy but only slightly. They are timely and friendly. read more

We recently ordered pizza, wings, jojo potatoes and cheesy bread - everything was delicious (especially the sauces that come with the cheesy bread. Marscotti's has my favorite pizza crust in the area. Add some Golden Krisp potato chips and you're set! read more

Just ordered med pepperoni pizza, half deluxe stromboli, and small order of breadsticks. I have to agree with mostly everyone on here. The stromboli was awesome! A half one was more than adequate for myself and i can put away food. My kids really enjoyed the pizza and breadsticks. I tried some and it tasted good and non greasy. Definitely will order again. Side note, i ordered delivery. Estimated was 45 minutes and the order was well before the projected. The driver was very courteous and friendly, even when my kids had me a little sidetracked. Great local place. Staff is very friendly. Stopped in for their lunch buffet, 10 bucks including a drink. Calzone was delicious, and the pizza was really good. Nice salad bar, wings and pasta. Quite a few people were coming in, so it's obviously known for its good food. Inside very basic, but what counts is the food. I would definitely stop in again when I am in the area!! read more

The food is awesome, you have to try the Stromboli, They also cater, and just did rigatoni for a benefit my wife was in charge of and did a fantastic job on delivery and all hot and plenty of sauce. If you are in the area, stop in you won't be disappointed. read more

Food was good till they lost me as a regular customer over missing items from my order. I get mistakes happen, but to argue with me on the phone over $2.50 worth of missing food (the cook said he put it in there), then ask me to drive back in to pick it up 25 minutes later, then when I get there a half hour later they tell me you still need to wait 10 more minutes - Nope I'm gone. I could care less about the $2.50. But don't waste my time and act like a goof and treat me like its my fault. Anyway , if y'all go, check your order in front of them before you leave. read more

Screwed up our order by giving us less than what we paid for and got an attitude from them when we called them about it. Went back in to get what was missing 30 minutes later and was still not ready and got even more attitude. Just left, didn't want spit in our food. Lost a regular customer over such a easy mistake to fix. read more

So, this place has probably been here longer than me and it is the first time we tried it. Everyone raved about the Stromboli here. eh, it was alright, I had better and worse. As I like to do at many places I go to for the first time, I got a few things from the menu to test out. I got the deluxe Stromboli, some boneless wings with garlic sauce, and an order of French fries. I was disappointed with the boneless wings, they were over breaded, hard, and the sauce was just butter and garlic. The fries were decent but had no seasoning at all. Now...the Stromboli was incredible. The dough was perfectly chewy yet a nice seasoned crust on the outside. The mozz tasted homemade, not sure if it was, but it was very fresh tasting. The various toppings inside were abundant and a perfect combination. But the icing on the cake and by far my favorite part was the marinara dipping sauce that it came with. Clearly made in house, tons of flavor - I would say more onion than the average sauce. But I cannot say enough good things about the sauce...that's for sure. The stromboli is great and I have loved this place a long time, but be very careful if they get busy. I tried to place an order and when I asked a time frame i was told an hour and 10 minutes by a very rude associate. I mean her attitude was completely unnecessary. I called back five minutes later because i had to verify with the rest of my office that time was ok and was told now that there was no time frame in regards to ordering. The manager Scott then grabbed the phone and proceeded to condescendingly tell me he had no idea when i could order it and it was "fine" if i didn't wan't to order. I explained that there was no need for the rudeness when i am trying to verify something. He told me "Well we are busy". I understand people get busy, but i am still a customer. Without customers you would have no orders. Please work on customer service because nobody needs to talk down to someone for asking for an eta while trying to make an order.
