They forgot to put the ground beef on the pizza before they cooked it so they decided to throw it on top after it was done. HORRIBLE The manager never came out to talk to me when I took it back. Hardly any toppings (banana peps & mushrooms), and WAY OVERCOOKED. It was SO bad that I swore I wouldn't go back. About 6 months later, I was desperate and convinced myself that maybe that one time was a fluke and I'd give it another shot - AGAIN - MINIMAL TOPPINGS AND WAY OVERCOOKED. I've been ordering from this location for 20 years. Today I called for delivery. First call it's a 2 hour wait which I was fine with. Puts me on hold with an attitude then comes back on and says yeah we don't deliver to you you need to call Navarre location. Said weird ok. Massillon location 2.6 miles away Navarre 2.5 miles away. Dropping $60 on food ( extremely overpriced compared to competitors) and having such poor service repeatedly just makes me never what to return. Unfortunately this will be our last order. We LOVE pizza oven, but receiving cold food, or the wrong/incomplete order has been our experience the past couple of orders. When you call you can barely hear from all the background noise, have to repeat yourself several times, and cross your fingers that what you get is what you ordered. It seems every year pizza oven goes further downhill... Typically one of my favorite places to eat I used to order it twice a month, now I'm lucky to order it once every 6 months... Paid 60 dollars tonight for 2 dozen wings that came with alittle less than 2 dozen. The wings themselves barely had the sauces I ordered on them, the wings you could barely tell if they was sauced or plain. They also ended up very dry like they sat out and just refried them to warm them up... The hot Italian sub they changed afew years ago it's not the same size, smaller but still charge the same... The pizza was good it seems that hasn't changed yet besides the price... All in all ill probably not order from them again I'm fine with the price of food if the food fits the price. read more

Ok I don't understand the bad reviews for this place because this is one of my favorite pizza places of all time. In saying that, I have not been there since I lived in Ohio almost 7 yrs ago, so I don't know how fair my review will be. I grew up with this pizza and have always LOVED it. It is different from everything I have ever had. The sauce is slightly sweet and the cheese is covering the top, melty and delicious. The toppings are under the cheese which is a little unique. I have never had an issue with service or time of my order. Everyone has always been nice and pleasant at every visit. I will definitely be back and I hope my review stays the same. Haven't been here in about 2 months because of the last experience. Waited nearly an hour and half for 2 calzones, when they were sitting right on the warmer for who knows how long and no one brought them out. Asked for them to be boxed to go and the girl got an attitude saying she didn't know why we were taking them home and why we weren't happy. We know that the calzones come with a side of sauce, which was sitting next to them, but we had to ask 3 times for it. Calzones were burned and barely filled with cheese and pepperoni. The sauce changed greatly and instead of having any flavor, tastes more like sour tomato paste. Everything is incredibly greasy. read more

Every time you come here they tell you 30 minutes... however it always takes at least an hour or you are sitting waiting for your food with horrible customer service and people who do not seem to care to help you. This was the worst pizza I have ever had in my entire life. I love pizza, even bad pizza, but this was a whole other realm of disgusting. We got the broccoli cauliflower Alfredo pizza and the few pieces of veggies tasted like they were from a frozen bag and the Alfredo sauce tasted like a cheap jar of Ragu.
