We have been customers for 15+ years. The service has gotten so bad at the Lincolnway location. My last few pizzas, have been missing toppings that i paid for, The orders frequently are incomplete. When I called to talk to the manager, Kelly, tonight to see how this could be fixed. She put me on hold and then the phone call was disconnected. read more

Pretty good, and definitely better than previous reviews indicated. Pizza had a good red sauce, crust was thick and crispy.

Been ordering pizza from Pizza oven since i was a kid. over 40 years. The quality and value has dropped tremendously at the Linconway shop. With all the other pizza shops around I think im finnaly done with pizza oven! Maescotties here I come!!! read more

Order placed two hours in advance still not ready at requested time. They now charge 3% for cc purchase. Boxes were a mess and the absolute rudest people ever seen. Most of the people I could see in the kitchen were playing on their phones and picking their nose while doing it. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST read more

I moved to Florida and Miss having Pizza Oven there. So whenever I come back to Ohio I have to get a pizza from here. And this year I even bought one and placed it in a baggie and packed it in my luggage and flew back to Florida. My family loves it so much they made me bring them some. :) read more

I was soooo excited to be able to order pizza and chicken while in town. Truly was disappointed to receiving my pizza dry and overcooked. I alwys get extra cheese. Sure didn't look like any cheese was on the pizza. Not once but I tried again before leaving town. Idk if I will try again when I am in town for a visit read more

Service is bad at the mass/perry location. Go in to pick order no one is in front ever to get your pizza most times .

Don't use door dash, upcharge everything. Pizza Oven shouldn't have them on there website. 8pc chix should of been $14.95 Broasted potatoes $6.40 Pizza $21.95 Ended up being $87 read more

Pizza Oven - the order of the meal - Pizza Near Me - Massillon, Ohio

One word to describe Pizza Oven is inconsistency. I have been a loyal customer for over 35 years or more. Once again West Tuscarawas store has served me shit for dinner. Under cooked calzone and dried out over cooked chicken. I believe this establishment survives on hopes and dreams. Old time customers hoping that they just might get it right once again. Like a fool I'll boycott for month or two and probably order again. Hoping I will hit the lottery. read more

I use the drive through and everyone has been polite and friendly! Food is always ready in time frame they give! Hot and tasty too! Place always looks good! read more

They forgot to put the ground beef on the pizza before they cooked it so they decided to throw it on top after it was done. HORRIBLE The manager never came out to talk to me when I took it back. They did remake the pizza. That pizza should've never left the kitchen. After calling corperate they are sending me a$10 gift certificate. That doesn't even cover the price of a pizza. read more

Pizza Oven - This is supposed to be a Bianca pizza with ground beef. - Pizza Near Me - Massillon, Ohio

This was my first time eating at Pizza Oven in Massillon, Ohio on Lincoln Way. The food was fantastic!! Ana has excellent Customer Service skills and is very professional, friendly and courteous. The food was just as good as the service. All the food we ordered was absolutely amazing, hot, fresh and filling. I will be back!!! Jeffrey Waterman 330-571-5448 read more

Pizza Oven - The dining room and counter - Pizza Near Me - Massillon, Ohio

Pizza Oven is my absolute favorite pizza! So when I moved 5 mins from this location (Tusc & Jackson), I was so excited. First time I ordered from there, it was awful. Hardly any toppings (banana peps & mushrooms), and WAY OVERCOOKED. It was SO bad that I swore I wouldn't go back. About 6 months later, I was desperate and convinced myself that maybe that one time was a fluke and I'd give it another shot - AGAIN - MINIMAL TOPPINGS AND WAY OVERCOOKED. This is by far THE WORST Pizza Oven. So when I want a good Pizza Oven pizza, I drive to Canton to get one. read more

Terrible service and cold food also delivery is 2 hours. Maybe chose another location if you like this chain.

Live the Italian garlic wings, and pizza with pepperoni and sausage. The pizza is a little on the expensive side, but the wings are a very good deal. All taste really great. The service is wonderful. Great job, I've ordered twice this week! Thank you. read more

I've been ordering from this location for 20 years. Today I called for delivery. First call it's a 2 hour wait which I was fine with. Puts me on hold with an attitude then comes back on and says yeah we don't deliver to you you need to call Navarre location. Said weird ok. Massillon location 2.6 miles away Navarre 2.5 miles away. Called Navarre and they advised they don't deliver to me? So called Massillon location back and was told yeah we don't have a estimated time for delivery and we don't deliver to you? read more

Best pizza around. Toppings were fresh and cooked perfectly. Staff was super friendly and accommodating . Everyone was friendly. Can tell they love their job which shows a lot. Will continue my support for local businesses read more

Very disappointing to order food only to arrive and it not be ready at the promised time yet again. In fact, it wasn't even close to being ready. Dropping $60 on food ( extremely overpriced compared to competitors) and having such poor service repeatedly just makes me never what to return. The kicker is the manager never apologized and let some little high schooler giggle as she fakes a "so sorry". What a joke! read more

We once looovveedd this pizza and other items. Everything now is incredibly salty. We keep thinking maybe it was that one time but keep ordering and get much of the same. I'm sad. read more

Unfortunately this will be our last order. We LOVE pizza oven, but receiving cold food, or the wrong/incomplete order has been our experience the past couple of orders. When you call you can barely hear from all the background noise, have to repeat yourself several times, and cross your fingers that what you get is what you ordered. Enough is enough, hopefully management steps in! read more

Horrible place!!! Online order was completely wrong. Always double check!! Ordered two lemon chicken got spaghetti. The box in the bottom of the bag seemed to be left sitting in grease. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!! read more

Worst customer service! Matt the manager is probably the worst when trying to explain ANYTHING to... been ordering for 10+ years and won't ever again after this.... 5 month employees apparently know more than loyal customers. read more

It seems every year pizza oven goes further downhill... Typically one of my favorite places to eat I used to order it twice a month, now I'm lucky to order it once every 6 months... Paid 60 dollars tonight for 2 dozen wings that came with alittle less than 2 dozen. The wings themselves barely had the sauces I ordered on them, the wings you could barely tell if they was sauced or plain. They also ended up very dry like they sat out and just refried them to warm them up... The hot Italian sub they changed afew years ago it's not the same size, smaller but still charge the same... The pizza was good it seems that hasn't changed yet besides the price... All in all ill probably not order from them again I'm fine with the price of food if the food fits the price. read more

Ok I don't understand the bad reviews for this place because this is one of my favorite pizza places of all time. In saying that, I have not been there since I lived in Ohio almost 7 yrs ago, so I don't know how fair my review will be. I grew up with this pizza and have always LOVED it. It is different from everything I have ever had. The sauce is slightly sweet and the cheese is covering the top, melty and delicious. The toppings are under the cheese which is a little unique. I have never had an issue with service or time of my order. Everyone has always been nice and pleasant at every visit. I will definitely be back and I hope my review stays the same. For as long as I had been going here....it was terrific. read more

Very disapointed in the pizza they sent me because it had black stuff on our pizza and my family was also disapointed and the manager should really check on the food conditions. read more

Order their pasta by the pound! For your money, you are getting a great deal. I ordered a bunch to feed my coworkers and we were eating it for days. A lot of food for 10 bucks! My only gripe is often it is teenagers answering the phone who have no clue of the answer if you ask a question...this was brought up to their main office and has gotten a lot better read more

Quite possible the most disgusting thing to ever be called a pizza. Ordered Pepperoni & Italian Sausage with extra cheese. Barely any cheese. Sausage tasted like ground Turkey. Pepperoni was scarce. Bland, boring, disgusting. Even my dog wouldn't eat this pizza, and that's a first! Pasta by the PoundDon't waste your money here. read more

Just picked up a pizza from pizza oven on west tusc by the old Kmart. I've been getting pizzas from pizza oven fo years. This one was the worst that I ever had. Cooked to long and dried up tasted terrible. 01/30/2019. 1:30 pm is when I picked it up. read more

Pizza of the gods. Absolutely outstanding pies... delicious! Every area has certain businesses that can be regarded as "treasures." Pizza Oven is an area treasure. I've been eating their Pizza since we moved here in 1975. It has never disappointed. read more

Don't waste you money! The pizza is ok, but the extra toppings are minimal at best. price is high and quality is low..

Haven't been here in about 2 months because of the last experience. Waited nearly an hour and half for 2 calzones, when they were sitting right on the warmer for who knows how long and no one brought them out. Asked for them to be boxed to go and the girl got an attitude saying she didn't know why we were taking them home and why we weren't happy. We know that the calzones come with a side of sauce, which was sitting next to them, but we had to ask 3 times for it. Calzones were burned and barely filled with cheese and pepperoni. The sauce changed greatly and instead of having any flavor, tastes more like sour tomato paste. Everything is incredibly greasy. read more

Loved the pizza and the pasta I go there all the time long wait for to go but always worth it

This was the worst pizza I have ever had in my entire life. I love pizza, even bad pizza, but this was a whole other realm of disgusting. We got the broccoli cauliflower Alfredo pizza and the few pieces of veggies tasted like they were from a frozen bag and the Alfredo sauce tasted like a cheap jar of Ragu. I can't believe we paid almost $20 for something that was inedible. I will never order food from here again. read more

Every time you come here they tell you 30 minutes... however it always takes at least an hour or you are sitting waiting for your food with horrible customer service and people who do not seem to care to help you. There is no management or anybody that holds anybody accountable to providing customers great service. Don't waste your time! read more

Tied for best pizza place ever and their Italian wings are amazing. if you don't like it something's wrong w U!

Maybe if the teenagers that work there could stop playing around and yelling in the background they could hear your order and wouldn't have to repeat it FOUR times...absolutely ridiculous read more
