I get home and I get my normal credit card notification that I had made a purchase, no biggie. I'm eating my pizza and I look at my phone and I find that Your Pizza Shop has yet once again OVER CHARGED ME. How you can you be charged after you sign the credit card slip, I don't know, but they did it, not once but TWICE, yes twice in two weeks. I guess they are trying to make up for COVID-19. You try to support local restaurants, and keep the economy going, and you order a meatball sub, and you get home, take it out, and the bread is so burnt, it's black. Threw it in the trash. Not worth the time to mess with them. Now you can't tell me they couldn't see how badly it was burnt before the wrapped it up. Massillon Ohio LIncoln way Your Pizza shop has the rudest and most condescending managers. We ordered for the first time a couple months ago and the pizza was excellent and were cooked properly. We had ordered 3 other times prior to this review of the 4th time. The 2nd time we ordered the pizzas were all done properly and cooked properly and were the best we had in a long time. The 3rd time the pizza was half burnt on the edges, not properly cooked and the quality dropped drastically. The 4th time we ordered the pizza was shoved to the back of the box and all mushed up. The toppings were just thrown on and the cheese was placed on top and they tried to claim it was "extra cheese" which is usually on top but that is not what we ordered. The dough was not even cooked properly either. They claim hat it is because of having 6 toppings on it but that is a lie. I worked at the Original Your Pizza in Orrville OH and we only had that issue on the rarest of occasions. They do not rotate the pizza in the oven to help with the dough cooking properly and help prevent the edges from burning. I DO NOT recommend getting the pizza there since that is the only thing we had ordered from there to review. I can't speak for the rest of the menu. The quality of product and the rudeness of the managers is appalling. The manager doesn't care what I think because I was a "bit rude" but their attitude was condescending from the start and even was going to refuse the replacement pizza for the one they messed up. I was going to make an effort this summer to get a group of neighbors together and order a large amount of pizzas and have a neighborhood get together. That is not going to happen with Your Pizza Massllon OH now. We will take our business elsewhere. I bet they will delete this review if not listen wisely. You are spending your good hard earned money and you should not get a poorly made product and treated with rudeness and disrespect. Oh and one more note. They were just going to shove the replacement pizza out the pickup window and not expect to have a conversation about how poorly their product was made. They want to brush off their poorly made product and ignore any criticism and treat you like you are beneath them. Cheers to them for creating a bigger problem than it needed to be. read more

My wife and I have been enjoying the food from your pizza shop for many years. We especially love the pressure cooked chicken. The staff is always friendly and courteous and we really appreciate the work they do and the products they provide. I would highly recommend your pizza shop to anyone who wishes to enjoy good pizza and some good chicken. read more

The food here is absolutely phenomenal!!! Pizza is always fresh and baked to perfection and the chicken is always moist and tender!! We've eaten here at this location since it opened in 2002 and we've never been disappointed!!! Have had great past time experiences but called tonight and had very rude employee take my order and then after being rude she tells me they could not deliver my food to my house even though I have had it delivered from this location several times. My favorite pizza, but the service is terrible. You call, you wait while they deal with someone else; they are on speaker phone and don't speak loud enough so it is hard to hear as the background noise is louder than the one speaking to you. You walk in to pick up the pizza. No one is at the counter. It takes way to long for someone to come out. So now I go elsewhere after buying pizza there for decades. Bad Business practice. The delivery driver only had $8 on him so he got a $9 tip, but brought the wrong items. When we called them about they said our correct order was on its way. If i could give zero I would in a heartbeat. I watched one of the employees drop a handful of spoons on the floor, pick them up, and still put them out for the buffet all while I was waiting 15mins for someone to come to the pull up window to give me my order. I told the "owner" what I watched the girl do and he dismissed it. They "lost" my order after I paid for it and said it would be delivered. So I met the driver at home. Driver tells me "order is on Dave" but no cash in hand and "call Dave. Take it up with him". Instead of calling, i knew that clearly wasn't going to get me anywhere, I gave the food back to the driver and told him I would go handle this in person. I'm waiting at the counter, now inside, for more than ten minutes before someone has the balls to confront me. Do you think it was Dave? NO. Instead it was a fourth employee that had the nerve to tell me I didn't need to have an attitude and slapped the incorrect refunded amount in my hand. Meanwhile, the dirty-spoon-slinging teenage employee had the nerve to come out and say "Dave wanted me to tell you that I didn't put the dropped spoons back in the holder. I threw them way." And then began to argue with me in the middle of the restraunt. YOU CAN'T TELL ME WHAT I DID OR DIDN'T SEE!!! I proceeded to tell her she didn't have to explain herself to me, I would never be eating the food again. She will be the reason people are sick from the buffet food. RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! I WOULD BE ASHAMED TO CALL THIS MY OWN BUSINESS. Stay away unless you're asking for a little more on your eating utensils than just the food. read more
