I didn't grow up in this town... but I've heard so much about the hype and nostalgia of this place from locals. This place was off the hook... but so worth the wait.. and it added to the fun of it. We tried their classic pie with their own sausage (the ordinal Sparky's recipe) and the gluten free pizza. They were both delicious. Best pizza I've had in the area. The gluten free was so good, it didn't seem possible it was gluten free, almost impossible to taste the difference. Their sausage was crumbly goodness... I can see why people were so excited about this coming back. The inside decor is sort of a modern industrial, a really great vibe. They have 3 phone lines and they have been ringing off the hook, be patient, a lot of people want to try the pie! read more

This is overdue but never too late! This pizza place has amazing pizza! Their sauce and toppings are out of this world!!! The staff is friendly and dedicated to their customers great experience! And even though they are busy, they hold true to their quoted times the pizza will be ready and even though the line is long at times, it moves fast and it's sooo worth it! Took over an hour to get our pizza. Totally ridiculous. Getting lied to is total BS. No a/c. My wife and daughter in-law just left. We won't be back and we live around the corner. They never disappoint with their quality food that is carefully crafted & the owners are the nicest people and their staff are always friendly and professional. Yesterday, my daughter ordered a pizza from them for Mother's Day and it was delicious as always! Stopped in on my way up from Cincinnati, just a few miles off of 71 and 76, plenty of parking nearby on Main Street. Shares an absolutely genius Dill Pickle Pizza... never in my life had I seen this on a menu, the crust was also very unique, in between Pastery and crumble ( we eyeballed the everything pizza the couple next to us, that also looked epic ). A good selection of local and other craft beers on tap. As a bonus. The environment was also clean, nice Harley and other memorabilia on the walls. Even a group of 30 people came in just after us, Kevin was spot on with service us and them, he even gave my 15 year old a tip... study hard and go to a great university! read more

Occasion: pizza takeout After reading in reviews of nearby places that they wished they'd gone to sparky's, how could we not? We were staying in Chippewa Lake and wanted pizza to go. Started reading reviews and Sparkys popped up in them, so we decided to try. They specify no substitutions or amendments to their specialty pizzas - don't know how serious they are about that but my name's not Karen so I went for the build your own pizza option. Had sausage, onion, red peppers on all and mushrooms on my half. The toppings were great - they have home made crumbly sausage that I like, not the GFS sausage turds that so many places use. Veggies were plentiful too and the sauce was rich. The crust seemed hand tossed and had the twisted edge which was great for dipping. I'm a fan! Would I recommend/return: yes to both! read more

Nice little restaurant in small town USA. The selection of food is not bad (pizza joint) as well as the beer selection (great for the location). The decor is spot on for the vibe they are going for (craft beer/natural wood/hip). The reason I am not giving a 5 star review is because there were random boxes on the floor behind the bar of random beverage companies (some full some empty) and slow service with only two workers (Covid has been difficult in this respect). It's always nice to see a neat little local restaurant in an area like this. I will say if you are in the area this place deserves a look. read more

We live in Wadsworth, while driving around we spotted Sparky's Pizza and decided to take some home with us. It is very, very good! Crust was crisp but tender, sauce was homemade and yummy. This is now my favorite pizza in Medina County. It's a family owned business and the pizza is phenomenal. You can tell the crust is freshly baked. My favorite pizza is simply a the classic pie with sausage. I love crumbly sausage and so few places around here serve it. We've taken pizza to go and also eaten in the restaurant. It isn't a big place, but it's remodeled, modern and clean. I highly recommend Sparky's Pizza next time you are in Medina County and looking for a great pie. read more

Tried the pizza at Sparky's and it wasn't bad, but wasn't as great as some say. Crust wasn't too bad, but loaded with toppings? I didn't think the value is there for the price. Got some cinnamon rolls while we were there too which were ok. Everything just seemed average to me and not worth the wait time or trying to get through on the phone. So incredibly disappointed, from beginning to end. I'm giving it 3 stars because I know it's a family run business and everyone's trying their best right now, but I'm being generous with 3 stars...First, I called to place an order and pay for it in advance with a later pickup time. I ordered 2 large pizzas and 6 garlic sauce. $52 for my order. WOW. The only "weird" thing about my order was I requested half of a large to not have all the peppers, just green. I don't know if the girl was new, but it just seemed to all be very confusing for her. But whatever, she was very nice and I hoped for the best. So time came around for my pickup, and they said they couldn't find my order. That they had no order under my name. Like seriously??! I told them I paid for it and everything. "Ohhhhh, we'll if you already paid for that's in a different pile." You would think they would've already checked all piles of pizza... ugh, whatever. Crisis diverted. Get home. They didn't give me my garlic sauce...wth. Whatever, not the end of the world just kinda ticked because I paid for them. Now to the pizza...I don't know how else to say this, but it was just BAD. It was super dry and had absolutely no flavor. I was SUPER disappointed!! My company was sitting there eating and we all were thinking the same thing but nobody wanted to say anything. Lol until finally my friend asked what I thought on a scale of 1-10. I said maybe a 6? But that was being soooo generous. It was just really, really terrible....it was so bad we didn't even save our leftovers. I NEVER waste pizza, but neither of us had any desire to have more. So, just my opinion, but I wish I would've known. I really wanted to support them, but for $52 down the drain, I don't think so. read more
