It was like shredded. The pizza was delicious. It was a thicker crust and it had great flavor. Even the smaller pizzas you could split in 2 so you can try 2 different specialty pizzas. We got half Romeo (but switched out the sauce for white olive oil sauce) and half right primo pepperoni. The Primo was the bomb. The red sauce was so good, pepperoni cups were plentiful. The Romeo was different since it was a seasonal, had pistachios on it so had to try it. I thought it was good but didn't compare to the Primo. Also ordered garlic parm boneless wings that would be a problem if we lived here. The tiramisu was good, but I'm a connoisseur so I'm a little more picky.
