I have to say that I was very pleased with the service I received at Blaze Pizza. I ordered a veggie pizza with garlic pesto sauce, it was crispy and the sauce was not overpowering as most pesto sauces are. The cheese is real and they have different cheeses such as Gorgonzola or Feta. I mixed mozzarella with Gorgonzola; it was delish! My gluten free pizza was paper thin. You could see through it. I ordered red sauce, mozzarella cheese, onions, peppers and banana peppers. If there was cheese on it, I couldn't tell. It was very dry almost no sauce, and maybe one of each topping. I am so disappointed. :( read more

The staff is horrible at this location. They are nice, but not organized. The food is good just like any other Blaze, but I waited 45 minutes to get my pizza. Towards the end, they took my pizza out of the oven and set it on the cutting area. The pizza cutter then kept cutting 5 other pizzas that came out after mine did. Very slow and won't be back. My advice, go to chipotle next door. Update: The manager reached out to me and apologized for my poor experience which I really appreciated. I dont recommend a visit around the holidays Tonight I visited the Blaze in Canton Beldon . I noticed they hardly had anything left at 9 pm so i asked were they gonna put out more toppings and the employees told me that they were told by their management staff once they run out of toppings not to put out any more ; as they are afraid of loosing money. so i payed for a pizza with a teaspoon of sauce and what ever toppings they had that was picked over. My first experience with blaaze was at Disney Springs as that is where I'm from. Much busier there so it was a surprise to see how empty this place has been each time I come. The staff has been very friendly. I wanted the mmozzarella pesto salad that is no longer on the menu but they made it for me anyway! I love the 1-top with goat cheese! Dip that baby in some balsamic dressing and it is the most delicious pie. The salted chocolate chip cookie is divine and the s'mores cookie when heated in the oven is a sinful treat. We tried for the first time and the pizza was great BUT we walked in and music was so loud it was hard to hear our order taker and impossible to have a conversation. Management said corporate requires them to keep music @ 90 db. But loseaudit points if they find it set any lower. They did turn it down to 70 db while we were there which helped greatly. This isn't a review for the place all the time, but specifically the latest time. Came into Blaze tonight for dinner and there were probably 15 people ahead of us. Waited probably a good 10 minutes and the line had not moved an inch. They only had three people working, one consistently making the dough, one moving at a snail's pace laying toppings and the other monitoring the pizza and running the register. It's Black Friday, in a synonymously busy shopping era, and that's all the staff they have? Not to mention it's supposed to be fast. After astonishingly not moving an inch for 10 minutes with workers who didn't seem the slightest bit eager to work with some pace, we walked out and over to Chipotle who had us eating within 2minutes. read more

I went here tonight for the first time it was 845 when I got there they had a small line no more then 9 people ahead of me I waited in line till 930 just to get my order taken then at 945 I finally was able to take my pizza home! The workers are extremely slow pace not sure if they just didn't care or what. The older lady working was bitching to customers about the younger girl that was working because something happened with those two first off you do not bitch to your customers about your coworker second off just do your job and get me out the door but she was to worried about telling us and every one els close to her about what happened with her and the young girl. The pizza here is fresh and fantastic. There are a lot of great specialty options or you can create your own. The selection of toppings is great. The employees are always friendly and helpful, in my experience. If you go during a very busy time, the wait can be a bit long to actually reach the point of placing your order. However, once you have begun your order everything moves pretty swiftly from there. The parking at this particular location is horrible. It can be difficult to find a spot when it's busy and difficult to maneuver around the lot. This is, in part, because they share a lot with Starbucks and their drive thru is poorly situated to begin at the back of Blaze's lot. i was doing a bunch of errands and realized it was past time for lunch. i stopped in, waited about a minute. the first worker greeted me, asked if i had been there before (yes!!). i ordered my crust, sauce toppings, paid, etc. by the time i got my drink the my pizza was ready. fresh and delicious as always. the restaurant is clean and cheerful. i LOVE that theyve gotten away from straws and you csn just sip from the lid. once again, Blaze hits it out of the park. read more

First time here. I'm giving 4/5 not for the food or taste but for not greeting us when we walked in or there was no sign for where to start the line.
