The chicken was pretty good and was cooked throughly and well, though I would have to say unfortunately my rice and noodles were either undercooked or over cooked I really couldn't tell but it wasn't the worst. I absolutely love Panda Express and my favorite things to get are the orange chicken, Beijing Beef, and the Honey Walnut Shrimp. I always get a plate and do 1/2 fried rice + 1/2 super greens. The staff is really friendly and prompt. My only complaints are that you have to pay extra for sweet & sour sauce... and if you place an order through the app, they make it super inconvenient and you must go inside to get your order. I really wish they'd let you pick up your app order through the drive-thru, because if I'm wanting to just get home after work, the lady thing I want to do is go inside and wait in a line and deal with people. read more

The reason for three star is last night I decided to get my meal to go instead of going in to eat like we usually do. I am very disappointed. Tonight was my first time ever ordering from here, my family always orders it I just haven't ever tasted it myself and when they get it there is always something wrong with it. I got the original Orange chicken and honey sesame chicken breast. Now....they have 2 kinds of orange chicken one that says fire something and then the one i got the original. You would think a little spice would be okay. But it was so dang hot I couldn't eat it so you can imagine what i went through having kids. I spent $40 tonight and cant even eat it. So i just spent money for no reason. I cant eat it my kids cant eat it so were down that money. I will not order from here again. The food is good, and the prices are reasonable. The customer service was ok. HOWEVER. We planned to eat in, because there were no signs saying we couldn't. Ok fine. The biggest problem was there was no Diet Coke or Coke Zero, and no signs about that, either. Over all, not the best or worst experience, but it won't become a favorite place of mine. read more

I am reading all the terrible reviews here and I must say, this is a "chain" restaurant, if you want "authentic" Chinese dishes, then you need to go an authentic Chinese restaurant. The orange chicken here is great, which is why it's the best seller, the Walnut Shrimp is good too, but because the pieces are so large, you get a small portion and I don't think that's the best option for what you pay for a plate, it is on the pricier side here. I love that you have the option to get half vegetables half rice because most people want both, and only one side is an option with their dishes. Only complaint I ever had here was a manager that would belittle her employees every time I was in the checkout line, but I haven't seen her recently so i'm guessing they corrected that problem. read more

Ordered takeout yesterday and ordered the Kung pao chicken. I couldn't have been more disappointed when I opened it up at home. The bowl was nearly filled to the top with white rice. My family very much enjoys their food. It's quick and good. Customer service here is very good. The other day I went into the restaurant to order so I could take it home and 2 of the items were being cooked fresh, so while I waited they gave me a free drink. This was a kind gesture and was not expected at all. I also like how they will let you sample something when trying to make a decision on what to get when you go into the restaurant. My husband and I both enjoy the green bean chicken dish. The sauce is good, and the green beans have tasted fresh each time. My husband and son like the chow menu noodles. I on the other hand get the fried rice and enjoy that. Other dishes I like there are the kung pao chicken which is pretty spicy. My son likes the teriyaki chicken. He doesn't like really sweet things, so he says that it's perfect for him. My husband also enjoys the eggrolls there. Overall I would recommend this place as a good quick bite. read more

Decided to give Panda Express a try. I regret my decision. I ordered the orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, Kung Pao Chicken, and fried rice. The orange chicken was overdone and was hard to chew. Even though orange chicken is their famous, signature dish, it does not have good flavoring to it at all. The fried rice was dry and tasted old. Some pieces of rice were hard as a rock. The honey walnut shrimp had very little sauce on it so there was no flavoring at all. The Kung Pao Chicken also had no flavoring. The only flavor in it was spice. The veggies in it were soggy and tasted old. Also had the egg roll and Crab Rangoon. Both the egg roll and Crab Rangoon were dark brown and burnt. The only good part was the staff and wait time. The staff were friendly and everything was done very fast. I had a horrible experience with Panama so I think in the future I will just stick with other Chinese restaurants. read more

I stopped by after work to order panda express. As I pulled up I was greeted with "you can order" while I was browsing the menu. I then asked "what's more popular the orange or sesame chicken" the girl sighed and went "both" which was rude and unhelpful. I then placed my order and she was very audibly irritated during the interaction (continuously sighing and interrupting me). I pulled up and asked the window worker if the girl was having a bad day and he dismissed me and walked away. he opened the window again and handed me my food and as I asked him "I just don't understand why she's being so aggressive and why you're dismissing me?" he let the window slowly shut in my face and walked off and waited for me to pull away. This is the only panda express in my area and after that interaction I'm not sure I'll be back. The food wasn't great (could tell it was old). I decided to write this review after contacting corporate and their response was to do nothing about it. Thought it might be worth it to mention to the public that neither the restaurant workers/owners nor corporate care about your experience or satisfaction at their restaurants. read more

Panda Express Orange Chicken is their best seller and I agree, it's the best. I am a fast food fan but know how bad it can be, health wise. So, I don't compare based upon healthfulness. I compare on flavor and the venue. This location is brand new. They have a few kinks but my experience has been fine. Friendly and attentive. I was not disappointed withe the orange chicken either.
