The food including the Egg Drop Soup was served piping hot, along with my entree Gong Bow Chicken (aka Kung Pao Chicken). Not too spicy, but just enough to taste without setting your mouth on fire. The server and host were very friendly and courteous. The restaurant provides ample seating (booths and tables) in a nice cultural atmosphere. Broth was not rich in flavor unlike other ramen places. Char siu too fatty for me. Fried chicken was also very greasy unlike tonkotsu should be.
