Chick-Fil-A is usually a good place to go if you want a variety of chicken options. The food is usually good although lately they have been a little off. They have been giving us different things than we asked (ex. instead of a spicy Grilled Chicken Club, we got a sandwich that was not grilled with some modifications to it that we didn't ask of). We are usually fans of the fruit cups as they are a healthy side option, but lately the fruit doesn't seem quite as fresh and today they're was done sort of foreign item in it that we couldn't figure out what it was. I unfortunately ate a few pieces of fruit prior to seeing it, which makes me really unhappy, I surely hope it wasn't something really bad in it. Maybe it's time to try the mobile app to see if my order can be made correctly....and no more fruit cups for me from there. read more

I love Chick fil A and love that there's one here by me (I just moved from Georgia where there's a location every two miles)! Unfortunately, this is the only location in the area and it's always SWARMING and lines wrapped around the building at all hours for the drive thru. I just wish CFA would build another location in the area to lessen the demand on this particular restaurant. My favorite thing to order is the grilled market salad and a small chicken noodle soup. It's perfect for the winter months!! read more

Had an Original chicken deluxe sandwich with waffle fries and drink for $7.39. Didn't know till later that I could have had a side salad or fruit for $1.39 more. Sandwich was good but only barely warm. Waffle Fries were different but still just fries. read more

Chicken, chicken the magical meat. I'll eat it all up, except for the feet! And this magical establishment knows how to take chicken to a whole new level. And service too! I have no clue what on earth they were giving away here when I arrived. All I know, is I didn't get any. Boooo! I jest, but they were more busy than a cemetery running a BOGO special. Take a look at my photos if you don't believe me. The drive thru was wrapped around the building, the dining room was packed and 30 people were in line. But, guess what? We were served in less than 5 minutes! Talk about a well oiled machine people, j was shocked! This location is in the heart of crazy town....errrr Canton. This area is super busy and has anything and everything you'd ever need. Hence this amazing restaurant being located here too. The traffic in this area will drive you to drink and nothing happens quickly. Until you get in line at Chick Fil A that is. Ordered my usual salad and it came out beautiful, as always. Fresh, crisp, green and ever so yummy! Decided to take it to go because I hate humans. But this location rocks! The staff was super friendly. Bathrooms were clean and so was what I saw of the dining room. Kudos to the management here for keeping standards high...even when they are knee deep in chicken wielding customers! read more

Diana was so nice to me and her bubbly attitude and nice smile was so welcoming! I love this Chick fil A everyone always has a great attitude and the food is always right and ALWAYS taste amazing! Have not been at Chick-fil-a in a while! Noon is bad time to go if you want quiet! I had deluxe spicy chicken and chips! Sandwich was good, but chicken was room-temperature chips was a small bag of waffle styled with 220 calories, 18% fat,11% salt, 8% carbs etc. in other words I should not have ordered it! Wife said they have fruit cups... now she tells me! She had regular chicken sandwich and fries ! We order the food and before we got to our table a lady met us with our food order! Fast food, but explains why our food was not recently cooked! Drive up was a line around the building! Take my word for it never come at noontime! Yelling is not an option you have to across the same table! read more

Food was good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Manager came over and asked how everything was and things got really weird. He gave us a short sermon on gay marriage and how the Bible says it's wrong. We were all in shock. Even our 9 year old said in the car "well that was awkward". I did not appreciate the message of hate and fear that this kind of outdated thinking spreads. Especially to our kids. God made us all in his image so if you have an issue, take it up with him. We won't be back. read more

I ordered a chick filet sandwich with lettuce, tomato and pickle, and my daughter ordered an 8 piece chicken nugget combo. Once we drove off, I had received an order of fries (which I didn't order) and a slice of cheese on my sandwich (which I didn't order). While I don't frequent the place, this is the second time I've received more than what I ordered. The food is good but high as it is without stacking the deck. Amazing, as always. As we were leaving, we fumbled our frosted lemonade and there was a mini explosion. Immediately, three employees magically appeared and began cleaning up our mess. It was as if they were graceful little ferries, twirling around with wipes and rags in a cloud of glitter. One of them turned around to me with a new, complimentary frosted lemonade. "I am unworthy!" The Service was great as usual for Chick fil A. Pleasant employees that even gave us a free paper at the drive through. I came for breakfast twice during my stay and I have to say the biscuits don't look or taste like what I have come to know and expect from ChickFilA. I don't think they are making them fresh in house. I saw a truck delivering trays of pre-made biscuits. I think Corporate needs to investigate. read more

We ate dinner Friday night and breakfast Saturday morning. Even though they were very busy Friday the service was fast and they were well prepared for the dinner rush. Breakfast was also great. Again, the service was excellent and everyone was very courteous and helpful. This was by far one of the best fast food experiences I have had in several years. Keep up the great work! read more

Love this Chick-Fil-A! This is by far the most poppin' spot in town. Nothing beats their regular Chick-Fil-A sandwich with Polynesian sauce on the side. Now, if they just dimmed the lights and turned their dining room into a nightclub with adult beverages and a live DJ they'd be unstoppable!!! p.s. Shout out to Kim at the drive-thru. She was awesome! And actually, the entire staff is always friendly. read more

Went to Chick-fil-A for lunch - WOW - they were busy! Finally got up to the counter & I order a 3-piece Chicken Strip & a Small Fruit Cup. The cashier rings up a Medium Fruit Cup - So I say 'No, I ordered a Small Fruit Cup'. Deloris (my cashier according to the receipt) replies 'The Small Cup is what we put in the kid's meal - when people order it as a side we sell the Medium.' Then she shows me a sample of each size. I again reiterate that I want a Small Fruit Cup. So they list a Small Fruit Cup on the side menu - but if you order it they assume you really want the Medium & that's what they charge you for. Sneaky way to get you to buy a larger portion - Kind of underhanded for a place that pipes endless Christian Rock thru their sound systems! read more

OBSESSED. I come here far too often. The food is always really good and the service is always 100%. I would never consider giving a fast food joint 5 stars, but this location truly deserves it. Not ONCE have I had a bad experience here, food or otherwise. My worst time here was when someone I would rather not see sat down next to me and wouldn't stop talking, which has nothing to do with the establishment itself. Anyway, I have also broadened my horizons since my last review and I'm currently addicted to their southwest salad. read more

Grilled chicken sandwich was the juiciest chicken sandwich I've EVER had in my life. This tops many fine dining establishments I've been too and gotten chicken at. Woah! Wow this place sucked we went through the drive through and was not impressed we asked for a grilled chicken sandwich with just lettuce and mayo and we also ordered a 8 piece chicken nuggets and honey mustard they didn't give us any honey mustard the chicken nuggets were dry and fell apart and on the grilled sandwich the gave us tomato and a lot of other stuff we didn't ask for and it was also dry and horrible I will never go back it was nasty and horrible. The workers were really rude and gross. Don't recommend this place . read more

We frequent this Chick-fil-A a few times a month. My wife has corn and gluten allergies and they are very accommodating. They have a non seasoned grilled nugget that they make for her with pepper jack cheese over top of it. We take our 4 kids and it's very family friendly. read more

I purchase gallons of ice tea. I was told today that i could not receive a large cup of ice but I can receive as many as small cups as I would like. So the store gave me 4 small cups of ice rather than one large cup of Ice. Not sure I have ever seen this anywhere else and why would you give up 4 cups. read more

Stopped today for some breakfast and a coffee that was supposed to be free in February. It was 20 minutes before the switch over for lunch and they only had 2 biscuits left and no hash browns. They kept trying to offer me lunch items. I politely declined and got 2 chicken biscuits and the coffee. As I was pulling away I noticed they charged me for the coffee too. We love chick-fil-a, we go to the belden village location weekly. The only problem we've ever had is the employees take up 1 booth each when they go on break. Of course they deserve a break, we entered the store tues at 9:21 am, 4 booths were already taken just by employees, so my husband and i sat on the " kids" side, not what we will do again! read more

Once at the window, we checked on the special request, and they did not have that listed so they handed us drinks and parked us after correcting. No straws for the drinks. We asked for them and requested extra hot sauce for the second time. The attendant grabbed some packets but became frazzled when we asked for straws so she put the hot sauce to the side and gave us straws. We pulled ahead before realizing we didn't get the hot sauce. We waited about 20 minutes parked before we received the wrong order. We called the runner back and requested the right order. There was only one combo (ordered 2), no hot sauce, and a side of three piece chicken. The runner seemed irritated so my sister went in with her. Inside they argued we didn't order two combos until my sister showed them our receipt. We waited longer. Finally the order came with one hot sauce for a 6 piece dinner. There were maybe 10 fries in her combo. I didn't order fries. We also noticed we were charged $1 more for the combo drink bc it was tea, not soda. I'm never charged more in CA, and online it shows a large drink with the combo. No one told us we'd be charged extra. When we saw these mistakes at home combined with our overall experience, we called in. The manager responded with silence and then an "ok" when we addressed our concerns. She was dismissive, no apology of our experience, or any way to promise a better visit next time. Total disregard. I'll stick with my California drive thru in the future.

Ordering: i don't like the ordering at the counter and lack of server service. the place doesn't look to be set up that way. you'd think there would be servers as it's kinda like a larger bar. instead you order, sit, wait for your food and you're on your own. it's a little like BW3 was back in the day. Slow: seemed to take a long time for chicken fingers. not a huge deal, but i wouldn't have guessed it'd take so long. i don't want to give the impression, though, that it was more bad than good. the food definitely outweighed the negatives. it's a long way from home but i'd go back for sure. i'd like to try some wings and some other sides as well as some of their appetizers.

It was literally like Frank's hot sauce mixed with some chicken that hanging around waiting to be used. There was nothing special about this quesadilla and certainly not worth 14.00$ !! Very disappointing effort.

The sub pictured is the #43 Chipotle Cheesesteak. I get it without onions. It comes with chipotle sauce, grilled peppers, cheese and cheesesteak on choice of bread. Always turns out hot and delicious. The staff is helpful and seem to enjoy working at Jersey Mikes. Jersey Mikes is easy to order in person or through their Jersey Mikes mobile app with a reward program including birthday rewards.
