This entry is two reviews in one. But the two visits are related. Tried Wingstop the first time to mixed results. Ordered and paid online for pick up. Hubby came home and realized we were missing part of our order. Called to inform them and spoke to the general manager, Jeff. He was less than helpful. Our options were to drive back and pick up missing wings or put our name in his "book" for future credit. Yeah, right. He said he "couldn't" refund anything. Sure, Jeff. Went back today, and guess what? No one has ever heard of this mythical "book." They offered to throw in some extra wings, but they did not. Sigh. . Food itself is good, only reason I gave it 3 stars. Loved the classic wings, we tried Hawaiian, Korean, Mild, and Garlic Parm, between the two visits. Wings are small but perfectly extra crispy. The Hawaiian was VERY sweet the 2nd time. For sides, we tried fries and Cajun corn, so good. The Cajun corn cobs are spicy good. So ordered online and when I came 35 minutes later I was ignored for 12 minutes while one worker was watching WWE one was frying food and the other was walking around looking busy doing nothing. I want to start off by saying, I NEVER leave reviews for places. The reason why I'm leaving a review tonight for this establishment is because of the PHENOMENAL service that my boyfriend and I received. All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly. I wish I remembered their names but we went on February 18th 2025 at around 9:30pm. Wrestling was playing on the tv, the workers were all smiling, the cooks in the back were laughing. It was my boyfriend's first experience coming to a wingstop and we both felt so comfortable and "at home" there with the workers. All we ever saw from them was smiles. It didn't even feel like they were working. It seemed like everyone was just good friends and hanging out for the evening. I even talked to one of the workers and mentioned how wholesome and awesome it was to see that considering that not many people are this genuinely kind and excited to be at work. His response? "Yeah, we don't really feel like we're working when we're here. It's just a good time. Food gets made, people are fed, we're happy, and that's what matters". All with a smile on his face. Again, I never write reviews but I really damn hope that someone up the corporate chain reads this and gives the staff the recognition that they deserve because our experience there tonight, have been nothing but amazing. The food is what you'd expect. Good wings for good prices and open late. But again, the staff is the reason why I'm rating this place a five star. Even whilst we were eating (we ate inside) the staff would check in on us to make sure we were doing okay. It's the little things. I hope the store manager or someone sees this and gives these men a raise because they were such a delight to chat with and see. Food was good easy to order on line . Since I'm from out of state . Wings were hot seasoned well lemon pepper. Veggies were fresh .

The service here is flat out terrible. They forgot my fries in my to go order, and when I tried to call to see if I could be reimbursed I am just left on hold. And to top it all off I found what looks like to be a pubic hair in my hot honey wings. read more

I literally have never been more upset while ordering takeout. Placed my order at 11:33 p.m. this evening it's going to be ready at 11:58 , the restaurant closes at midnight . I get there at 11:54 and there is several people standing out on the sidewalk some of which have been there since 11:40 p.m.. I'm told that the door is locked and the employees inside who are not supposed to be closing for another 20 minutes are completely ignoring the people standing in line on the sidewalk and the people that have orders sitting on their Shelf ready to go . I am pissed . I spent money and ordered on the app can't get my money back I still can't eat anything because the employees took it upon themselves to close 20 minutes early and then not even open the door and have the courtesy to tell the customers that were standing there clearly waiting . I am beyond mad I'm furious this is rude it is inconsiderate it is unprofessional and it is disgusting that customers are treated in such a manner after wingstop takes their money. read more

Tried the new thigh promotion which you can only order through DoorDash. They did not have our order ready when we arrived, even though it was after the time window we were given. The bone-in thighs were so dry that they were inedible. The boneless were cut so small that they were basically just breading. The corn was just grease and was not seasoned with what we asked, We were missing a couple items that we ordered and paid for, which we didn't know until we got home because they seal your bag before handing it to you. This was our first time at this location. We rarely have a problem with our usual location on Tusc, but we live closer to the belden store, so we decided to just order from there. We stopped in today to try it and we have mixed feelings. Service was great. Wing size was small and way overcooked to the point of almost being burnt. Sauces were good that we tried. Garlic parm, mild, Hawaiian, mango habanero, and the Korean BBQ. The corn bites were honestly my favorite. Sweet and little spicy and just good. Fries were great. Just as a wing lover I expected a little better overall quality wing from a place called wingstop. read more

Extremely good. I recently ordered Six Boneless Wings with the Korean BBQ sauce, Ranch Dressing, their Seasoned Fries, and a Sweet Tea. The Korean BBQ sauce was delicious. The food is pretty good, however the staff is consistently rude. Wether they have air pods in (being ignored), or are extremely short and unkind. I'm not expecting a red carpet laid out upon my arrival but being interrupted, ignored and dismissed is extremely bizarre. read more

I love wingstop and normally have no complaints. it was my first time going into this specific one tho.. and I was very disappointed. i ordered 10 wings and a brownie. that was all I ordered. I was told the wait would be about 8 minutes. so I sat down and ended up waiting a half hour!! other people were receiving their food that came in after me. i could no longer bite my tongue so I went to see what was going on. they were completely lost. didn't even have the ticket for my order. the lady working upfront ended up sending the guy from the back to handle her dirty work even tho she's the one who messed up my order. anyways turns out my food had been made and just sitting there for who knows how long! so I waited 30 minutes for 10 cold wings. they weren't even busy. as someone who works in the food industry I'm very disappointed there's no excuse and I definitely will not be coming back to this location. read more
