You will be given the option to eat outside or inside with a number locating where your food will be brought when ready. The OH Chicken Sandwich is delicious, but I won't say it is better or worse than other similar chicken sandwiches other places. The tator tots were crispy and seasoned. The star of the show this visit was the peanut butter chocolate shake was had peanut butter morsels in it. This place was busy during a weekday during lunch time both in the dining area and the bar counter. The fountain drinks have a drink station to serve yourself.

Ordered at the front and food was brought to us, it was packed at 1pm on Tuesday, and for good reason. I will come back another Tuesday to get their Nashville hot chicken. Upon entering, there are two sets of kiosks (total of 4 ordering stations). You can either open your McDonalds app and pull up the code and enter the code onto the screen, connecting your rewards points to the screen or you can bypass without entering a code. The kiosk ordering is similar to ordering from the app. All of your menu categories appear on the left side of the kiosk screen. The kiosk screen always you to customize your order by adding, removing, or upgrading. On the left side you do for the option to redeem your rewards: 1500, 3000,4500, or 6000 points depending on the item you'd like to redeem. The kiosk does give you the option to pay with card or giftcard or to pay at the counter with all payment methods. During this visit, I tried the new limited time only Big Arch burger. The Big Arch is similar to the double quarter pounder with cheese, but has a different style bun, white cheddar cheese instead of American cheese, and includes onion straws with a new Big Arch sauce. As far as the taste of the Big Arch, to each its own. The first bite was glorious because it was something new! The new Big Arch sauce was exciting addition that was quickly overpowered by slivered onions and stale/dried out onion straws. The fries are always hit or miss depending on the time of day and traffic flow. Usually a variation of soggy to the "golden standard" to burnt. The staff does their best to keep up with the demands of drive thru, counter/kiosk/instore customers, as well as delivery services like DoorDash. I was greatly impressed this visit with the Oreo McFlurry. Other McDonalds locations dump the Oreos on top of the ice cream without blending (McFlurrying it). One thing missing is the charm of being focused on family. I feel there has been a major shift from kids and family focused atmosphere to the hustle & bustle of life in a hurry. Think about it: people sit in fast food or other restaurants to have a breather from the chaos of their days to be surrounded by "not the Happy Meal" atmosphere.

I am 99% sure the screen showing the menu had at least 3-5 bullet holes in it. I ignored it and tried to order. The person taking my order couldn't even speak English (they were Russian) and it took 10 minutes for them to get their *manager* and translate. When I finally got my food, it was completely wrong. They even gave me 4 raw cookies instead of 6 cooked chicken nuggets. I specifically asked for no pickles since I am allergic and I figured they would understand because they always advertise that kinda stuff. and guess what I found in not one, but two of my burgers. When I started to drive off, they had the audacity to give me a look and mutter some curse words in Spanish (I speak it) all because I didn't give them a tip. The worst part was that they had signs all over saying that they don't accept tips. What a pathetic company.

I'm a Southern California resident visiting family in Ohio. After a long flight, I wanted a bite to…read moreeat and took my sister to Cane's. We love ours back home. The following is not what we experience back there. There was an hour wait at the drive thru, which consisted of a line that looped around the building twice! One window was open. No one outside to take preorders to expedite the process. After arriving at the window, we ordered two combos. Mine was a specialty order for the Caniac as I request "naked tenders" and extra hot sauce. Once at the window, we checked on the special request, and they did not have that listed so they handed us drinks and parked us after correcting. No straws for the drinks. We asked for them and requested extra hot sauce for the second time. The attendant grabbed some packets but became frazzled when we asked for straws so she put the hot sauce to the side and gave us straws. We pulled ahead before realizing we didn't get the hot sauce. We waited about 20 minutes parked before we received the wrong order. We called the runner back and requested the right order. There was only one combo (ordered 2), no hot sauce, and a side of three piece chicken. The runner seemed irritated so my sister went in with her. Inside they argued we didn't order two combos until my sister showed them our receipt. We waited longer. Finally the order came with one hot sauce for a 6 piece dinner. There were maybe 10 fries in her combo. I didn't order fries. We also noticed we were charged $1 more for the combo drink bc it was tea, not soda. I'm never charged more in CA, and online it shows a large drink with the combo. No one told us we'd be charged extra. When we saw these mistakes at home combined with our overall experience, we called in. The manager responded with silence and then an "ok" when we addressed our concerns. She was dismissive, no apology of our experience, or any way to promise a better visit next time. Total disregard. I'll stick with my California drive thru in the future.

I looked at the ingredients and it has so many terrible chemicals I bought it assuming it was clean. My mistake but also not even edible!! TERRIBLE SMELL OF RANK FREEZER BURN! You can smell it without even opening the box. Just pull a box out of their freezer and smell it. Once u open an actual sandwich cookie plastic it's even worse!! & guess what?
