Next, they addressed the response I received from from one of their employees and assured me that, it was very unacceptable in the way said employee handled the situation. Lastly they thanked me for giving them a heads up on my situation because it allows them to grow and correct things other than letting something like this situation fly under the radar. I was granted my refund and I thought Debbie and Ernie handled this situation as best as possible.
