My wife and I drive through Massillon all the time--it's only about 15 minutes from where we live in Canal Fulton. Just like Canal Fulton, Massillon has a lot to offer, and one spot we finally decided to check out was 3D Meats Massillon.
It's a huge specialty shop packed with groceries, locally sourced meats, dairy products (including all kinds of cheeses), beef jerky, and so much more. My wife actually visited first and absolutely loved it. The first thing we ever tried from there was their smoky bacon burgers, which we made for dinner--and they were so incredibly delicious. I'm a sucker for a really great burger since burgers are one of my all-time favorite foods, and these definitely hit the mark.
She also picked up some large meat bones for our dogs, and they were very reasonably priced--you can get two for $6.21. The hamburger patties were priced well too, which is always a bonus.
When I finally had the chance to visit the shop myself, I was just as impressed. The layout is spacious, and there's a ton to choose from. They even have a Beer Cave, which I didn't get to explore this time, but I'll definitely be checking it out on my next visit.
One thing that really stood out to me was their big selection of house-made salsas. The one that caught my eye was called "Bacon Me Happy," a sweet corn and bacon salsa that I'm extremely excited to try. On top of everything else, the customer service was great.
If you're craving great-tasting, locally sourced meats and all kinds of delicious finds, I highly recommend checking out 3D Meats Massillon. read more
