They also have a pretty nice wine selection, some baked goods (mostly cookies), and a cooler full of homemade soups, marinades and sauces. That seemed like the coolest part to me. You could buy your meat there and even buy the marinade in case you wanted to coon the dish a little later. I got the Kytana sandwich, which has smoked there, bacon, avocado, Russian dressing and arugula on a brioche bun with caraway seeds. The flavor of the sandwich was pretty good, although the turkey did taste pretty salty. I know that can sometimes happen with smoked meats, but this felt like a lot to me. My friend got the bbq short rib sandwich which looked delicious. It was on a hoagie roll and had pickles, red onion and cheddar cheese. The bbq sauce was really light, kind of seemed like a bbq gravy, but it was really tasty. I also got a pumpkin snickerdoodle cookie which was tasty. Service was super friendly and comfortable. The docs is very clean and looked like it has a lot of high quality ingredients, etc. I'd definitely return to try another sandwich of something for their adjacent smoke shop.
