We stopped by the OG Street Eatz food truck while in Canton today for my daughter's lacrosse tournament. It was just dumb luck finding them by accident as we drove by looking for somewhere to find a quick bite. They specialize in handmade Philly cheese steak sandwiches (multiple options to choose from), hot dogs with various toppings, and sandwiches (the burnt ends brisket sandwich sounded spectacular). On the owner's recommendation, my friend and I settled on the "OG", a Philly cheese steak sandwich on a bun, with sautéed onions, and cheese. They were running a special - a huge sandwich, chips (or coleslaw), and a drink of our choice for $10. HANDS DOWN, this was the best cheesesteak sandwich I have EVER had. Spectacular. I mean it. The bun was so soft and good. There was so much sliced steak. It. Was. Noteworthy. The sandwich was so large that when my nephew showed up at my daughter's game, I split it with him, and we were both quite satisfied. We went back after the game to get another Philly steak sandwich for my daughter after her team's win. The owners are friendly, helpful, and genuinely excited about their product. We are Clevelanders but will definitely be back and will tell our friends and family! Such an epic surprise!!! They will be outside the Quonset Hut on Cleveland Avenue NW on Thursdays. So let me preface this as we liked the restaurant. The food was good with two glaring problems…read more The good: My partner liked his burger, said it was juicy and tasted good. The stuffed mushrooms were excellent, it was the best dish we got. Fish was fried a bit hard but still tasted good. The Raspberry Mojito was decent, the mint added didn't add anything but didn't take anything away. The service was fine, nothing amazing but nothing bad. It was dead when we went just some people at the bar and some golf bros that came in as we were leaving. The bad: Please offer bottled water, that tap water tastes straight from the lake. If it is bottle water it's the cheapest water I've tasted. Good thing I ordered lemon with it. The fries, there was so much salt that they burned to eat. Whoever was so heavy handed with the salt needs to scale it back a bit or offer the fries by default without salt. They had a good taste but it was lost to extreme sodium. The inside was clean, like I said it was dead so it was organized. The bathroom floor was sticky but it's not the worst bathroom I've been in. We might come back, we really enjoyed the mushrooms but I got my entire sodium allowance with just a couple of the fries. We barely ate the fries, yet we're not comped them as we stated they were bad. They removed the soda I had to ask for to get the salt out of my mouth because that water tasted so bad. Both plates of fries went back after the complaint and we still had to pay for them.

The wrap had large perfectly cooked shrimp and Cole slaw. The fries were good but a little…read moreundercooked. The happy hour (2-5 pm) beers are a good deal and I had a lemon Summer Shandy ($4). The service was very good and atmosphere good. I plan to return.

Particularly for breakfast. So, off I went... First of all, I should tell you that I love places like this! I love little breakfast joints, particularly with an old school diner counter! They straddle the line between "hole in the wall" and a "regular" stand alone restaurant (if that makes sense). The ambiance and feel is exactly a place I would frequent. Service was diligent and focused...maybe to a fault. Toward the end I felt a little pressure to finish and leave. But, my coffee cup was always full (Jack Reacher would be proud)! I opted for the meat lovers scramble, which came out surprisingly quickly. I was honestly a tad disappointed in the portion size, but that's the only negative thing I can say! Pricing is about right, I just wish there'd been more food. If I'd stayed in Canton longer, I'd seriously consider going back.

And those were just the things that we ordered. The menu was full of other imaginative ways to infuse sugar, fat and cholesterol into your body, and I mean that very complimentary. Everything there is a notch better than you would give Fizzlestix credit for - the interior space, the patio, the service and the quality of the food. Dare I say that it is a must-try destination if you are near Massillon.

We were so glad we chose to eat dinner from Fizzlestix because our burgers we had were so yummy in our tummies. We went into the restaurant to place a to go order and they had their Halloween Spooky menu going. My wife and I both got the Jack-O-Lantern Burger, which was a patty infused with brown sugar and cheddar, topped with bacon, cheddar, lettuce, and candy soy sauce. The cutest thing about this spooky burger is the a jack-o-lantern was carved into the top bun. All the sweet flavors were so freaking delicious, the burger was really good. The whole October Feature menu was pretty cool hope I get to try more for the month ends. Lastly our son and our best friend both had the build your own burger, they both had a cheese burgers and they both loved their burgers very delicious as well. We are adding Fizzlestix Kitchen & Bar to our rotation of food joints that we will be ordering from again. So if you are looking for a fun & exciting burger joint that offers specialty burgers I highly recommend checking out Fizzlestix next time you find yourself in the Massillon Ohio area they were Epic.

I really wanted the spinach feta pie, but they were out, so I got the tuna pita instead, which was wonderful. I was there with a party of five (including my child) and everyone was really happy with their meals. The service was fantastic and friendly. My parents were a little late arriving, so my son enjoyed playing in the little toy kitchen set-up they had in the corner. (He found dinosaurs in one of the containers, so he was in his element.) What a great distraction for the kiddos, along with coloring books and crayons. We all had dessert too and while I didn't get to try the baklava, I think among all of the others the limoncello was my favorite. Very cool ambiance. As for the decor, it is cluttered and quirky and very Greek. Loved every corner. Even some historic politicians were enjoying the food and the ambiance. Opa!

The flaming cheese was an "Opa" inducing spectacle for the whole restaurant to marvel. And it tasted great! As did the Athens fries (it's amazing what a little vinaigrette and feta can do)! The gyro also did not disappoint. My wife ordered a Turkey melt, which she thought was okay. I think the lesson is to order Mediterranean from a Mediterranean restaurant, and you won't be disappointed.
