We tried this location primarily because a local school discount card promo for chips and a drink with purchase of a regular sub (this location only). Jersey Mike's is one of my favorite sub places in Stark County. My go-to sub is the 43- Chipotle Cheesesteak (without onions). If you love cheesesteak, this one is definitely for you. My daughter was stoked to use the discount card promo stated above on our Daddy Daughter Date. She tried the 26- Chicken Bacon Ranch under the cheesesteak side of the menu and yay!... I'm getting to choose chips and a drink too! As we were eating, she started to wrap up her sandwich as if she was full. She informed me as we were leaving that her food wasn't hot and she would rather heat it up at home instead. The chips and drink promo were a highlight and hit for her.

As such, the cashier did not ring us up immediately. But she handed us drink cups anyway and we got our drinks from the fountain. After that, they delivered our sandwiches to our table. Then more customers arrived, which distracted the staff even further. After we finished our meals, we were wondering if they were going to let us pay. After about 15 minutes, the cashier asked my wife to come over and my wife paid for our meals. My hot Italian sub was pretty good, but pretty much every Italian sub I've ever had was better. So I don't really recommend that sammich. Our fries were cold. I should have asked for fresh fries, but I assumed everything was made to order. Nope! I called 3 times, the third time they finally answered and I asked why I was hung up on and was told it's because the store is busy. I walked in to pick up my order, there was no one in the store and only 2 other sandwiches under the warm lamp one that was picked up by a door dasher while I was there, but okay whatever I've worked in food service it's annoying and some days really just suck. Fast forward 3 weeks later to today my husband went in and ordered and was still met with rudeness and unprofessionalism, was told they wouldn't remake his sandwich because he didn't tell him no cheese the first time and didn't want to take the loss, mind you he did say no cheese because my husband is lactose intolerant, he says no cheese when ordering if he even thinks it has cheese. Had to argue with the man about it because he was trying to make him pay for another sandwich. He eventually gave in and remade the sandwich but the push back was unnecessary. I will never visit this location ever again, and probably done with Mr. Hero all together because the food is really subpar these days. Nothing like it used to be.
