I've had this place on my list to check out for a few years and finally happened to be in the area,…read moreso stopped to get a taste. The interior is definitely American diner. I loved the nostalgic tables, bar stools and checkerboard floor. Friendly service, greeted upon entering and instructed to sit wherever. The menu is simple but not boring. They have daily specials, as well. I am a big fan of Coney dogs, so I knew what I'd be ordering. The dining room wasn't busy but the order seemed to take a little longer than I'd thought it would. The fries were hot and paired very well with malt vinegar -like fair fries! The Coney dog arrived warm but not hot. The hot dog was beef and a solid dog. The chili was delicious. The cheese was from a bag and never melted. I blame that on being pre-shredded and being placed on a warm chili dog. 3.8 out of 5 for the type of cheese, lack of onions & cheese (you gotta load up a chili cheese dog!) and the temperature it arrived to the table. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Prices were fair. Service was friendly. I'll give them another visit soon and maybe I'll take it to go - eat the fries in the car and microwave the Coney dog when I get home

I've never had Culver's but have heard about them, so I gave them a try during a recent road trip…read more In the day and age, of industrial type interiors at fast food places, Culver's actually has a counter operated by attentive, friendly staff making sure everything is smooth. I ordered the deluxe single and a medium cheese curd. The burger patty is thin, so I could've ordered a double to make it beefier, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The toppings were fresh, and from what I know the buns are buttered and toasted. I honestly didn't pick up on the extra flavor the buttered, toasted bun was supposed to give the burger. It was still a good burger, in my opinion comparable to Wendy's in the taste department. The cheese curds were fried to a nice golden brown, and the curds squeaked as I gobbled them up. If you're not familiar with fried cheese curds, think fried cheese sticks but in smaller pieces, and a little heavier. If I'm on the road with another burger craving, I'd stop at Culver's again.

The online ordering was every efficient and the food was ready when we arrived. I had a mushroom-Swiss burger that was tasty and filling. Lots of mushrooms and a juicy burger. I was debating on whether to categorize it as a place to try: just me, me and someone else, or the whole family together. I'm glad I tried it by myself because I wasn't impressed at all. I happened to Door Dash Best Burger. The Door Dash experience was great and none of my comments based on the DD experience will be reflected in my comments since those are uncontrollables outside of the Best Burger experience. With that being said, I had high hopes for Best Burger from reading reviews and being recommended it over & over. I asked friends recently on social media about their favorite burger and most of them recommended Best Burger. My order was: Bacon Cheeseburger with these customization changes (no onion, add ketchup, add mayo). I also love tator tots so I ordered a side of them. The burger was the blandest burger I've ever had. I was expecting their Best Burger sauce and the charbroil flavor to swipe me off my feet. The burger Pattie's were bland and I don't recall tasting any sauces whatsoever even if they were present. The burger had no seasoning or flavor, I'm shocked. The tator tots tasted like your ordinary Tator tots from another basic place even like Sonic. No seasoning!!! I'm sooo glad I didn't order for the whole family or take them because it was a big disappointment. Before tip, the order being Door Dashed was $21. Save your money!

Don't eat here. Canton is too good for this hole…read more Got to spend some rare time together with my siblings and we decided to go here for lunch. Arrived at 12:45, got a table to fit 8 of us. Place was not busy when we arrived, but it was hot as hell even tho the AC was on. Right away, we found the table was disgusting and had so much old sticky crud on it you could scratch it off with your fingers. This was not a mistake, it comes from never cleaning, and only wiping with some nasty cold rag, leaving behind a visible, sticky layer of crud over time. Even picking up the menu was difficult after it stuck to the crud. Shortly after we were seated we placed an order for drinks and apps. Only half of us ordered meals. Sodas come out and 10 min later the bar order comes out, sodas don't get refilled while there are 4 empty cups on the table. Apps arrived soon and we waited for our meals. And waited, and waited, and waited. Seeing the place get busy, lots of people were arriving after us, getting drinks, food, eating, paying AND leaving. We still waited for our meals. After one HOUR we were done waiting, so I found our server and explained that we need to cancel our orders, that we don't want them anymore and we have to leave soon. She says they're "almost up" (BS). I tell her we are not eating and need to leave. After returning from the restroom and preparing to leave, I find that our food is NOW being delivered to the table! I ask my wife why and...she explained that, the server came to ask if we wanted the food to go or just bring it out. So she said to bring it out, not wanting to be difficult. I gave the server specific instructions to 86 the order and instead she ignored me and went to my wife. Pissed me off there. So now we don't have time to eat, everyone in our party is leaving and we have to go. But before that, I take a bite of my "Special Summer Menu Tacos" and they are really really bad. Totally bland and worse than Taco Bell. Eventually, the manager took the food off our bill. We left hungry. FFS.
