Best Burger? More like worst (near worst) burger. I've been wanting to try Best Burger for a while now. I was debating on whether to categorize it as a place to try: just me, me and someone else, or the whole family together. I'm glad I tried it by myself because I wasn't impressed at all. I happened to Door Dash Best Burger. The Door Dash experience was great and none of my comments based on the DD experience will be reflected in my comments since those are uncontrollables outside of the Best Burger experience. With that being said, I had high hopes for Best Burger from reading reviews and being recommended it over & over. I asked friends recently on social media about their favorite burger and most of them recommended Best Burger. My order was: Bacon Cheeseburger with these customization changes (no onion, add ketchup, add mayo). I also love tator tots so I ordered a side of them. The burger was the blandest burger I've ever had. I was expecting their Best Burger sauce and the charbroil flavor to swipe me off my feet. The burger Pattie's were bland and I don't recall tasting any sauces whatsoever even if they were present. The burger had no seasoning or flavor, I'm shocked. The tator tots tasted like your ordinary Tator tots from another basic place even like Sonic. No seasoning!!! I'm sooo glad I didn't order for the whole family or take them because it was a big disappointment. Before tip, the order being Door Dashed was $21. Save your money! read more

My wife and I have been to Best Burger many times over the years and the food never disappoints! This was the first time I've tried a different burger, I normally order the Best Burger Burger, this time I g tried the Black & Bleu Burger and it was amazing. My wife ordered the Junior Cheeseburger and we spilt the Onion Rings. Way better than Five Guys, IMO. Give them a try if you're in the North Canton area. BOOM!!!! read more

I rate based on the food and service. Our burgers were ok, no seasoning and a bit of gristle in one. Onion rings were excellent. Mozz sticks slightly undercooked which is annoying since they were the first item placed on our tray. The burgers were next and then the food sat ...finally I went up and asked for our tray, I was told they were waiting for the onion rings. I indicated I understood but in the meantime the rest of our food was getting cold. We sat, the manager? Owner? Came over to reindicate they wanted to have our entire order ready before serving, I indicated the moz sticks had been sitting for 5 min ( it was very close to 5 as I looked at my phone when the were put out as our entire order was taking a very long time...I think they only cook one persons order at a time). The owner manager told me I was wrong about how long our food sat...a few minutes later offered to redo our mozz stick...based on his attitude I just wanted to eat and leave. Another note...the booths are not bolted to.the floor and when I went to sit the booth slid and I almost fell, I chose a table after. Won't return. read more

We were in the area and needed to find a spot for lunch so gave this place a try. But sorry to say never again. The name did not live up. The menu is very basic with a few different charbroiled burgers which can be ordered different patty sizes and with the works. They have some other sandwiches and sides like tots, onion rings and cheese sticks, plus milkshakes. We ordered a best burger which came with pastrami on it and a mushroom Swiss, order of tots and rings. All I could taste was the charbroil as if I was licking the flame top. I tried adding pepper,salt,and onion ring and eventually ranch but still no taste. It was sad too because it looked good, fresh mushrooms and all. It needed a sauce or steak sauce, less char. That after taste was left in my mouth remainder of the day. The other burger was ok. The milkshake was alright but not sure how it was made you couldn't hear shake machine. The kid working the counter though could not have been friendlier and why this isn't a 1 star review, he was great. During my recent visit at Best Burger I had the unpleasant experience of the owner becoming very upset at me for asking him to change his gloves after rolling out a bread stocking rack and stocking packages of bread. Upon entering the establishment I was greeted and he seemed pleasant but that changed very quickly once I explained bread racks are not sanitary and I would like him to change his gloves please. He processed to say "do I tell you how to do your job". I politely explained I wasn't trying to offend him however my children will be consuming the food and I would be very appreciative if he would change his gloves. He continued to say why and how he is friends with the health inspector and she doesn't care. I explained that it's unfortunate that she would allow him to touch and stock things while preparing food but it doesn't change the fact I would like him to change his gloves. Once he finally changed them he proceeds to ask for permission to grab the spatula to flip the burger. Then he ask "how about the tongs" and how about this and that. I said sir I am being very polite with my request and soon I will ask for a refund. I explained I'm not being rude and that he was being very unprofessional. My son was with me and was afraid. The owner bagged the food and gave it to me and was so upset he forgot the drinks. I said could I please have my drinks. He gave them and asked where I worked. I said that's none of your business and thanked him for my food and left. It's really sad that this was my first visit in years and this was my interaction. I will never visit again and will be sure to share my experience with family, friends and on my lifestyle blog page. This local Mom & Pop burger place is quaint, reminiscent of another era. We came in around dinner time, and were served immediately and courteously. We ordered the Best Burger and Onion Rings; the burger tasted smoky and charbroiled, true to their name, and the onion ring were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Yes, my husband and I split a burger and side, as neither of us were ravenously hungry, and it was satisfyingly enough. But the burger lacked flavor and there wasn't much to make it stand out as "the best burger." If I was craving a burger, I'd probably look elsewhere. read more

One of my favorite places in the entire county.. or anywhere for that matter.. and I'm not even a big burger person. But I've never had a bad experience here in 20 years. Never. Nothing even close to one. The food has been delicious and consistent that entire time, the staff has been pleasant and fast, every time, without fail. Stopped here for the first time tonight. We liked the Best Burger and grilled cheese. Fries and onion rings were good. I finished my meal with a banana Peanut butter milkshake which was very good. Overall, plain atmosphere but clean. Unfortunately one of the employees packaging food wasn't wearing her masks and since we are in the height of covid, that was disappointing. Ok there are burgers then there is Best Burger! Fresh, juicy, put together perfectly, and cooked just right ! Onion rings were also very very good!! Service ... absolutely perfect! Soggy buns on all my families sandwiches.. we couldn't even enjoy them. Not a fan... don't plan on returning

I ordered online and was excited to eat here again as I heard there were new owners who have celiac in their family and they had a dedicated fryer for GFree! Well, the man behind the counter, who turned out to be the new owner, wasn't so friendly this evening when I wanted to confirm two simple things-- do you have a separate fryer and do you grill your GF buns on the same gril as regular buns. My son has celiac and it's difficult to eat out or find a restaurant that accommodates. While I was trying to ask the questions to the girl packing up orders at the counter, he yelled at me several times and said to "GO SIT THE F DOWN" Then, proceeded to tell me I wouldn't get a refund after I asked for one when he wouldn't answer my questions and kept telling me to sit down. Awful attitude. Awful service. I asked him twice why he was yelling at me. I was so embarrassed for how he treated me. I will not be back again and advise all you GF/Celiac people, this place is not GFree nor respectful. read more

Best Burger - Name says it all, place is very clean and while you wait you can pick up the local newspaper and read it until your order number is called. These are grilled over a flame and cooked to perfection. My burgers are always cooked just as I ordered them. They are wrapped in such as way as to keep the burger from dripping things all over you. We decided to give Best Burger a try after hearing good things about it from others. I'm not a huge burger/red meat fan, but for those like me they have plenty of other options including even a veggie patty. My older kiddo wanted a burger as he loves cheeseburgers and went with the mushroom and Swiss burger. He said it was very good and classified it in his "excellent burger category." I tried their hot dog with was very good, cooked on the grill and I had gotten it covered with cheese, bacon and ketchup. We decided to try a few of their sides including fries, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. The batter on the fried items such as the onion rings and the mozzarella sticks and a thinner batter instead of the breading. I absolutely prefer the batter over breading so that won me over right away. I did take pictures, but with a new phone I realized the pictures came out blurry. My wife and I have gone to BB a lot over the years, but the last time was a no go for us. It was chilly indoors and the ceiling fan above us was running. My wife went to the counter and asked to have it turned off. After she returned and we started eating, the boss came to the table and at first we thought he was going to see if we were more comfortable. But instead he ended up saying that his father may have liked grumpy old people, but he didn't. What happened to 'the customer is always right'? We like to try new places and we were in the neighborhood and swung into this place. Very clean. Nothing too fancy. I ordered a best burger and some onion rings and a drink. My wife ordered a mushroom burger and some cheese sticks. We liked that we had to wait for our food and it just didnt come out of some microwave real quick. Burger to me tasted like a Burger King burger but didnt have that greasy taste. Onion rings were great too. Mushroom burger was very good as I did get one bite of it. Cheese sticks were ok my wife said. She said she could taste the beer in the batter. But I'm writing this and what kind of American man doesnt like the taste of beer? This place has a well-executed veggie burger. There are two theories of good eating. The first involves using the finest ingredients; the second, flawless execution. The ingredients themselves are nothing particularly special, but it is the execution on the char-broiled grill that makes this combination worth noting. The fries almost always appear seconds before (or after) the burger is ready, perfectly salted, crispy as all-get-out, and hot to the touch. Never greasy, and always made to order. I typically get my veggie burgers with sauteed mushrooms and onions and a slice of swiss. It's a real treat. Of all of the veggie burgers I've eaten in my life, I've never had one close to as wonderful as this. I could almost say the same for the fries, despite that they are not fresh cut. This place is always clean, despite the greasiness inherent in this food choice. I also give Best Burger five-stars for consistency. Despite long lapses between visits (I do not live in the area), it's always excellent.
