This cafe has plenty of seating. The space is very open and doesn't feel crowded at all. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. The have a few pastries items and a few food items along with Gelato. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches, a gluten free cookie sandwich and a seasonal flight board so we could sample some different flavors. Everything tasted wonderful and I loved the flavors. We went to Ohio Roasting several times during a recent family visit and loved it so much. The coffee is very tasty, the specialty drink options were expansive, and the seating capacity is amazing for a coffee house. Honestly I thought I found my new spot to work and sip on amazing coffee... but THEIR WIFI IS AWFUL! Every two minutes it disconnects or is extremely slow... with only three people in the shop it should not be that slow. Aside from this their coffee is amazing and I plan to try some of their other products soon. Hopefully they fix the WIFI issue and I can come more often but it is really deterring me from coming in again. read more

I've heard of the Ohio Roasting Company, but today was my first chance to check it out. I wasn't expecting much (probably because I have my own favorite coffee spot up north from here), but I was blown away. The coffee is delicious; the menu boasts a wide offering to coffee-drinkers and non-coffee peeps alike; the interior feels welcoming for those of us looking for a space to work for a couple hours; and the general vibe is on point. But what really impressed me was the "pay-it-forward" board. Basically, you can buy a coffee sleeve and post it on a community board just inside the order area. "Anyone who needs a pick-me-up" can grab an applicable sleeve from the board and claim $5 off their coffee order. Some examples include: single mama, social worker, police, public servant, anyone struggling with the loss of a loved one. What a creative way to give back to the community!! Really nice and spacious coffee shop with lots of great specialty flavors and even gelato! Plenty of seating to work or relax from. The service was nice and friendly and they did a great job on the latte art. The place is clean with a modern vibe and very well decorated. I got the salted caramel white chocolate mocha latte with oat milk and my wife got the cinnamon roll latte with oat milk. They both surprisingly tasted really great and I was shocked that flavor combination actually works. So glad I stopped in today! Well-lit, good sized space with plenty of tables to sit and hang out. They also have a drive thru if you're in more of a rush. As other reviewers mentioned, they have a really cool wall where people pre-purchase coffee sleeves that can be redeemed for drinks as a pick-me-up for those in need. They roast the beans on site and have many different non-dairy options here too. I was so excited to see macadamia nut milk! It's my favorite and not many places carry it. As I couldn't miss out on that but also wanted to partake in something fun and seasonal, I got a macadamia nut milk cappuccino with gingerbread flavoring. It did not disappoint! We're always looking for new coffee places to try when we travel and have a strong preference for local roasters. I was so pleased to find Ohio Roasting Company pop up when browsing for options in Canton and, bonus points for us, it was near our hotel. The location is bigger than I expected. My fluency in Canton has diminished, and I don't know what used to be in this location or if this is new construction. There are two large rooms with seating, a patio area, and there's also a drive-thru. We ordered a few drinks at the counter and decided to stay to enjoy them. I had an oatmilk latte (you know that already if you read my other reviews) and it was one of the best I've had recently. My husband had a cappuccino (you also know that) and really enjoyed it. We sat in the room with the roaster (not running while we were there). I enjoyed the natural lighting from the windows and the coffee-themed decor was nicely done. The colorful tasting wheel hanging on the wall was a fun discussion prompt. We also split a brownie, which was decadent and far better than we expected. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to town. Glad to have a new option when visiting! read more

I loved this place when I first moved to Ohio. Today I ordered a drink with no ice and the cup was barely half full. Maybe this will be a class action lawsuit in the future because there is no way that this is the number of ounces of beverage that customers believe they are purchasing. Even Starbucks fills it most of the way full, charging a nominal amount to fill the cup if there is no ice. When I expressed my concern to the associate, she pointed out that this cup was already too full - - that it is only supposed to be exactly half full if there is no ice. I have never had this happen before here and was pretty shocked. read more

So this place is new in October of 2021. I got a large medium brew coffee EXCELLENT !! I also got a breakfast sandwich, a Maple sausage, egg, and cheese English muffin ... Again EXCELLENT... Staff is 100 % friendly and knowledgeable, and they are well staffed as well ... I stopped by because my Dr's office is right next door... I came across this place accidentally while driving around the area and have come back multiple times since. The coffee is good and they always have different holiday specials drinks that are fun. The staff is very nice and friendly. The atmosphere is perfect for getting some lite studying or work done. It can get pretty loud but it is a good place to come if you need a change of space. read more

I visited for the first time today and it was packed. They have some unique drink options which was a nice change. The coffee was good and the place is very nice and clean. My complaint was that they were out of medium cups (the most popular size and on a Saturday) so the girl said I had to choose another size. I asked why they couldn't put a medium sized drink in a large cup and she said she wasn't allowed. Seems like a crappy way to force people to spend more money. If you aren't prepared you need to find a way to accommodate your customers. read more
