First of all, I looooooove the newly renovated Cabazon outlets. Second, I was soooo happy I wasn't forced to eat McD's while shopping here Second time eating at Blaze and love the concept!!! Best place to eat at this mall, in my opinion. The first time I had Blaze was in college a few years ago right across campus. Missing those convenient walks across the street for pizza, I was happy to find Blaze as we passed time at the mall to wait out traffic. Their pizza is just as fresh and delicious as I remember it. Workers were really friendly and welcomed us as we entered. The first worker actually asked my boyfriend, Marc, if he spells his name with a "c" or "k". My boyfriend told him thanks for asking, because no one ever does. The worker responded saying he always asks. We thought it was super considerate, and that goes a long way! What I love most is there's so many different toppings and you can put however much you like for a low price per pie, and it doesn't take long at all to cook. Crust was was perfectly crispy and the toppings all fresh. Blaze is one of my faves! read more

I came here past midnight on this year's Black Friday and I had a terrific experience with their food and service! This was totally unexpected knowing that it was the busiest night of the year but this restaurant definitely took me by surprise. My boyfriend and I were greeted the moment we queued in the line and immediately we felt very welcomed. The line moved fairly quick as I ordered my customized pizza. Thanks to the diligent staff for their efficiency! You guys are awesome! The pizza itself was as delicious as other places I have tried before, but thinner crust. No complains, just satisfaction from the entire experience. Go try it if you haven't already done so! read more

Love the pizza! So many choices and the spicy sauce is to die for. The line had about six people ahead and it only took us about ten minutes to order and sit down. I was a vendor for them setting up their cabling for their POS and camera system and I can tell you from the owner down these are great people to work with. Not to mention that I received a ton of free pizza. I tried many combinations and I just cant stay away from the roasted garlic, my wife hated it when I came home. She said she could smell the garlic coming out of my pores. Sorry Babe, I will only get it every other time. I never write reviews about the companies I work for, but this concept and employees that always seem to be in a great mood are worth the $8 for a personal pizza that was not only enough for me, but for my daughter as well. She loves leftover cold pizza for breakfast. Stop by and see how fast the pizzas really come out, it will blow your mind in a good way. read more

We liked Blaze in Orange County (liked Pieology even better) but now we've moved to the Coachella Valley where neither is to be found. So while driving down the 10 we decided to stop for lunch at Blaze. Wonder if we're the first people to come to the outlet mall just for pizza. Probably not. I had noticed that the mall doesn't have a lot of food choices. So naturally at lunchtime on a Friday, Blaze was packed. We made it through the line - everyone was very nice - staked a claim to part of a table, and in a few minutes our pizzas arrived. They were if anything better than Blaze in the OC. I had BBQ chicken with ricotta instead of gorgonzola and mushrooms instead of banana peppers - top notch. The incredibly busy guy at the counter took the time to ask me if he'd put enough BBQ sauce. David's meat pizza was great and we both noticed the crust was perfectly done where often at Blaze in OC we got soggy crust. Kind of amazed that they put a Blaze pizza in Cabazon, even more amazed that it is perfect. Except for the crowds. read more

It's the Chipotle of Pizza! Do I need to say more? Well, okay the selection is a lot more since it is pizza not a taco, the pizza was fresh and the ingredients were fresh too! They do have a coupon inside the coupon book and you can grab those at the information center, and if you're a Veteran, like me, you get them for free! Who put this one here!!! Couldn't be a better look location, hey while you are shopping in an outlet for clothes you probably don't necessarily need... But you gotta have em right 75% off??? The one thing you'll want/crave/desire is a hot ready personal pizza for $8!!! And you know this company is perfect across the board, each location is as good as the next. Kate was very helpful and patient with my dairy allergy. She never seemed put out by me asking for all my toppings fresh from the back to avoid cross contamination. Matt did a great job too completing my order. Chelsea rang us up and was smiling and very friendly. Alonzo on the other hand seemed put off that he had to go to the back to get fresh toppings for me (then Kate took over). He also had his headphones in when we arrived which is pretty unprofessional. Been there last Saturday, great experience! What's better than a place to grab a slice of pizza and bottle of beer when you're so bored in the outlet. Lol (I know, guys.) Had some beers (we tried all kinds of beer they have, you name it. You know this is how guys kill time when the ladies are shopping) and a pizza with extra pepp., olive, mushroom and some pesto of course :) pizza came out quick and fresh. The staff there are rude and acting like not one of them wanted to help with taking my order .. I'm never walking into this place again also the salad was so old it was disgusting and so was the rest of the food I ordered what a waste of my money. Oh yeah and they forgot to charge me for everything the first time so guess what I had to swipe my card twice because like I said if they wanted to take the order they wouldn't have missed charging me all at once what a joke! I usually hate Christmas shopping. Too many people, spending what little money I have, lines, grumpy retail workers. But blaze pizza really made my shopping experience worth going through all that pain. Specifically Sam and Jason. Their attitudes, jokes, and customer service really refilled my energy and made me feel like I could go back out there and face all the not so happy people at the rest of the mall. I stood in the long line for Blaze when it was pouring and when the outlets were packed right before new years, but it was totally worth it. Since the people in front of me had a ton of meat on their pizzas, the gloves of the lady behind the counter were soaked in nasty meat juice, so I politely asked her to change her gloves. I don't think she liked me asking her to do that, and when I thanked her and said sorry after seeing her face/reaction, she didn't talk or say anything. I understand that the line is long, but this is a simple request from someone who doesn't eat meat. I think meat-veggie-cheese cross-contamination here is quite an issue! So -1 star for that attitude. Would I come back? Besides the 'tude, the pizza was delicious! I've been here before and will definitely be back. read more

Amid all the browsing and tiring window shopping that is done at the Outlets, there is sweet respite and it is called Blaze! My mom and I came here because, well, pizza and shopping are a match made in heaven. We also really love any kind of build-it-yourself meals, and the individual sizes available at Blaze are perfect and sometimes more than enough. The set up is similar to Chipotle where you get to build your meal layer by layer. First you choose your base crust - regular, gluten free, or thick crust (which is new), then you can choose from a handful of sauces, different types of cheeses and toppings galore. My mom is currently following a plant based diet and it's usually a challenge for her to find easy and fast food, but Blaze makes it easy with vegan alternatives. My favorite topping is the turkey meatball, which is soft and flavorful and is actually a healthy meat option. Their olives are also all naturally and not colored, which adds a nice touch to their no-unnecessary-chemicals menu. In particular, I want to mention that the crew that worked here were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Despite the long lunch lines, they were patient, efficient, abundantly respectful, and they apologized when they accidentally give me a take our box, which is no big deal but their sincerity and integrity made it a notable experience. Kudos to the staff at this particular Blaze. They're doing an amazing job, and I look forward to our next visit. read more

Really enjoyed my pizza at Blaze. I am someone who really enjoys customer service. First, I was greeted by an entire team that welcomed me to BLaze. I was immediately excited for my culinary journey of happiness. Next before I even ordered I asked to use the restroom and wasn't stopped by the usual you must be a customer to use our facilities remark. The build your own pizza was delicious and they put as much or as little or each topping that you wanted on your pizza. I felt I received the right amount of everything on my pizza. The staff kept the place spotless including the bathrooms. Everyone on staff seemed to have a very positive attitude and wasn't hating their jobs. The actual pizza is wood fired thin crust pizza which I love! Delicious and cooked to perfection. Best part is it was just the way I ordered it. read more

Really fast service that was pretty friendly. Got two different pizzas to try. BBQ chicken pizza was tasty, it would have been better with cilantro on top. The guy said people mention the cilantro thing all the time. Hint hint you should probably get some cilantro in there if people keep bringing it up. Also tried the art pizza. Pretty basic and almost overwhelmingly garlicky. It pains me to write that anything is too garlicky as I'm a garlic lover, but after trying a bite of it that was all I could taste. Tables were kept very clean. Try the blood orange lemonade drink, it's super refreshing. read more

My visit at Blaze was such a delightful experience. The staff definitely makes me feel at home. I am a regular, but return for the staff. One of my favorites is Haley, always has a smile. Very busy on a Sunday, I think they were overwhelmed. My son stated it was the worst pizza he has ever eaten. Crust wasn't cooked, toppings weren't good. Service was messed up, rushing things and getting the orders confused. Overall a terrible experience. I would avoid if really busy as they seemed to cut corners and it showed. read more

The Turkey club was with all the fixings was pretty good, but my personal favorite was the Asian Sandwich. It had good flavor and sweet pickled cucumber and carrots made it even better. It's a family-owned sandwich shop located on a small corner lot; has a few chairs inside, but it's mainly a pick up and go establishment, which is fine by me. The owners Ben and Diana are very kind and sweet. They opened it about 24 years ago, which to me says a lot about them and their sandwiches. Not to mention, they just seem like good people and their love for the community. Thank you Ben and Diana. We loved our sandwiches and will definitely be coming back for more. The picture of my Asian sandwich below does not do the sandwich justice, however it was delicious!

I couldn't decide which dish was better--the fish and seafood were fresh, flavorful, and absolutely amazing. If you have the time, definitely stop by Pescato for some delicious seafood. Came to the outlets to do some shopping when a young lady stopped & asked if I would like to try a sample, so I tried it and then decided to go in & get a pizza of my own since the sample was so delicious. I think I sampled the white top, but I decided to build my own pizza. The staff was very friendly for the most part thank you to the amazing cashier that convinced me to try the delicious S'more Pies omg they were out of this world . When I finally got my pizza it was horrible. Who let the older lady make my pizza? She burnt it & it was not worth my 8.59. I hope she doesn't make pizzas all the time because if so save yourself the time. I wish it could have been as great as my sample I tried, but I guess things happen for a reason. If my pizza hadn't been burnt this place would have been great maybe I'll give it a try some other time when I'm in town. Hopefully it'll be better. read more

Absolutely love this pizza! A relative told me about this place and as they have vegan cheese I went. OMG! I can just say its so darn good that 3 days later I went to the Irvine location and brought to other people with me. They both said this is excellent pizza! I do have to say I liked this location better than Irvine. Irvine was next to UCI so crazy busy but still excellent. Attention manager of Cabazon - your employees are WONDERFUL! they were so nice and had excellent customer service skills. One lady kept coming by the table asking of we needed anything a few times. That was really nice. All of the employees were friendly. I appreciate that. I also noticed the kitchen area and that was immaculately clean. Great job Blaze I could eat this every day! read more

This is probably my favorite Blaze I've gone to, and I've been to at least 5 other locations in Southern California. As someone who has many food allergies, I was so grateful to the entire group of employees working earlier. Sam, Kaylee, Nathan, Sage, Landon, and Brandyn thank you for making glove changes due to my gluten and dairy allergy, for getting separate toppings to reduce the risk of cross contamination, and for washing the cutting utensils to accommodate my allergies. And best of all, these employees were so understanding, friendly, helpful, and I felt like they really were invested in their customers. Just had a great experience again at Blaze! I was out at the outlets looking for some new socks and boxers (no shame)... and wouldn't ya know Blaze! Its becoming easier to find one when you are hungry for a pie ;). Well this is the first one and they do a very good job, i was surprised how quick this location was but it was also before noon so who knows. Classic regular pizza, (cheated... gluten heavy please :)!!! Sausage is a must, pepperoni, onions, salt pepper and pesto drizzle only on half just because i can. All with a drink under $10. Blaze pizza is by far the best place ever. I was craving a nice in-n-out burger during my shopping adventure and then I found Blaze. The green stripe was recommended to me by Bryan who was superb and friendly. He then passed me down the line to a red headed girl with glasses who was fast and sweet. When the pizza came out I was barely paying for it. Blaze is a fast paced and delicious ! I want to thank all the staff members a lot and I will be returning with my family. Very happy to write this review. After a great day hiking our group was easily accommodated by a very friendly staff. My pizza was served quickly and was very tasty, but again it was the staff that made the whole experience so pleasant. The subway of pizza, literally. Ingredients are subpar and the pizza area is a mess. The oven is designed to look wood fired but it is not. It is all designed to give the appearance of gourmet custom order pizza but there is nothing artisan going on here. If you want a custom ordered fast food pizza this is your place. Stephaun is amazing, I gave him the impossible task of stacking soo many delicious toppings on one pie and he used some amazing structural engineer-like skills to give me the best culinary experience I could get from a pizza. This is my fourth high temperature pizza place. To sum it up in one word dough is the difference. This place is good...people are nice, the pizza tasted good. But I have to say there is one with the best crust, and this is not the place. I got a free drink for downloading their app. I like the people here. This is a big plus. read more

Tried this place for the first time on Monday and it was excellent! The "subway" style ordering was pretty cool, but the end result was delicious!! Think crust pizza with unlimited toppings for one price can't be beat!! It was pretty busy but still got my order with in five minutes of placing my order! I will be coming back! read more

Terrific! I have eaten here many times. Have settled on the Red Vine pizza with ricotta added as my favorite. Love it. Great food. Great atmosphere. Came in today with my kids after a crazy hectic day. The line was crazy long but the workers got it down so quick. I was greeted by every worker I met! Even though there's double crust, it doesn't feel bready at all since the top and bottom layers are stretched very thin. The crust is tender, not cardboardy and also crisps up nicely if you reheat it in a pan. What really makes this dish stand out is how packed full of topping is inside. Double cheese, sausage, pepperoni, onions, green bell pepper and mushrooms. It's cheesy but not greasy, and the combination of meats and veggies balances it out perfectly. There's no sauce inside but it comes with a container of sauce on the side. It's basically a ginormous Stromboli but better since it's not as bready or doughy as a typical Stromboli. I placed my order online on their website since they had a 10% off coupon. There's no option to pay online so you still have to pay in store. I didn't notice until after I left, but when I paid, I wasn't given the 10% discount which is why I knocked off a star. If you order through their site, make sure they apply the coupon when it comes time to pay. Otherwise, their food is a five stars in my books!

When my pizza arrived, it was a pepperoni pizza, not what I ordered. I sent it back because it was the wrong order, and I was also concerned it might have been intended for another customer. Instead of preparing a fresh pizza, it appeared they simply added the missing toppings to the same pizza and put it back in the oven. When they brought it back, the pizza was burnt. At that point, I was extremely disappointed and decided to ask for my check and leave. I didn't eat a single slice of pizza, yet I was charged the full price for everything, including the pizza. What made the experience even worse was that nobody apologized, acknowledged the mistake, or made any effort to correct the situation. Mistakes happen in restaurants, but the way a business handles those mistakes says a lot about its customer service. I paid for a meal I never ate and left hungry, without even receiving a simple apology. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this restaurant.
