Kate was very helpful and patient with my dairy allergy. She never seemed put out by me asking for all my toppings fresh from the back to avoid cross contamination. Matt did a great job too completing my order. Chelsea rang us up and was smiling and very friendly. Alonzo on the other hand seemed put off that he had to go to the back to get fresh toppings for me (then Kate took over). He also had his headphones in when we arrived which is pretty unprofessional. Wanted to grab a quick bite at the Cabazon Outlets after doing a little damage, this place was recommended by an employee at Oakley, thanks for the tip lady! The line was fairly long but it moved quickly, your pizzas literally cook in a few minutes, that's awesome. Sometimes when I'm given too many choices, I kind of have a brain fart, too many options, I don't know what to do? I just started shouting out stuff for them to put on my pizza, not really thinking about how it's going to taste once I get the finished product. Came out nicely, I was pretty impressed with my creation lol seriously though, what I was really impressed with was the staff and how efficient this whole experience was, why didn't I come up with this shit? The staff there are rude and acting like not one of them wanted to help with taking my order .. I'm never walking into this place again also the salad was so old it was disgusting and so was the rest of the food I ordered what a waste of my money. Oh yeah and they forgot to charge me for everything the first time so guess what I had to swipe my card twice because like I said if they wanted to take the order they wouldn't have missed charging me all at once what a joke! I usually hate Christmas shopping. Too many people, spending what little money I have, lines, grumpy retail workers. But blaze pizza really made my shopping experience worth going through all that pain. Specifically Sam and Jason. Their attitudes, jokes, and customer service really refilled my energy and made me feel like I could go back out there and face all the not so happy people at the rest of the mall. I was somehow under the impression that these make-your-own-pizza places required you to use your own hands to do so. Not the case. You stand in front of a sneeze guard and order like you would at Subway, then they pop your pizza into an oven for like 3 minutes and it pops out perfectly cooked. That might not sound like rocket science but the result is pretty darn great. I haven't been to the other places that use the same business model. I haven't been to any other Blaze locations. But I can say that this one was solid. The people working there were great, too. My date and I each designed a half of a pizza and we absolutely loaded it up, so the process took longer than usual, and the employees (pizza artists?) putting them together were patient and generous. Both times. It's right in the middle of the outlet mall, perfectly placed as a remedy to shopping hunger or horror. read more

My girlfriend and I stumbled upon this Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza restaurant while shopping at the Cabazon Outlet Mall, and it was easily the highlight of our day! For the uninitiated, Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza is similar a Chipotle Mexican Grill, but their food artisans are working with ingredients like pizza sauce and parmesan cheese rather than salsa and pinto beans. When we got there, the line was fairly long but it moved very quickly. When it was our turn, my girlfriend decided to go "healthy" (come on now, can any pizza really be considered healthy?) by topping her pie with lots of veggies. I, on the other hand, went "carnivore" with applewood bacon, crumbled meatballs, italian sausage, pepperoni, salame, smoked ham, mushrooms, red onion, mozzarella, and parmesean cheese. A quick three minutes or so in their super hot oven and our individually-sized masterpieces were ready! The only thing better than watching them craft our individual pizzas was eating them, and that didn't take very long either! When we'd finished, we were very happy campers who needed to find a quiet spot to slip into nice food comas! read more

Really fast service that was pretty friendly. Got two different pizzas to try. BBQ chicken pizza was tasty, it would have been better with cilantro on top. The guy said people mention the cilantro thing all the time. Hint hint you should probably get some cilantro in there if people keep bringing it up. Also tried the art pizza. Pretty basic and almost overwhelmingly garlicky. It pains me to write that anything is too garlicky as I'm a garlic lover, but after trying a bite of it that was all I could taste. I came here past midnight on this year's Black Friday and I had a terrific experience with their food and service! This was totally unexpected knowing that it was the busiest night of the year but this restaurant definitely took me by surprise. My boyfriend and I were greeted the moment we queued in the line and immediately we felt very welcomed. The line moved fairly quick as I ordered my customized pizza. Thanks to the diligent staff for their efficiency! You guys are awesome! The pizza itself was as delicious as other places I have tried before, but thinner crust. I was a vendor for them setting up their cabling for their POS and camera system and I can tell you from the owner down these are great people to work with. Not to mention that I received a ton of free pizza. I tried many combinations and I just cant stay away from the roasted garlic, my wife hated it when I came home. She said she could smell the garlic coming out of my pores. Sorry Babe, I will only get it every other time. I never write reviews about the companies I work for, but this concept and employees that always seem to be in a great mood are worth the $8 for a personal pizza that was not only enough for me, but for my daughter as well. Very busy on a Sunday, I think they were overwhelmed. My son stated it was the worst pizza he has ever eaten. Crust wasn't cooked, toppings weren't good. We liked Blaze in Orange County (liked Pieology even better) but now we've moved to the Coachella Valley where neither is to be found. So while driving down the 10 we decided to stop for lunch at Blaze. Wonder if we're the first people to come to the outlet mall just for pizza. Probably not. I had noticed that the mall doesn't have a lot of food choices. So naturally at lunchtime on a Friday, Blaze was packed. We made it through the line - everyone was very nice - staked a claim to part of a table, and in a few minutes our pizzas arrived. They were if anything better than Blaze in the OC. I had BBQ chicken with ricotta instead of gorgonzola and mushrooms instead of banana peppers - top notch. The incredibly busy guy at the counter took the time to ask me if he'd put enough BBQ sauce. David's meat pizza was great and we both noticed the crust was perfectly done where often at Blaze in OC we got soggy crust. Kind of amazed that they put a Blaze pizza in Cabazon, even more amazed that it is perfect. Except for the crowds. read more
