I'm a single parent and its very difficult for me to go out because ends are normally tied up w/ rent & bills & childcare.. The staff had giving us excellent customer service . They treated uss like kings and queens. Also put us on a silver plater.I especially wanna give props to all tbe staff, but the ones how stood out to me and made my night after being at work for 10 hrs. were MANGER Desiree (MIC) / Luis pizza Smith!!! But other two Ari & Munch. We will be back again just to see them and my kids loved them. They all deseve a raise. They are a great asset to your company and we need more people like them! Pieology has met its match! Same concept as Pieology, except they seem to cater towards a more health-conscious crowd because of the variety of vegetables they offer and the different salad choices. The vegetable options here are excellent. I particularly enjoyed the artichokes, arugula, cucumbers, and whole garlic cloves on my custom-made pizza. I would have given this place one more star if it hadn't been for the craziness in the kitchen. There were just too many employees in charge of making one custom pizza (my pizza was handed off several different times, making the process of selecting toppings more difficult), and you could see staff running around behind the counter, clearly not knowing what role they were assigned. It was apparent how flustered the employees were, and it made me feel a bit uncomfortable. They had a very confusing system, although I'm not sure if you could even call it that because there was nothing systematic about it. Customers waited in line longer than they needed to, and that's never fun, especially when there's so much shopping to be done at the outlet! On a happier note, my pizza was cooked fast and tasted great. I hope this place makes a better effort at managing the staff and making sure things are running smoothly because their pizzas are delicious! read more

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet. Yes, it's fast (maybe even classified as "fast food"). Yes, it's a chain restaurant. But it is hands down amazing. Honestly, it's my favorite place to grab a pizza. The staff is so friendly and they really make awesome pizzas. I come out there just for dinner, not even for shopping at the outlets! I love the varieties and that I can custom everything, and they have beer which is definitely a plus when I'm forced to shop afterwards. My favorite is the Meat Eater and I really only order than now. I will continue to go back week after week, trying to avoid the crowds on weekends =) read more

We stopped at the outlets on our way to Palm Springs, and after a few hours of bargain shopping at Lululemon and Saks, we headed to Blaze for a bite to eat. There are about 10 different Signature pizzas to choose from, or you can make your own. We opted to construct a combination of the two, and ordered the Vegetarian pizza, yet added additional toppings as well! The pizzas are filling enough for two girls to split. Now I know why this place is addicting--prices are low and you can get as many toppings as you wish. Our pizza had salami, mushrooms, fresh mozzarella, gorgonzola, arugula, lots of basil, and olives! I was at the outlet with my family and all of us were starving. I had relatives from Michigan with me and they are very familiar with the name "Blaze Pizza". They raved about it, and how much they love eating it in michigan, so we decided to go in. I have never personally been, so I was really excited. This place was packed. Evert table was taken and the place was a decent size for being inside of a mall. I guess we had just come in during the right time because there was only one person in front of us in the line. We were greeted immediately and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They have 8 signature pizzas and you can always build your own. They have salads too but that didnt sound appetizing at the time. We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza (as is) and built our own meat pizza. They were both delicious! The thin crust and sauces were perfection. The flavors were perfect and matched well with the rest of the toppings. Great, quick option for a light snack (if you share amongst two people). Halfway through the outlet shopping day on a crowded and hot August weekend, we needed a quick refuel. We had reached the halfway point at the Desert Hills outlet and saw Blaze Pizza. It looked crowded but we walked in anyways. They have some signature pies with set toppings that you can order, but why go there when for just $8 total, you can have all and all kinds of toppings your heart desires. BF and I split one pizza with customized toppings like sauteed onions, sausage, grilled chicken, crumbled meatballs and pesto drizzle,and it was more than enough to fuel us for the rest of the afternoon and night. The line moves along and your pizza comes out in 5-8 minutes, pipping hot, cooked, and yummy. Since it was the outlets, seating gets croweded and the tables are not moveable. Very friendly employees who help answer questions you may have about your pizza and toppings and who keep the line moving. Kudos for keeping composure even if it is the lunch rush (and weekend lunch rush at that!). Great, inexpensive, and quick place to grab a bite. There's nothing better than eating pizza while shopping at the Cabazon outlet! It's across from the Information Center. This is one of the best Blaze pizza stores that I've been to. Their service is top notch from beginning to end. Their workers move the line quickly and constantly come by to see if you need anything. They even went table to table asking if we left our credit card at the counter (which my mother-in-law did hehe) and checked her driver's license before giving the card back. Reasonable prices but they did raise the price a few months ago; fast service despite how busy they get; and love the unlimited toppings! Also love their thin crust and fire wood flavor. We have been to numerous Blaze Pizza restaurants. I must say after this location and it's awful service , I will never visit again. The crust on three out of five pizzas were burned , one was served without being cut, when I asked for the young man to cut it , he rudely grunted and cut it without gloves on and it was a mess! When we went to pay they charged wanted to charge us for FOUR toppings, even though we just had 2 layers of toppings, saying that they were 4 different topppings. But they weren't even on the entire pizza!! We would have gotten more toppings with the unlimited toppings if they had told us that we couldn't do 1/2 and 1/2 but we specifically said 2 toppings in the beginning of the order AND we asked if half and half was OK. I'm very unhappy with our visit today to the Blaze Pizza at the Cabazon outlet mall. The garlic knots tasted really bad and had no flavor. We were upset that we ordered them and didn't even finish eating them. The red sauce that came with them also didn't taste good. The main reason for the negative review was the extremely rude employee that gave us a hard time and made our visit unenjoyable. He was not nice and unprofessional. The pizza was ok, but I'm unhappy that it also cost more than it normally does at all other locations. I'm used to a build your own pizza for $9 or so and this location was $11 or so. Overall, I won't return to Blaze pizza in cabazon. Also the restaurant itself isn't as nice as the ones in Palm Springs or Palm Desert. read more

Best place to eat at this mall, in my opinion. The first time I had Blaze was in college a few years ago right across campus. Missing those convenient walks across the street for pizza, I was happy to find Blaze as we passed time at the mall to wait out traffic. Their pizza is just as fresh and delicious as I remember it. Workers were really friendly and welcomed us as we entered. The first worker actually asked my boyfriend, Marc, if he spells his name with a "c" or "k". My boyfriend told him thanks for asking, because no one ever does. The worker responded saying he always asks. We thought it was super considerate, and that goes a long way! What I love most is there's so many different toppings and you can put however much you like for a low price per pie, and it doesn't take long at all to cook.
