Everyone needs to calm down here. I had China Max and I thought it was totally fine. It's a mall food court and people need to alter their expectations. For me, China Max is reminiscent of Chinese food in any mall food court. I actually prefer it to Panda Express because it is a mom and pop shop. This food stinks! Me and 11 of our relatives went there and all the food tasted bad! From the orange chicken, to the black chicken pepper, and also it smelled horrible! Very Rude customer service. I tried to order a 3-item combo & requested if she can put the 3rd item on a separate plate. But the Asian lady continued to put all the 3 items on 1 box meant for 2 items & pressed the box hard so it can be closed. I asked her why did she do that.
