Pizza with no cheese
Kayla K.

Decided to treat ourselves for date night dinner and did the 5/$35 deal in the app. For value, absolutely great! 3 pizzas, salad and a dessert for a great price! My fiancée got ricotta on his pizza and when we came home and opened our pizza boxes, no cheese was to be found. We ordered ricotta on two pizzas and both were bare. I don't know if they were out but it would have been nice to know rather than had no cheese pizzas. Really disappointed in our most recent experience

Great pizza, creative ass options. but they cut it like retards. Like come on my kid can do better than this.

Is there a manager ?!!...

We arrived a bit early, but the pizzas were not ready. While waiting, we witnessed one worker with his jacket on eating takeout from another restaurant over the prep area, also another worker laying the pizza peel on the garbage can scraping off the peel flipping it over laying that on the garbage can opening and doing the same. Wondering if they have management at this location. Maybe the worker was told this is the way you do it. But I don't believe it's a standard practice

Today was a cold, windy, wet miserable day! I was supposed to be enjoying a wonderful event with chefs cooking up amazing dishes but my immune system could not fare that weather outdoors. I decided to come here and redeem a free voucher I won for an 11 inch pizza since I didn't intend to cook today and I must say I am so happy this voucher got me to try this place because it is so delicious! You can choose from some their own signature pizzas or create your own and it will be wood-fired to perfection! I chose to make my own: original dough, white sauce, fresh mozzarella, parmesan, roasted garlic, red onion, fresh basil, oregano, and balsamic glaze. It was deliciousssssssss!!!! Super fresh, light (as in not greasy), crisp, flavorful. Prices are perfectly fair and service was fast and friendly. I'll be back soon!

Excuse the picture, I was very hunger haha. Nonetheless, Blaze Pizza is like the Subway of pizza making. The way you order is similar in style as you can pick from the signature selections or you can make your own & go down the line to choose your toppings. I really enjoy Blaze Pizza because it is quick, inexpensive & customizable. I love how thin the pizza is & the crunch it has but ultimately you can do thick crust, gluten free crusts, etc. The options are endless here. The employees are always kind, quick, clean & they really communicate well at this location as there is always someone doing something. The establishment itself is big with a modern twist & they offer ample amount of seating inside & outside. Thanks Blaze! Don't ever change!!

Disgusting filth..Will never go back..Who is the owner should be ashamed of your self...Never ever saw a restaurant so dirty in my life...This is the one on The boulevard... Unbelievable..I'm sure there is bugs and rats in that place..Just disgusting

Ahh Blaze, where do I start with them. I've been a patron for years now. I remember my experience when they first opened like it was yesterday. I was absolutely in love with how you can build your own pizza as quick as a chipotle bowl down the assembly line. Seems like more restaurants have been using this style lately. I always go with the Spicy Pepperoni Pizza and build it up from there. I end up with this amazing art piece each time. The brick oven is my fav part, the crust is crisp, light and fresh.

Blaze is always consistent. Very flavorful with fresh ingredients. Never disappoints.

I arrived close to 7 yesterday on Wednesday night. They were getting a ton of pick up and delivery orders. The pick up line was quite long, but I was first in a line of maybe 10 to order. It seemed they had a full crew, but I heard some of the young people complaining to one another about the volume of orders coming in. Some of the comments included "Oh God, it's starting again", and "no, not again" and "FML." So I commiserated with them and thanked them for enduring it so I could eat at my favorite pizza place. Just an aside in case a manager is reading this. I honestly laughed. I love how little F's Gen Z gives. I worked at Starbucks and Chipotle as a younger person, and the elderly people would sigh in exasperation at any delay and tut tut without any sympathy, but we would just kowtow and apologize for their wait. Blaze is all about consistency. Pizza is my favorite salty food and traditional pizza places don't let you have the variety or quantity of toppings without paying exorbitantly. Granted it's a lot larger, but I don't need an XL anyway. I got a high rise build your own as I always do. The pizza was very good as usual at Blaze when not overcooked (that's the only issue I've found to look out for with Blaze). The restaurant was very clean despite the rush and the stations were all stocked. I did not use the rest rooms, so can't speak to them. My favorite aspect was that they let you key in gift card numbers. Bear with me as I know this sounds weird. The most frustrating thing about Blaze back home in NC is that they rarely know how to enter gift cards in their POS. Blaze gift cards don't have bar codes, just 20 digit long #s. I keep the numbers and balances in my Apple Notes ready to go, so I can show the employee, but they always struggle with it. This location made it so easy. Normally I hold up the line and my pizza is nearly cooked by the time they figure it out, but here I was able to wait at least 5 min for my pizza.

My daughter Aries&I frequently go to the Amherst blaze pizza and every time we go we are treated great the staff is very detail oriented and they always make Aries feel like part of their team means the world to her. Utensils napkins and fountain soda machines are always stocked and full pizza is always made just right 5 stars for Amherst blaze.

Holy Feast food truck showed up in Yelp for me. So I skeptically thought I'd settle for dinner from here. I placed my order via phone call. The staff accurately recorded my order, and gave me an estimated preparation time of 40 minutes. I arrived 50 minutes later to pick up my order, and it was hot and ready to go. Checkout was surprisingly modern, and yes, they accept credit cards. The food itself is worth pages upon pages of high praise. A simple review can do it no justice. In fact, the food was so good that I had to write this review immediately after finishing my juicy and fresh quarter pounder, crafted exactly to my specifications! All their dishes that we tried rivaled the best that Buffalo has to offer. Their Chicken Over Rice was scrumptious, as were their Stuffed Burger and Zinger. In short, everything set the bar deliciously high. I strongly believe Holy Feast food truck lives up to its name, and they are here to stay as long as their high quality remains their primary focus. It is the best food truck food I've ever eaten, and many restaurants cannot hold a ladle to this fine establishment. The moral of this story is that even a skeptic like me can be FULLY convinced!

I arrived with my son for dinner on a Tuesday night and was able to use a kiosk right away. The system was user-friendly but there wasn't an option to add extra bacon (for the extra bacon orderers out there). We grabbed a number to dine in and found our table. The dining room was clean, and all but one table was bussed, which is not bad by any restaurant's standards. Our food was brought to our table in probably 7 minutes. I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger with crispy onions and my son got the chicken sandwich with the herb mayo. For sides, we got the spicy fries and onion rings. I grabbed some napkins from the plentiful (and full) dispensers located near the shelves by the front counter. Wow. These were the best meals we'd each had in some time. My son said it was literally the best chicken sandwich he's ever eaten, enough to want to be the one to write the review in the feedback survey sent to me via text. A teenage boy wanting to write a food review should tell you something. And just look at my burger. Looking like the star it was. Basking in the sunlight during golden hour. Made perfectly and was as good as it looked, if not, better. It was juicy, and cooked perfectly. The little sleeve that my burger came in was not my favorite. It served its purpose but I may have preferred it being lightly wrapped in one of those foil lined papers. The sides were perfect as well. Crispy, fresh onion rings, that were nice thick slices of onion. The spicy fries were nice and crispy too, and weren't your standard cajun. The shakes for dessert were delicious and tasted like real ice cream. I can't speak highly enough about the service on our visit. The young lady, unprompted, refilled our drinks at least 2 or 3 times during our meal and even offered to refill our drinks before we left. We ordered our shakes to go, after our meal and she continued being attentive! When she saw we had another table number, she checked in on us and asked what we ordered so we weren't waiting too long. My only contention is the price. It is more expensive than fast food by a bit. However, in my opinion, Shake Shack shouldn't be judged alongside McDonald's but more Five Guys in the middle ground between fast food and casual sit-down. But that being said, based on this experience, Shake Shack beats any other burger chain, by a long shot.

Burgers were tasty and not over crispy. Shakes were good. Had chocolate and dining partner had strawberry. The fries with cheese were disappointing- not crispy, tasted like cheese wiz. Will pass on those in future. Ok for a decent smash burger.

The second you walk in, you immediately smell the real hardwood lump charcoal they've been grilling over since they first started in the late 1920s, and you can actually watch them cook your food to order (which I love). The place oozes a casual backyard BBQ energy, and it feels like an old school Buffalo institution that might no longer be in its heyday, but it clearly still has a hardcore group of local fans. It was confusing as first time diners to figure out how it all works. First, you go in and place your order with the person behind the grill. The nice lady immediately started grilling our meats. Next comes the toppings that can be customized, and then any additional side orders. You pay, get your food, and seat yourself. The dining room is clean but delightfully frozen in time, looking very late-'70s retro in a way that feels exactly right. The seating is old, dingy, and uncomfortable, so this isn't a restaurant where you'd want to sit and linger. Food-wise, this is definitely a spot for beef and sausage lovers. If you're not into that, fair warning: my grilled chicken was pretty mediocre and mostly just tasted like charcoal (which some people might love, but it wasn't doing much for me). The flavor was exactly like what I'd eat when my Uncle would break out the charcoal grill in the backyard during my childhood. The smell and taste brought back pleasant memories, but I guess I'm so used to gas grills or wood grills now that charcoal seems so dated. Meanwhile, my husband's sausage on a bun absolutely stole the show. His was loaded with grilled onions, juicy, smoky, and genuinely drool-worthy. I was a little jealous just looking at it. If you eat sausages, I would recommend ordering that here. There's not a lot for non-red meat eaters, and certainly this isn't the place for vegetarians! Despite my disappointing chicken breast, there were plenty of wins. The buns were especially soft and delicious, and I loved the fresh leaf lettuce and tomato on my sandwich. The produce tasted fresh and bright and wasn't wilted at all, which genuinely surprised me. We split the half-and-half side (which was half fries and half onion rings). The fries were nothing noteworthy, but the onion rings were the real star. Get those crispy, flavorful rings and thank me later! Also, shoutout to the two free pickles on the side, which is a small touch that equalled big happiness. There's also a self-serve soda fountain with free refills of Pepsi products! I'm glad I spotted Ted's and decided to stop in. I couldn't resist the old school exterior, and I can see why this continues to stay in business (despite it not being crowded at all the night we dined there). It might not be the best pick if you're avoiding beef or sausage, but it's still a fun, very Buffalo place to try. Between the smoky grill, the retro atmosphere, and those killer onion rings, it feels like a local rite of passage. I'm glad we did it.
