Great pizza, creative ass options. but they cut it like retards. Like come on my kid can do better than this.

Is there a manager ?!!...

We arrived a bit early, but the pizzas were not ready. While waiting, we witnessed one worker with his jacket on eating takeout from another restaurant over the prep area, also another worker laying the pizza peel on the garbage can scraping off the peel flipping it over laying that on the garbage can opening and doing the same. Wondering if they have management at this location. Maybe the worker was told this is the way you do it. But I don't believe it's a standard practice

Disgusting filth..Will never go back..Who is the owner should be ashamed of your self...Never ever saw a restaurant so dirty in my life...This is the one on The boulevard... Unbelievable..I'm sure there is bugs and rats in that place..Just disgusting

Ahh Blaze, where do I start with them. I've been a patron for years now. I remember my experience when they first opened like it was yesterday. I was absolutely in love with how you can build your own pizza as quick as a chipotle bowl down the assembly line. Seems like more restaurants have been using this style lately. I always go with the Spicy Pepperoni Pizza and build it up from there. I end up with this amazing art piece each time. The brick oven is my fav part, the crust is crisp, light and fresh.

Today was a cold, windy, wet miserable day! I was supposed to be enjoying a wonderful event with chefs cooking up amazing dishes but my immune system could not fare that weather outdoors. I decided to come here and redeem a free voucher I won for an 11 inch pizza since I didn't intend to cook today and I must say I am so happy this voucher got me to try this place because it is so delicious! You can choose from some their own signature pizzas or create your own and it will be wood-fired to perfection! I chose to make my own: original dough, white sauce, fresh mozzarella, parmesan, roasted garlic, red onion, fresh basil, oregano, and balsamic glaze. It was deliciousssssssss!!!! Super fresh, light (as in not greasy), crisp, flavorful. Prices are perfectly fair and service was fast and friendly. I'll be back soon!

Excuse the picture, I was very hunger haha. Nonetheless, Blaze Pizza is like the Subway of pizza making. The way you order is similar in style as you can pick from the signature selections or you can make your own & go down the line to choose your toppings. I really enjoy Blaze Pizza because it is quick, inexpensive & customizable. I love how thin the pizza is & the crunch it has but ultimately you can do thick crust, gluten free crusts, etc. The options are endless here. The employees are always kind, quick, clean & they really communicate well at this location as there is always someone doing something. The establishment itself is big with a modern twist & they offer ample amount of seating inside & outside. Thanks Blaze! Don't ever change!!

My daughter Aries&I frequently go to the Amherst blaze pizza and every time we go we are treated great the staff is very detail oriented and they always make Aries feel like part of their team means the world to her. Utensils napkins and fountain soda machines are always stocked and full pizza is always made just right 5 stars for Amherst blaze.

Worker on phone

I love coming here but recently I've been noticing some issues in the past year. I love the food but it hasn't tasted the same. It is has either been undercooked or overcooked and the dough has a different flavor. Additionally, this place is filthy. The staff touch their phones consistently throughout their shift (while they are cooking) and the floors are disgusting. I am never pleased when I come in and I can't believe workers are allowed to use their phones when the customers are relying on them to keep their food safe and clean.

Blaze is always consistent. Very flavorful with fresh ingredients. Never disappoints.

Pretty good lunch place. Overpriced, but quick food & the people are friendly. The blood orange lemonade was great.

Pizza is so delicious. Great Italian style. Customer service is also very good!…read moreWill 100% be coming back.

Wow. Hands down some of the best pizza we've had…read more We ordered the San Felice Pizza -- San Marzano tomatoes, house-made sausage, sweet and spicy peppers, onion, buffalo mozzarella, and fresh basil -- and it was absolute perfection. The flavors don't compete... they melt together into one big, perfect masterpiece. The peppers leaned sweet (no real heat), which made them the ideal companion to the delicious sausage. And that sausage? Made in-house and seasoned beautifully, with the perfect amount of fennel -- enough to give it that classic Italian character without overpowering the pie. Perfection! The buffalo mozzarella added creamy richness, the basil kept everything bright, and the San Marzano tomatoes were clean and balanced. We love pizza in all its forms -- New York style and Napoli alike -- but there is something about the rustic goodness of true Neapolitan pizza that has a special place in my pizza-loving heart. That airy, soft center and char-kissed crust from the wood-fired oven is magic. The use of such fresh ingredients makes Forno Napoli my favorite pizza on NY so far - authentic and intentional. There is a lot of love and pride in everything from the handmade crust to all of the toppings. They also serve a garlic butter and cheese dipping sauce for the crust -- indulgent and completely unnecessary in the BEST possible way. That blistered crust dipped in that sauce? Unreal. The cheese? Yes, they have the most beautiful wheel of pecorino they hand grate from to make this happen. No green shaker bottles here! We met Felix, the owner, and he was incredibly welcoming. He has such great energy -- warm, engaging, and clearly passionate. You can tell he's the heartbeat behind the recipes and the success of the business. It feels personal. He made us want to share just how great our entire experience was and he certainly made us want to return. Our only regret? We were too full to try another pizza. Do not hesitate. This truly is a slice of heaven.

I am not a fan of caramel or peanut butter sauce, so asked for these two items to be excluded. I do not know what other cookie flavor choices there are; I just picked chocolate! It was nicely packed up, with the ice cream in a separate container from the warm cookie. Both made it back to my house, the ice cream still solid and the cookie still warm. It is a wonderful treat. I think it might be difficult to order this after eating wings or a pizza or even a salad first, but as a separate treat, quite nice!

Top-notch spot for wings! We stopped in on a Friday just before 6:00 before heading to a comedy…read moreshow at UB. The location was super convenient. It was a bit busy (30-40 min wait for dining area), but there were a few tables off to the right of the bar where you could seat yourself. Luckily, one opened up right as we walked in. When seated at these tables, you have to order at the bar. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the nuggiez -- the sauce cooled the boneless bites down a little, but the flavor was still great. I loved all the sauces we tried (saucy hot cajun, medium, and garlic parm). The wings were perfectly crisp, and the steak pizza had a ton of flavor. Definitely a heavier meal, but if you're bringing someone from out of town who wants great wings, this is a spot worth taking them to.

From start to finish, this was an extremely easy process to order catering for an all-employee…read moreevent. I was able to connect with the owner fairly easily by calling and requesting to place a catering order in advance, the gentleman who anesthetized phone was very polite too! I advised what we needed and when, given a fair price for what our needs were and based on the conversation I had no worries about our pickup. Our food was hot and ready when they said it would be and staff even helped load it in our company van. Our food was clearly labeled and packaged so that we were able to set up, serve quickly and store some in our warmers. The pizza was cut into even portions and the wings were so plans juicy and sauced well! The food was delicious and we had so many coming back for 2nds. I was too busy with set up to get may pictures but we ordered 1 large veggie pizza, 1 large chicken finger pizza, 400 wings( plain, mild, medium, hot and bbq) and 7 sheets of pizza (cheese and pepperoni) and a large pan of salad.

I have been searching high and low for a sweet sauce pizza in Williamsville for a decade now -…read morewhich led me here, as they had sweet sauce as an upcharge and I didn't care - I was willing to pay the .99 cents to avoid a 40 minute round trip to my other favorite places with sweet sauce. Unfortunately, my hunt did not end here as it was not what I expect when I order sweet sauce; HOWEVER it was still fantastic sauce and the other items I ordered were great too. Let's start with my order: you can go to their website and select pick up or delivery. I selected pick up and the website does tell you what time to expect your food ready. In addition, you can join their rewards program. Their website is excellent, with very clear descriptions- and that includes the rewards! I ordered the small cheese pizza with sweet sauce, 10 wings medium, and funnel fries. Everything was delicious and filling! I'll start with my favorite: the funnel fries! Outside of a carnival-like settings, it's hard to find a good funnel cake. I often find them to bread like and chewy. These here at pizza works were the best I've had outside of the usual settings. You can get powdered sugar OR cinnamon sugar. I do recommend them for a sweet treat! Next, the wings! I love my wings super super crispy! Pretty much dried out lol. Although I haven't found a place to make them this way, I will say they were at least crispy, not soggy at all. The flavor was great and they were meaty. No taste of old fryer oil which is an issue I've had too many times at other places. I actually rarely order wings anymore because I can make them exactly as I like them in the air fryer; but I have no regrets with my wings super order here and I would order again. They come with homemade blue cheese and a bag of carrots. Lastly the pizza: now as I said, there was an upcharge for the sweet sauce. This was odd to me. I've never seen an upcharge. But I paid it. What I will say is, whenever I order with sweet sauce from anywhere, I take a bite in my car to make sure they used the right sauce. I honestly could not tell this pizza had sweet suace or not. The best way to describe this, is that it tasted like a regular sauce but maybe a little sweeter versus robust. It was nothing like I was craving (or expecting). For comparison... when I order sweet sauce ... I expect something like papas pizza oven, marks pizza, or pizza oven in Lockport. This place is nowhere near that level of sweetness. I actually went back in to confirm it was sweet sauce and the gentleman confirmed it was and explained the difference between their regular sauce and their sweet sauce. I was bummed it wasn't what I was craving - HOWEVER, the sauce was EXCELLENT! I would be glad to eat their pizza again any-day - I just wouldn't order it when I am craving the sweet sauce I am accustomed to. There is plenty of seating here and a big TV. It was nice and clean and I found the customer service to be great and friendly, even when I came back in to confirm the pizza had the sweet sauce. The menu is large. There are daily specials. I would certainly order here again. So sorry for the lack of photos but I was hungry and forgot!
