We ate here when we were in town. It wasn't very busy.. You can pour your own beer you get a card and you can come and go as you please.. they also have a couple of wines that you can choose from. Pretty fast service , and I enjoyed my barbecue chicken pizza.. At first, when you walk in you see the cashier and I thought we pay first, but it's a regular sitdown service restaurant. Casual atmosphere..

This has been a go to place in Paso as my daughter worked there. The server was very friendly. We come here now and then. Pizza is great. I like the Philly Cheesesteak and burgers are all good go to's. Salads are good as well. The pretzel app is yummy within a good sidekick mustard. The beer wall is the attraction catcher in the local joint! Enjoy

On our way to Sonoma/Napa Valley, we spent the night in Paso Robles and made sure to go back to Blast & Brew. We were here over 4 years ago. Of course I remember hanging out here to watch the Dodgers clinch the World Series back in 2020!!! Still the same great comfort food as we remember. We split a Blast & Bleu burger in a toasted brioche with sweet potato fries, which was fantastic. We loved the crispy onion straws in it and the aioli on the side. We also shared an order of Brussels Sprouts with balsamic glaze, garlic and parm. Yumm!

A solid 4, 26 beers on tap, another 8 wine - all charged by the ounce, very cool! Ever wish you wanted another sip or two to go with a sandwich- just pour! Especially if want a taste test, or a full glass. ice cold glasses at either end of the tap line, convenience. The food was above average, we did a second order of wings, so good. The bacon wrapped shrimp, delicious! Looking for appetizers or meal? Service was helpful, and attentive, great concept, prices are reasonable ( for the area). Clean and comfortable inside, also outside seats. Enjoy!

Made a pit stop in Paso Robles and stumbled upon Blast & Brew. We were looking for the drink menu and then noticed the beer wall. We were so amazed to learn about the concept of self serving beer from the tap. It was such a fun experience tasting the different beers and a few select wines they had. We also ordered a pretzel and thought it was delicious. Apparently they are made fresh! We had a great time here and would definitely return if we are ever driving by or in the area!

We had an amazing experience. Very nice clean and relaxing atmosphere. The food was fresh and yummy, no complaints. We absolutely were like wow at the serve yourself beer and wine section, pretty cool, first time experiencing this... Service was awesome, always making sure we were taken care of. We will be back and we Recommend to try it.

A fun stop in the downtown area for some PYOP pour your own pints. A great way to taste various beers, ciders and wines. Full glass or tastings whatever you're in the mood for there's great options. Your server will give you a card to scan for pours. Cold glasses are located in the fridge next to the taps, just help yourself and get to pouring. Lots of screens around to watch the game. Low and high top tables with large windows to open up the space. Needing some absorption, our table shared some sliders and taters. Great service and good food! The traditional menu was much needed to balance our evening before the next stop. Food was hot and fresh. Would definitely return!

Okay mixed feelings here. It is your classic and small chain restaurant that has a nice beer selection and bar food. What I liked, and my mostly IPA beer drinking husband, was the self-pour tap room wall. They give you a small plastic card that registers how much you pour per ounce, per glass. They say they have beer and wine; trust me, I'm a wine drinker, they have a very narrow 4 or 5 selections of wines. Nothing you'd want to drink. I became a Beer Drinker that night! What is really cool; As you are working the tap you can see the price per ounce of each beer or wine, as you fill it up to your desired level you will see the total price of your pour! Sorta like filling up your gas tank. You will know exactly what you're paying for the amount of beer or wine you put in your glass. My husband ordered the tri-tip sandwich and he loved it. His fries were excellent as well. My grilled chicken sandwich not so much. I bit into the sandwich, it was grilled to bits. It tasted almost like I guess what sawdust would taste. I felt really badly because the waiter was just wonderful. Really couldn't say enough about his friendly greeting trying to serve us. In fact, I wasn't going to say anything, but my husband mentioned it to the waiter. He offered to replace the sandwich. I was sort of done and full. The onion rings were good, not super, but good. Our wonderful waiter brought the bill and comped us my entire meal. I told him no, but he said yes. Of course I made up some of the difference in his tip. Bottom line; I'll come back. Our waiter did say they're mostly a pizza place. My husband will order his Tri tip and I will share my pizza with him. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture of the tap wall. I will next time. I'll be back!

Pathetic excuse of an Spicy Italian Roasted Sub
    Garrett R.

Very disappointed. With not many tables, my friend and my lunch took close to 30 minutes to come out. Perhaps their lunch kitchen staff is under-manned, but it took far longer than we expected. My friend's French Dip burger looked 200% better for 4 bucks more, than my Spicy Italian Roasted Sub. The only thing I tasted was the vinaigrette, when I expected the blend of Italian meats. Each sandwich came with a portion of semi warm fries, pfff. The beer was not very cold, which was another drawback. It's a great spot for a sports bar atmosphere, but I don't know much else to give accolades to.

Wonderful place! 6 of us had lunch here last Saturday. The food was delicious! We had everything from Burgers to Pizza to a salad. Everyone enjoyed their meal! The burgers were perfectly cooked juicy and had lots of delicious flavor! The pizza was very cheesy and the crust was wonderful and chewy! The salad had very fresh greens on it and my wife enjoyed it immensely! The service was top notch! Never an empty water glass and everyone there was so nice and personable! Definitely willing to help assist you to make your stay at this wonderfully decorated restaurant pleasurable! Love this place! We will be back!!

Will you be showing the US vs England World Cup game on Friday after thanksgiving?

I want to know the same. We are coming from San Diego and need a spot to watch the match :)

Is the self-serve tap wall open during COVID?

It was when I went two weeks ago. My understanding that county also went back one tier to the purple and indoor dining is once again a thing of the past so you may want to call and ask before you go.

    Do they have vegan options?

Hi Condy!! I'm pretty sure they do as part of a cool boutique franchise-other Blast &Brews have vegan cheese, a couple sauces to choose from, and GF cauliflower crust, some salads (their house vinaigrette is vegan) and the sweet potato and regular… Read more

Do they serve wine? If so do they serve more than a house wine?

Yes they have a variety of wines to choose from

I really enjoyed the truffle cacio e pepe, and honestly don't even remember which others we ordered, but they were all great. We also had the Nutella and strawberry dessert pizza, which I did not expect to like, and it was fantastic. Not too sweet, which I was afraid of. Just the right amount. Adam interviewed the owner, Marino Monferrato and his wife Michelle. Being locals, we decided to go on a date night and see if it lived up to the interview. Our date started off with our server, Elias. It was TOP. NOTCH. from the beginning allll the way through to the end...which ended with a handshake from Marino himself. We rarely go to a restaurant that starts off fantastic and ends fantastic. Everyone involved in our food preparation and delivery were amazing. The salad, pizza, dessert and vino were all so wonderful. Everything paired perfectly. But, for us, not only is it all about the food, it's the human interaction that sets a place apart. La Biga nailed it hands down. Thank you Monferrato "family" for making this date night so special.

Yes, I'm talking about Moe from the 3 stooges, Moe, the fictional cartoon character from the Simpsons who is the grumpy bartender of Moe's Tavern and now, my new favorite Moe.... The Owner and Founder of: Moe's Pizza in Paso Robles. While one of these Moe's will certainly make you laugh... The other Moe is just simpler to laugh at.... (Thanks to Bart Simpson and his prank calls) But.... The final Moe, probably my new favorite, is all about making you smile with a simple little trick... Pizza!!!! Yes, when on vacation, sitting in your hotel room and debating if going back out with 3 kids for dinner after a long day exploring the area sounds like a good idea.... Suddenly, getting Pizza sounded so much easier, and a heck of a lot cheaper. So my wife jumped on Yelp, found Moe's Pizza, placed our order online and off I went to grab us a Pie. Yeah, a little Pepperoni, a dash of pineapple and a whole handful of Parmesan cheese packets, and before we knew it, I was back in the room handing slices out, watching a little Netflix and Chillen in the comfort of our hotel room. A little Netflix & Chill action at its finest! The pizza itself was pretty tasty; Moe's definitely doesn't skimp on the pepperoni or the pineapple for that matter, and the cheese, the sauce & the crust absolutely matched the vibe that the 2 main stars of the show were puttin' down. Had I done a little more research on this place prior to heading over and if I wasn't with my wife and kids, who ALWAYS just get pepperoni and pineapple, I probably would have opted for one of their Specialty Pies that actually sound pretty good and are different than I've ever seen before.... Maybe, Next time. Yeah, Specialty Pies such as their: Mo's Special: crispy chicken, ranch, Canadian bacon, mozzarella AND actual BACON!! Tell me that doesn't sound BOMB.com Also, if you are feeling a little Pizza from the East (and I'm not talking the East Coast)... Check out their Shawarma & Gyro Pizza! Their Pizza's do come in multiple sizes so no matter the size you need.... Moe's has you covered! 16" 14" 12" 10" And if you just need a taste, they sell by the Slice! Of course they offer other goodies to complement that pie, so don't be shy! Salads, cheesy bread, mozzarella sticks, buffalo wings, pasta, and a few different desserts including Baklava just to name a few! Now..... Turn off the 3 Stooges on Tubi, stop prank calling Moe's Tavern trying to impersonate Bart Simpson and get you little buns over to Moe's Pizza in Paso Robles and order that MO's Special and report back to me ASAP!!! And in the words of my guy Notorious B.I.G who reps the East, and definitely loved him some pizza... "Mo Money....Mo Problems"
