He calmed her down w/ his smooth and confident demeanor, reassured her w/ reminders of his experience, and connected w/ her on some commonalities they shared. I put a positive review on here almost three years ago when my system was new and I am just as…read moresatisfied with it as I was then. There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. If I ever want more coverage or upgrades, I would stay with this service.

Thankfully, we were able to call safety zone, at the recommendation of one of their other clients that shares a lot with one of our locations, to hire a guard for our doors to handle all of the extra COVID-19 work, as well as keep our establishment safe! I don't usually leave reviews for my B2B relationships on yelp, but I wanted to do something extra to thank our contact, Ahmed and the whole Safety Zone staff that really helped us through this trying time.
