Requesting a quote for sevices was easy, got an email fast from the COO Omar. All information i needed was there and any questions.

Prompt response, Omar was great in handling and understanding our needs. I highly recommend anyone needing security protection.

I hired this company at the very last second because no one else I contacted was able to help me. The things that struck me was the immediate response and clear communication. They had an officer en route to my job almost immediately. You get updates, reports, media, and scheduling and location info on your team from Scaife. Both my client and I checked in on the site and the security was on top of things, patrolling, observing, making detailed notes and observations. I can highly recommend this company if you need security immediately but don't want to compromise on quality and professionalism. Once you hire them you don't have to worry about it. Their team is on top of things. read more

I used Scaife Protection Services because I needed a security guard for a baby shower event with alcohol. They responded with a quote almost instantly! I appreciated their quick responsiveness especially since it was a little last minute before the event. Their prices were extremely affordable and way better than other quotes I received. They also cared about legitimacy and helped secure the proper licensing and filled out necessary forms I needed. Day of the guard showed up on time and was super nice and pleasant. I would highly recommend! read more

Hired this company for a shopping center which is experiencing many problems with homeless and drug element making a nuisance with loitering and frightening our tenants and customers. Had previously hired a cheaper company which basically did very little. Scaife Protection Services came to view the property first before taking on our contract, sent photos of what was observed and when hired to start guard services, sent reports, sent photos, immediately responded to our questions. Did an excellent job of providing a visible "presence" on our property; the officer introduced himself to our tenants and removed vagrants from the property. Our Tenants found the guard very friendly yet professional. Highly recommend Scaife Protection Services for any of your protection/guard services! read more

I retained Scaife Protection Services to protect my son's Bar Mitzvah celebration in March of 2022. The security guard showed up right on time. He was dressed in a dark security uniform with a gun. And though he looked intimidating, he was very nice and thoughtful to everyone he came in contact with. Besides ensuring that no uninvited guests came in, he also made sure that no minors went out. When parents began arriving for pick-up, he escorted each child to their parent's car and made sure that they were safe. I would highly recommend Scaife Protection Services for your security needs. Their people are high quality and their prices are incredibly reasonable! read more

Excellent first time experience. The setup was easy. They provided a thorough amount of information about their service and history/references which made me feel confident to use them. I liked that the service agreement contract was a docusign document, because that made it easy to sign and reference later. They were about 15 mins late to arrive, which had me nervous during a hostile eviction, but they were quick and responsive about the unexpected traffic. When I needed to request a change in service mid-way, they also accommodated me above and beyond. Thank you! read more
