I have been bartending and managing bars for twenty years, and in that time, I've always had to deal with subpar, unprofessional, emotionally-driven people for security guards. When I became the bar manager of a downtown LA bar that has a very diverse crowd, most (not all) of the door staff I inherited fit the negative characteristics I had experienced in the past and a change was necessary in order to keep order. I hired this company a while back to a large birthday party. The party that was invited was a mixed crowd you never know what might happen with alcohol involved. Main concern was about the safety of the guests .I hired this security company and they were fantastic on time very well-dressed in their uniforms very professional.
