Here is my update after receiving complaints and notice from Yelp. Didn't want to unpack receipt from backpack at Ralph's grocery. I showed my digital proof of purchase to the store manager. A guard from this company thought I was trying to be physically confrontational with him. Guard said he would "f*ck me up" and he was the "one with the gun." Manager said I was fine. Guard continued insults. Guard asked manager to say I was trespassing so he could "knock me out." read more

Very unfortunate that I had a distasteful phone experience and, in an attempt to learn more of the company, I sign on to Yelp to see that unprofessional is their norm. The staff did not share her name. I suppose she called to solicit but her introduction and purpose was very confusing seeing as she called a --company that offers security service. To be as clear and fact setting as possible. I arrived to the Grand Central Market. To wait for a friend. And to get a coffee and a bite to eat. Here I added a picture. Where I was then seating outside. For less than an hour. Yet, this guys, security, not actual cops, said that I was here for more than 3 hours. Then, this guy, on picture, in charged, said that I was wasting time....then he changed his mind ... down to 2 hours. What.....I was here less than an hour, check my receipt.....but this guy says 'no, u have been here for over 3 hours,'....then again "ok, you have been here for 2 hours".... I had to show them my receipt from the G&B coffee to prove that I was here less than 1 hour. They lied, exaggerate, and assume act as if they where cops searching for someone. No, they are security......not cops. And they have no right to push/demand that someone leave the table. Customers deserve the right to remain in their tables if they wish, if they purchase items in the market. read more

I had the most horrific experience by an employee of this company that is stationed at Lazy Acres in Hermosa. I was making a quick store run and was approached by this lady who went out of her way to curse me out and lead with threatening behavior due to discrimination! I am shocked that I experienced this from a person who's job is to ensure safety! Even the store manager Kim who witnessed everything had to sincerely and continuously apologize on the security guards behalf and safely escort me out. Zero stars!! I don't write many of these reviews, but I had to regarding this company. The guards are off the charts rude. Period!! I had a security guard totally disrespect me after I asked a question about the elevator in a building I work at. The man needs anger management training. He was watching TV and got upset he was interrupted. I don't think they vet these people whatsoever. This is the second time I had an experience like this with the same company. Totally classless!
