The first place I went to quoted me $135, which felt way too high. I found this shop instead and had a completely different experience. It seems to be run by a husband and wife team, and they were both so kind and welcoming. He explained I didn't need to replace the lock and he could make a key by doing an impression of the lock. I came in around 3pm, so he had it ready the next day. The price was very reasonable (much cheaper than the first place), and the service was excellent. The store is also well stocked with door knobs, padlocks, and other home security items. Highly recommend!

There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers.
