This level of service and work cannot be overstated. They went above and beyond. Teams like this deserve to be applauded, and I hope they are treated as well by their employer as they treat their clients. Given that it's an autobody repair business, I hope I don't see them again any time soon, but I will definitely recommend them at every opportunity. Well done!

Things didn't get off to a good start as I was initially told I could just drop in, then when I dropped in the front counter lady told me I had to make an appointment. So, I made an appointment for the next week. After that it got much better. The windshield looks fantastic, it's nice to drive without looking at cracks in my windshield which I've had since I bought it 10 years ago. They had a couple of cancellations so they had the job done in just over an hour, which was a pleasant surprise. Their waiting area has free coffee and water and they pull your car back around to the front for you if there's a parking space free so chances are you won't have to walk to the back unless they're super busy. Will definitely come back if I need windshield services again.

When we went to install them they where 1/2" too big on both measurements so we took them back along with the original cracked pane so they could measure it, 3 days later we went to pick them up but this time I measured them before leaving their shop and found they where 3/8" too big, so they said they will redo them, 3 days later we went to pick them up and the panes again where 1/8" to big, so I asked for my money back, they told us they don't do cash refunds so I was forced to bring them home and remove the 1/8" with an angle grinder. I would call this fiasco totally unprofessional, I would have insisted they do again but I had to go back to work overseas and could not leave the window only covered with plasic and tape for 30 days untill I returned from work. So do yourself a favor and call any other glass company for your glass needs. Thank You

That was 6 months ago, he did not swap out the alternator, I went to another mechanic to do it, and he has been unable to fulfil the warranty so I am out $1000. He is now tryng to ghost me to avoid fulfilling the warranty. Edit in response to the answer: The only time you contact me is when I hassle you to respond. You have not proactively contacted me once, I feel like I'm babysitting you. It has been 6 months since the alternator was replaced, this is not a reasonable timeline to have a warranty fulfilled. If you bought a faulty part from a shady company that would not fulfill the warrant and sold it me to as a new part with full warranty that is not my fault. At this point you should be refunding me the cost and keeping the warranty whenever you get to it.
