My appointment was for 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. I left - and arrived - 20 minutes early, allowing for horrendous street work/repairs these days. Mike was in the office at the time, took my vehicle immediately. did a fabulous job in an amazingly short time time, did more than I had pointed out, and I was back home by 12:30 p.m.. Thanks again Mike, you and your firm will get lots of positive recommendations due to today. And the amazing "price" was a totally surprising and pleasant shock. I will be back as needed, and will recommend your firm to everyone I know.

Seriously didn't realize a rock from the highway would damage the product exposing my paint. I haven't had this issue with 3M products. Clearly cheap product. When I paid for installation of the product I was simply told if I had any problem with it, will be repaired under warranty. Ironic how this company doesn't stand behind their products. I personally cant recommend this place at all and will not be returning, buyer beware. It was also unfortunate, I never had the pleasure of actually talking to the owner during the extent of this conversation, but I sure did talk to Josh, who is unprofessional and rude. Josh, who had poor customer service skill on the phone couldn't be bothered by the extent of me asking questions on warranty, hence the reason after he told me they couldn't do anything, so I hung up. I also indicated while on the phone they don't stand behind their product too, maybe the owner missed that. Josh was sure interested when I went to pay last September and wanted me to to leave a good review on my experience, well here's my review. I will be going else where to get the issue fixed.

I was looking for a specialty finish, like a truck bed liner, added to the rocker panels and fenders of my H3. I got what I wanted and the desultory was better than I expected. Danny and his team, in my estimation, went above and beyond. They fixed and repaired the rust patch, and injected rust inhibitors into the lower door sections, and had the customized urethane finished sprayed on and colour matched. From pulling into their lot and being greeted by Danny, the explication of their process, and Danny's expert preventative addition, I was completely confident in leaving my baby Hummer in his hands. Today I picked up my H3 and was absolutely thrilled. Giorgi's aka Danny and team, also tweeted a fender clip, and the gas door latch.
