Flavor of the tri-tip was good and it was tender enough to cut with the plastic knife. The honey garlic sauce bumped up the flavor. The beans were absolutely delicious . Potato salad had a different flavor and I probably would not order it again. My hubby ordered the burger with ground beef and ground sausage combined. He really liked it a lot. His fries were outstanding. Flavorful and not your typical fries. Glad he shared them freely. Service was great from the gal in the truck. We would return and try other things on the menu.
