Not only is everything very well-priced and affordable, but the staff are more than willing to work with you if you have questions! Not only have they begun to recognize me, but when I came in for the Valko event, they were kind enough to notify me that they had new items to decorate on top of their already huge selection, which made choosing just one project so hard! When we stepped inside, we were greeted by a warm and bustling scene. A knitting workshop was in full swing with about 15 women attentively listening to a presentation. It felt like a true hub for knitters. The store was neatly organized, with shelves full of beautiful yarn in all colors and textures. Alongside the yarn were various hand-knitted items available for sale. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and for a Sunday afternoon, the store was packed which, judging by the atmosphere, is probably the norm for them. My aunt approached the front desk and spoke with a staff member about her sweater. The woman was kind, informative, and wrote down helpful details about when their repair expert would be in. She even provided a business card for follow-up. Although we didn't make any purchases this time, I was impressed by how well-stocked and inviting the store was. As someone who doesn't knit, I could still see how this would be a dream spot for any knitting enthusiast offering not just supplies, but community and expertise. 5 out of 5 - for the welcoming vibe, knowledgeable staff, and well-organized space. I had a painting which needed a good frame to match with the paint and all the other things I have at home. There were plenty of choices there but it wasn't easy to pick "the one" that would do it. Jeff, patiently showed me different things and gave me suggestions. He knew at once what will really work best for the picture. I did trust on his judgment and his impeccable work done carefully and right on the promised time. The result was even better than I expected. I am very happy with the result and the whole experience of it. I returned, and once again I was very pleased with his work. This time I had a simple poster that I wanted to mount without a frame. It needed to match other paintings nearby. Jeff suggested that we mount the poster on masonite. It worked great! One can tell that he not only knows very well what he is doing but also that he has a sense of quick understanding of the needs of the client. He is a very patient, friendly and has the passion and care of a real artist. Thank you Jeff for your good and professional work! Yes, I do recommend him again and again!

My team came here for an offsite and we had a really great time. We did the mini tufting workshop,…read moreit's $85 per person and ended up lasting around 2.5 hours for our group of 9. Group discounts are available for groups larger than 12. Before the workshop everybody got to pick the design they wanted to do as well as the type of backing/framing (coaster, wall hanging, or mirror) they wanted. The person leading the workshop was amazing, very patient and friendly. The workshop was roughly 20 minutes of tutorial, 1 hour of tufting with the gun (varied widely person to person), and then 1 hour for everyone to glue and trim and clean their rugs. I was surprised at how well our final pieces turned out considering none of us had ever rug tufted before. At the end we also each got a cute free tote bag to hold our creations. This was a really fun unique activity, I would highly recommend!

The colors were also nice and had many different hues. You grab colors on a plate and they have different sized paint brushes. I did wish the brushes were more precise. They do have some of the glazes in the puffy paint bottles up front for more precision. I picked a plate. Total was about $40 ($10 for the session + price of plate).
