I am given advanced notice of the scheduled visits with an opportunity to reschedule if needed, and on the day of the appointment, I am contacted by the technician to let me know that he is on his way. Ryan, and the other technicians assigned to my account, take great care not to harm any vegetables or fruit trees in my yard when spraying the perimeter. Long story- After months of dealing with recurring issues and growing frustration with our previous pest control company, we finally made the switch to Advantage IPM--and it was one of the best decisions we've made. The final straw came when we discovered a large, active wasp nest inside our dryer vent. Not only was it a safety concern, but it also meant we couldn't use our washer or dryer. When we contacted our existing pest control provider, they told us it would be five days before they could come out. That response was incredibly disappointing given the urgency of the situation. We reached out to Advantage IPM, and Manuel Moreno came out the very same day. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and immediately got to work addressing the problem. They responded almost instantly which was appreciated. Atan was able to come out the following week to take a look and treat the tree the same day. I appreciated the thoroughness with the provided photos since I wasn't able to be home at the time. Sorting out payment with the office was a bit of a back and forth inconvenience but we eventually got it sorted out. All in all, I would highly recommend for the communication aspect and their ability to get it sorted out as soon as possible. Looking forward to not having to wash the cars so often!

I am especially impressed with the communication from this company. I communicate with them through text messages and I usually get a response right away. They do touch up services between routine servicing if needed. I've also compared pricing and I know I'm getting the most bang for my buck.
