They communicated well throughout the whole process. After the Inspection, they also did some of the repair work needed and fumigation. Their work was great and really well priced. The owner personally came and explained everything they were about to do. They worked with my limited schedule and always made sure we were happy. The quote we received for fixing the findings didn't include the paint but the owner Stephen went out of his way and went to the store to get our paint color matched and gifted us a free bucket of paint in that color. This company was prompt to respond to our request and made a thorough outside and ugh, inside assessment determining rats had gotten into our attic through eave vent and lots more under the home. They gave us a fair estimate and said they would come out frequently, until all of the rats were gone. They plugged up all the ingress/egress holes thoroughly and each employee, from answering the phone and email question, to Mitchell, Eroldo, Bernardo and Alex on site, has been nothing but helpful and kind. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Ian is the owner of the company. From my experience with him in this short while , I've learned he is a family man with astounding integrity. Second, I did not contact this company Cal-View Property Inspections casually or without cause. I reached out because there were serious ongoing concerns in my home, involving exposed walls, abnormal air quality, and conditions that affected my family's health and safety. At the time, children were living in the home, and the wall area had remained exposed for an extended period. The inspection was not the cause of the problem. It was conducted because I needed answers about conditions that already existed inside the unit. The inspection helped confirm that mold concerns were present in the air and on surfaces within the home, including in my daughter's bedroom. After the inspection, I pursued code enforcement. That process resulted in multiple code violations being identified, and repairs were required. My family was displaced as a result of the condition of the home, not because of anything this company created. The statements suggesting improper motive or lack of professionalism do not reflect my experience. I hired this company because I needed an independent assessment, and from my experience they were professional, responsive, and helpful during an extremely stressful situation. This company did not create the conditions in my home. They documented them. I am grateful I contacted them.

We have had the pleasure of Dan's services since he started OnStar. we live in the country on 20 acres, but our residencies are on approximately 2 acres. Dan services both of the homes, yards and the barns. we enjoy living in the country and it seems that the bugs do as well, however with Dan's services, they are stopped in their tracks. I have been a customer of On-Star Pest Control for quite a few years now. I used to have a huge problem with ants. On-Star came in a sprayed the inside and outside of my house once and my ant problem has all but disappeared. I continue to have the outside of my house sprayed every other month to keep the problem under control. I am also very afraid of spiders and rarely see any inside or outside of my house since starting my service with On-Star. I have been using OnStar Pest Control for a little less than a year, with Nick as my service technician & I can't say enough about how pleased I am with their service. My home lots of agricultural land around it which results with being overrun with spiders and other nasty pests. It was just unbearable & I couldn't keep up with it on my own. I've used Onstar since moving to Escalon, they are GREAT!! Our bug guy Nick is the best even my large German Shepard loves Nick.
