We made a reservation for 8:30, but arrived at 8:15 and were seated right away. Since the restaurant closes at 9, they weren't too busy, which was nice. We had a nice table right by the patio and were able to enjoy looking outside as well as inside the restaurant. Our waiter, John, greeted us quickly after we sat down and brought us water and menus. I ended up ordering a mocktail that had ginger beer, grapefruit juice, and jalapeno and it was so delicious. The bite from the ginger with the kick from the jalapeno really hit the spot. I ordered from the Bite30 menu and started with the Fried Goat Cheese. I get the goat cheese literally everytime I come here. It is divine and the citrus from the tomato salad complements it really well. For my entree, I ordered the Ahi Tuna Stack. With how hot is has been recently, it was so light and refreshing. I was pleasantly surprised by how much tuna came with it. I ended with the Chocolate Cake. I was only able to eat a couple bites before boxing it up, but it was incredible. The whip cream was my favorite part. The entire time we were there, John was attentive and fun. He seemed genuinely happy to be there and his energy was infectious. I never go out with a purse but for some reason I had one with me tonight and I didn't even realize that I left the restaurant without it. We got to our car and started driving through the parking lot to leave and John chased us down and brought me my purse. John, thank you!
Reservations required. The restaurant has a cozy, intimate, romantic I'd say European style vibe- maybe the decor, dimly lit. The first floor has a bar with dining area and patio area. The second floor has a cute covered roof top patio with bar and dining area- which makes it more lively. We sat on the rooftop patio. The service was great as well as the food. The menu is carefully curated and it changes often- we were told it may differ week to week. I think it's a good spot for date or night out with friends.
This is a very cute place in an unexpected location. Plenty of parking due to the other businesses around it, including a grocery store. Next time I hope to check out the rooftop but even the downstairs bar area was very nice. Staff was excellent, very attentive without feeling hovery, my party ordered burgers, Asian chicken, drinks, key lime pie, and chocolate lace cake. All were good. The smash burgers did arrive pretty undercooked but the waiter was quick to replace them and second round was perfect. They are inKind which is a big plus for me!
All the employees here were wonderful and knowledgeable. Loved the decor with the light up present door frame and glowing wreath. Nice heaters thoughout the upstairs area. Cool firepit table outside with rooftop views Pretty condensed menu so was expecting that the few times they do have must mean they do them pretty well. Only 6 main plates entrees, 8 apps choices, caviar, cheeses and desserts Got the escargot with a brandy mustard cream sauce that was very tasty but a tad salty and the super tender beef short rib with my favorites purple carrots and divine mashed potatoes The Triangle Martini sample of 3 different gin martinis, no vodka substitutes, in 3 super cute perfectly sized martini glasses came with citrus, lavender and pickle flavors Great place for some delicious food and superb cocktails!
Just WOW to Bites & Bubbles. What a cozy and inviting setting, friendly staff, all around good ambiance. Now I must say we will be back because we fell in love with the escargot dish! Not your traditional escargot with garlic/wine and a very small amount. The escargot set in a brandy mustard crème sauce with small tender bits of veggies and double the amount of escargot- some lovely sourdough Italian bread. We followed this with a large charcuterie board. Holy cow was it big!! Assortment of delicious cheeses, meats, dips, bread and a little tasty dessert. Quality was amazing all around. I highly recommend checking out Bites & Bubbles.
Absolutely a fun and enjoyable Magical Dining experience! The ambiance was amazing on the rooftop lounge, and the food was perfection. We made our reservation for 8:30pm and we were greeted warmly by "Bubbles" when we arrived. Although I had requested patio seating, we asked if we could "take a peek" at the rooftop lounge area. Bubbles led us up to the second level and stated if a table was available, we could choose to sit there instead. Once we saw the beautiful and spacious setting, we knew this was the place we wanted to spend the evening. As luck would have it, a table was available, and we happily took it. Our server was Jeff, and he made a major contribution to this five-star review (along with the food!) He explained the menu, discussed recommendations, answered our questions and checked on us throughout the evening. He even provided fun banter throughout as we relished our 2-hour plus dining experience. We both ordered the mussels to start and they were beyond amazing. They were plentiful, too. In fact, this appetizer could easily feed two people. The brandy mustard creme sauce was the pinnacle of flavor that made this dish stand out! So glad this selection came with a nice slice of bread to soak up that sauce. For the main course, my friend ordered the lamb shank (which fell off the bone; the cumin tomato sauce gave it a nice kick) and I ordered the beef bourguignon (which was absolutely delicious). We shared our entrees and exclaimed how perfect both dishes were. Each entree was also accompanied by tasty root vegetables and mashed potatoes. We were both pretty full before the dessert came out, but we heard so many people compliment the key lime pie, we had to select it. It was one of the best key lime pies we both have tasted, tart and sweet in a perfect combination. The cookie on top was a nice touch, also. Not to be forgotten, we both ordered The Martini Triangle for our drink selection. It consisted of three miniature gin martinis, each with its own distinctive craft style. The trio included a citrus-forward item, a lavender infused selection and salty pickle brine component that to both of our surprise was really quite good as well as interesting. We left Bites and Bubbles in perfect contentment. Bubbles once again met us at the door, inquired on how the evening went and was the perfect host. We thanked him and Jeff for such an incredible evening and told him we look forward to seeing them again. There are ten more days of Magical Dining to truly experience a magical event, and I highly recommend you make a reservation to acquaint yourself to this dining achievement.
When the Magical Dining menus came out this past summer, I vetted every single one of them, and Bites & Bubbles easily was in the top six of menus. I had never been before, so I was doubley excited about finally getting to check the place out. Ambiance was very nice. I strode past the cozy, intimate dining room, and went up the stairs to a snazzy little rooftop dining patio. Tables spaced apart to give you plenty of privacy, a nice view out over the Mills 50 area, and a large covered roof to shield you from sun and rain. I really enjoyed the ambiance. Service was excellent. Our guy was incredibly attentive, checked in after we had a few bites, kept the drinks coming, just awesome service. No issues there. Now for the food. The menu looked like a banger, and it Was a banger. Apps Fried Goat Cheese (panko and almond crusted goat cheese, roasted tomatoes, fruit salsa, warm bread). Breading around the goat was impeccable with a very satisfying crunch. The roasted tomato goo on top was very acidic to balance out the very tangy goat. Perfectly paired. Very refined app. Big fan. Escargot (escargot, brandy mustard crème sauce, garlic. escargot... our way). Hands down the most snails I have ever seen in an escargot dish. Very generous! The creme sauce was wonderfully garlicky and was excellent to sop up with the bread on the table. The decorative shells were also a really fun way to eat with your eyes first. Mains Seafood Diablo (homemade squid ink pappardelle pasta, shrimp, bay scallops, mussels, spicy tomato garlic sauce, bread). Wow, these were some wide noodles! At least an inch wide. Very fun. Huge shrimp were cooked well, plentiful bay scallops, well cooked mussels, and a bonus clam I wasn't expecting. The sauce was zingy, but not too spicy, just delicious, so don't worry, if you're afraid of spicy. Duck Confit (confit duck leg & thigh, country stuffing, duck gravy, mashed potatoes, cranberry relish). Thanksgiving dinner, but with a major upgrade at the protein position. Fall off the bone duck, chunky, flavorful stuffing, great mash, and a just-sweet-enough relish to really make this plate pure nostalgia. Desserts Key Lime Pie (traditional key lime pie, whipped cream). A great KLP. Not too tart, and not too sweet, so I suspect that real Key Limes were used. A nice little crust with some bite. A real winner. Tiramisu (espresso lady fingers, sweet & creamy mascarpone, cocoa powder). This was mostly good. The lady fingers were soaked to the point where they were just too soft to barely notice. Sweetness and cocoa powered flavors. Good, not excellent, but probably still way better than the generic fudge cake. Overall, this was my second Magical Dining restaurant of the season, and it is so far winning the competition for best meal. I was really surprised, and I will be coming back for more!
Pros: Bites & Bubbles participated in Magical Dining Month this year, and I love that. I always go to as many participating restaurants as I can, to support those to support our city. Ambiance was gorgeous. We sat on the roof, overlooking Mills 50 on a gorgeous summer night. Very comfortable chairs, too. Service was perfect. He was very attentive and kept the drinks coming. The food also came out at a steady pace. Food was amazing. Six stars. Everything was cooked well, the portions were hearty, and the items were unique. Cons: Not a single con. All the wasted years beforehand of not coming here is the only con I can see. Tips: Get the Magical Dining. Get the goat cheese, the duck leg, and the Key lime pie. Amazing, amazing dishes.
Bites and Bubbles delighted me more than soap bubbles could. For my birthday, I decided I wanted to have dinner at a nice rooftop bar that wasn't going to cost me an arm and a leg and not taste good. I've heard plenty about them from Magical Dining, Visit Orlando, publications, and more. They have quite the reputation. We got there around 7:00 PM. They weren't overly busy on a Friday night but the host immediately welcomed us in and was very charismatic. They indulged my request for a table on the roof, which was really nice for pictures. The waiter was friendly and my partner enjoyed his banter. The rooftop over looks Mills Ave and a little park below the restaurant. To start, I got the Rosie Cheeks, which is a made with Empress Gin, rose simple syrup, fresh squeezed lemon, and house bubbles. He got a mocktail which was very good and nice for those who aren't drinking. Rosie Cheeks gets a 10/10 for being sweet but not overly so and well balanced. For main course, we got the alligator andouille sausage and shrimp in a cajun cream sauce pasta. This was a 10/10. it was so good and filling. I was surprised by the spicy kick it had and that alligator sausage is pretty good. We also got the crab cake served on mash potato and sauce. This was my favorite dish of the night and made me audibly react and gets a 100/10. I did order fries as a side. The fries were wedges in a spiral shape, but didn't overly impress. They got a 8/10. I ended the night with an espresso martini, no birthday song being sang to me. The espresso martini was delicious and a bit strong. I don't know what tequila the bartender put in it, but it did kinda knock me off my seat. It gets a 9/10. The meal cost about $120, not including tip. It definitely is a treat or a special occasion. However, the food was so good and the service was so nice that I really enjoyed it and would come back for another special occasion in the future. Overall rating is a 9/10.
One word: wow. We had a wow-worthy dinner at Bites and Bubbles. We came for Magical Dining, shared a reasonably priced bottle of cabernet, and enjoyed a delicious meal on their spacious covered outdoor patio. I started with the escargot, but this was no ordinary preparation. It came smothered in a creamy mustard sauce and the portion was absolutely generous. For dinner, I chose the duck confit. The meat slid right off the bone and reminded me of a Thanksgiving feast, only elevated to something far more refined. It was served with mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, and cranberry sauce. I will be thinking about that dish for a long time. To finish, I had the chocolate cake. Two slices, a cherry on top, and just the right amount of indulgence to complete the evening. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the night. Do yourself a favor and go. You will have a wonderful evening filled with wonderful food and great service.
Wow, considering the season Bites & Bubbles certainly impresses. From the moment we walked in, the decor and even the food was Halloween/Fall themed. We sat on the 2nd floor which is entirely outside and lucky for us it did not rain. The Magical Dining menu was amazing: Escargot - unique take with savory sauce and scrumptious bread to pair. Fried Goat Cheese - cool presentation with really tasty fruit salsa. The goat cheese was rich with flavor. Lamb shank - lamb that melted off the bone paired with a very classic fall themed carrots and green beans + delicious mashed potatoes. Duck Confit - reminded me of Thanksgiving meals with the country stuffing, duck gravy, cranberry relish. Tiramisu - very good mascarpone Chocolate Fudge Cake - definitely recommend this it was huge. The double layer cake was paired with a very candy corn on the side and a "bloody" sauce. Very delish! The service was amazing, super attentive. The pacing of the food was also great.
I visited Bites & Bubbles during Magical Dining with a friend, and overall it was a very different and interesting experience. We made reservations, so seating was quick with no wait. Parking is in a nearby garage, just a short walk away, which was convenient. We sat at a high-top indoors, though the restaurant also offers outdoor seating. The atmosphere felt relaxed, more catered to an older crowd, with a laid-back vibe. We started with cocktails I had the BB OnlyFans and my friend had the Mai Tai in Paradise. Both drinks were excellent: creative, well-balanced, and enjoyable. For an appetizer, we tried the smoked fish dip, but it lacked flavor and didn't stand out. For entrées, my friend ordered the Seafood Diablo and I went with the Beef Bourguignon. Both dishes were unique but fell a bit short on flavor and presentation more of an "experience" than a memorable meal. Dessert was the highlight of the evening. The Key Lime Pie and Chocolate Fudge Cake were both solid choices and a nice way to end on a sweet note. Overall, Bites & Bubbles offered a unique dining experience with great cocktails and desserts, but the main courses didn't quite meet expectations.

Seated at a great table on the rooftop. We had dinner elsewhere and were just here for drinks and dessert. The moscato rose was so good. I got the blueberry cheesecake and it was delicious. The lemon sorbet was also surprisingly unique and delicious. Our server seemed to always be at our table side to top off our glasses and take care of our every need and yet was also somehow the bartender. He was truly amazing. Looking forward to coming back and trying more things. read more

Bites & Bubbles may just be my new favorite spot. From the service to the ambiance to the bites and bubbles themselves, everything is spot on! I especially enjoyed the olive tapenade, deviled eggs, and brie which sits atop a slice of banana bread -- it may sound weird but please trust me, it's an absolutely delicious pairing! read more

Bites and Bubbles!!! The blowout Magical dining fest . We finally made it 'home' to experience the most amazing magical dining experience. We had to wait until their last night so 4 of our friends could join us and it was SO worth the wait. It was a full house there last night. The first thing we ordered from Paulina were the festive cocktails - one pumpkin and one chocolate espresso. They were delicious and not too sweet. We started out with two specials not on Magical Dining. First, Eddie's stunning and wildly delicious Halloween cheese platter - one of his specials for the season. Holy Moses - it's perfect for a larger party and everyone tried it and raved about how wonderful the cheeses were (even those that don't typically eat cheese!). There were the most incredible cheeses, breads, sweet breads, crackers, beans, cheese dips, spreads, nuts, peppers, fruits and even cookies and sweets. Eddie loves Peeps! Then, we had his Halloween tapenade in the most beautiful bat tray. The table loved it. Now, the magical dining - we tried just about everything and several items we had before, so they were already on my list. The portions were massive and we all had the opportunity to take lots home to enjoy again. We had the fish dip - a favorite of mine, the escargot - a favorite of my husband's and the fried goat cheese - which my friend absolutely loved. Then, for the main dish, I had the tuna stack which I was excited to have again and it was just as incredible as I remembered. The rest of the table had the short ribs - another fave of ours. We had each dessert and again, perfection. The cute decorations and Halloween touches on the dishes were unique and fun! Jill was our server and was absolutely wonderful. We LOVE the staff there and are excited about their frequent dining program too! One set of friends drove an hour and were thrilled they made the trek and another friend said she wished she had tried it before now. My husband and I came here for magical dining and it was outstanding! The seating inside of the restaurant is pretty limited with only a few tables and bar seating, but they do also have outdoor seating and rooftop seating when open. They had some festive decorations out for Halloween and incorporated into their desserts as well that I thought was a fun touch. Service was good, not amazing but the staff worked well together. My husband waited a while for his beer which was weird because my cocktail came out much quicker. We also must have chosen a bad spot inside because the AC kept dripping on my husband (so don't sit at the table closest to the entrance inside). But our server was friendly and our food came out quickly. I totally ventured out of my comfort zone and ordered an appetizer and entree that I wouldn't normally pick off the regular menu and I was not disappointed! I had the escargot and my husband had the fish dip for appetizers and they were both delicious. The sauce that the escargot was served in was phenomenal and the perfect dipping sauce with the bread. The fish dip may be the best I've ever had with the perfect blend of jalapeños. For entrees, I had the braised short rib and my husband had the lamb shank. They were both cooked in the same sauce and served with mashed potatoes. Both meals were delicious and gave off the feel of a stew like dinner. For dessert, we had the brownie and ice cream and tiramisu and they were both amazing. My only wish is that we had asked the server to wait a little bit before bringing it out because I was so stuffed from dinner. They have a great assortment of cocktails here that they recommend pairing with certain dishes too. read more

Bites and Bubbles is the perfect restaurant for date night or catching up with friends! They have a really diverse menu with something for everyone. My friend and I were seated right away at the bar. There's plenty of room at the bar and they have purse hooks. My only complaint is that the bar seats are a little low. We ended up doing the bite30 menu, which had three appetizer options, three entree options and a lot of dessert options. We ordered the pimento cheese and goat cheese for appetizers. The goat cheese was incredibly tasty and it had a nice jam on the side. The pimento was good, but it didn't stand out from store-bought pimento. For entrees, I ordered the pizza and my friend ordered the tuna. The pizza comes with pepperoni, which I'm allergic to. The bartender wasn't sure if it could be removed, but they were able to remove it. The pizza wasn't anything special. The sauce was a little too sweet for my liking, but considering we were limited to the bite30 menu, I was happy with my choice. The presentation of the tuna was beautiful, but there was too much rice. For dessert, we ordered the brownie and the orange cake. The brownie was rich and perfect for sharing. The orange cake was moist, but I'm not a big fan of orange desserts so I wouldn't order again. Aside from the food, it's a very nice restaurant, but it is a little loud. I'll definitely be back to try other menu items! read more
I've been to Bites and Bubbles before but this was my first time for dinner and it was very enjoyable. They have a great patio as well as the rooftop which is perfect for when the weather is nice, and it was decorated beautifully for Christmas which was a plus. For starters we tried the potatoes with raclette cheese and the escargot as recommended by our waiter. The mustard sauce on the escargot was delicious and unique for the dish. It's hard to go wrong with potatoes and cheese so it tasted good but I'd say overall that dish was pretty average. For dinner I had the sea bass which was cooked beautifully, perfectly crispy on the outside and moist and flaky on the inside. The beurre blanc sauce on it was also amazing. My boyfriend had the beef tenderloin which was also delicious and cooked perfectly. I like the concept of the menu changing daily so I would definitely come back in the future to try more. read more

Bites & Bubbles is a beautiful place. I realized once i arrived this was where the old cigar bar used to be. I made reservations for 7pm for the rooftop because I was taking a friend for her birthday. We had a 9 month old baby with us & the hostess said we could not sit up top because they do not seat anyone under 5 on the rooftop. We were ok with that ( I didn't see that when making the reservations but maybe I overlooked it) . She looked puzzled after telling us this so I wasn't sure if that meant we couldn't eat . So i asked , what was next ? she then proceeds to tell us she'll find a place for us on the outside patio. She finally seats us and says she'll move us if it rains ( it was raining on and off that day) , we then asked to just move us because we didn't want to start eating and have to move AGAIN . She then goes in to talk to someone and finally placed us at a bigger table near the door . Since we had a baby with us I'm assuming that they don't have babies at this restaurant normally because of the awkward stares & confusion about seating us & even after we sat down. The birthday girl ordered the Roasted Chicken which she really enjoyed the mashed potatoes had an apple gravy that both her & the baby both enjoyed. I wasn't super hungry so I ordered the fried goat cheese, which was delicious. It was Panko & Almond crusted goat cheese, roasted tomatoes,fruit salsa and warm bread. It was filling enough and for my drink I ordered a Love you a latte , which is basically an espresso martini & it was very good. We ended up asking for a extra spoon and they would sit it on the table so of course we would ask for another because of them sitting it on the bare table. This happened twice. I just added it to the slight awkwardness of the evening. Our waiter was nice & Overall we had a good time. Later in the evening other guests came over to compliment how quiet the baby was the entire dinner. ( which we later said maybe that's why ppl kept staring ) We will definitely come back and try some other menu items & maybe next time grab a spot on the rooftop. read more

This place was amazing. The food looked great and tasted even better. The escargot was delicious with that sauce and there was plenty of it. The bread went perfectly to soak up any extra sauce. I almost wish it was a soup it was that good. The beef rib was very tender and delicious. It went amazingly well with the potatoes, fried onions, and sauce. Probably, the best meal I've had in a while. I didn't have reservations, but my party ended up sitting outside on the roof patio. The weather was great, the shade was perfect, and the ambiance was romantic. The servers were friendly and courteous. This place earned all five stars. I will definitely be coming back here. read more

I am so glad I finally made it out to Bites & Bubbles! This restaurant is located off of Mills and has an older elegance there of vibe but still casual. You have the option to either sit inside or outside on the first floor or the rooftop patio. I opted for inside this time, as we weee expecting rain, but I bet you the rooftop is a whole separate experience while dining! The restaurant wasn't very busy when we initially were seated, but it started to fill up as dinner continued. Our server walked us through the menu and explained how the prices reflected an automatic discount if you pay in cash instead of card. You get to see the final difference once you get your check at the end, but we ended up paying cash as we saw that ahead of time on their website. Now onto the important stuff...the food! One of the things that drew me to this place is that they have a duck fat infused burger. How can you go wrong with that?? Out of everything the was tried, I'd highly recommend the Chef's Burger, as it was so juicy, tender, and done before we knew it! The fries are separate from the burger but they're the crispy fries so they're worth the add on! The Pinsa Pizza I'm guessing is one of the menu items that will change daily since the menu says "server read off toppings" but today it had pepperoni and sausage on it. There was just enough cheese and meat on it, and the crust wasn't too soft, and had a nice stable bottom to it. The appetizers were also a hit for me! Deviled eggs weee on point and I thought it was so show they decided to serve them so you can get all the flavors in one bite. The lobster bisque soup was nice and rich as well! I tried a sip before and after mixing in the butter, but of course butter makes everything better! I impressed with this place, and finally understand why it gets the hype that it does! Bites & Bubbles was a perfect spot for a happy hour with great cocktails & photo worthy charcuterie boards. My friends & I sat on the balcony and it was so pretty outside with great views. I got the espresso martini which was great! My friends tried some of the other cocktails and we all really liked what we ordered. We all shared a build your own charcuterie board. We were not sure which meats / cheeses paired best and our waiter was great to help us decide. I truly liked all our sections but prosciutto and any soft/creamy cheese pairing is always my favorite. I also like that they had a variety of different crackers and bread to have with it. It is a little pricey but not too bad if you share and just the vibe here is super fun. Great for a girls night or date night. I hear they have a great brunch which is what I would like to come back to try next! read more
Food - AVERAGE for the appetizers AWFUL as for my chef's burger that looked good but was rare/ undercooked, told the server and he just looked down and nodded. Service - BAD: server did not ask how we wanted our burgers & I ended up with a medium rare burger. He did not offer to replace the under cooked burger or even apologize; did not refill water nor did he take away plates we were done with. Also the hostess looked disappointed when we walked in. Ambiance - NICE, classy decor inside/downstairs, relaxed at rooftop (it was hot & the fan was off until we were about to leave) casual at outdoor patio. Drinks - colorful & tasteful Thumbs down for this experience, still tipped the server but he definitely NEEDS training ! read more

Had a really nice dinner with friends. Bites and Bubbles had a rotating entree menu so sadly I am not sure if ill be able to get the Mahi Mahi again but it was delicious. Drinks were good too! We sat outside and still had great service. read more
Wow!! I think this is my new favorite place to eat. The food, ambiance and service were all EXCELLENT! We stumbled across this place when we were in the Mills Park area, it's a hidden gem. Tom our server was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and made the whole experience spectacular. We ordered the fish dip, Gouda cheese platter, lobster sliders and the ahi tuna tostada, all were excellent and they came with pickled vegetables which o couldn't stop eating. Everything was seasoned well and had great flavors. If you haven't tried this place yet, you have to check it out. Reservations are not required on weekends but recommended. If you're looking for a place to host a party, this may be your place. They offer indoor, outdoor and rooftop seating with great views. Definitely worth checking out. read more

Visited for Sunday Brunch. Only reservation that was available was covered patio, and lucky weather cooperated. I enjoyed the Burrata, which anytime I see on a menu is usually my first choice. This did not disappoint, just wish I would have had bread to eat with it. Flavors were great, and portion was just enough before our matinee. I took advantage of garage parking, this plaza can be busy. read more
We had been wanting to try this place for a long time so we decided to take advantage of Bite30 so we could get a prefix menu for 35$. We made reservations and opted to sit roof top with was really really nice even for July in Florida. It's shaded and the sun was setting so it wasn't warm at all. We opted to try the deviled eggs (amazing) and warm brie to start. The warm brie was a tad too sweet for me but very good. Then, the fried goat cheese for course one. The best fried goat cheese I've ever had. Will be back just for this. For course two, I got the tuna tostada and my husband got the burger. Both wonderful - but I think the tuna was better. For dessert - the chocolate lava cake. All said and done, anazing meal. read more

My husband and I had a date night at Bites and Bubbles this past Saturday and we had a fantastic time. We had never eaten at Bites and Bubbles before, we initially heard about the restaurant on the Magical Dining website. The restaurant has a gorgeous open to air upstairs seating area. We did not eat there this visit, but I think we will make sure we have a reservation there next time. The restaurant décor was classy and sheek. The servers were friendly, fast, and available just the right amount. We ate from the Magical Dining menu which included an appetizer, entrée, and dessert and $40. We also got a bottle of sparkling water and a bottle of non-alcoholic wine, which was delicious. It wasn't overly dry or oaky, but also wasn't overly sweet. I started with the fried goat cheese appetizer and my husband got the escargot. I was really surprised at how perfectly the warm fruit salad paired with the goat cheese and crusty bread that it was served on. We also both really enjoyed the escargot which were tender, flavorful, and were a good-sized portion. For entrees my husband got beef bourgignon and I ordered the chicken paillard. The chicken was perfectly crispy outside and tender inside with a grilled lemon half and a yummy sauce, but for me the star of the show was the salad that came with it. It was arugula, tomatoes, peas, and a perfect lemon vinaigrette. My husband's entrée was good, but I'm not much for red sauces. The mashed potatoes with it were delicious! For dessert I got the chocolate lava cake and my husband got the key lime pie. Both desserts were dressed with Halloween themed extras that were really fun. The key lime pie was perfectly creamy and a great balance of sweet and tart. The lava cake was warm, fluffy, and just the right sweetness. We're excited about coming back and trying more items here. We came here around 6pm on a Saturday for Magical Dining. You're lucky because there was no wait and we got a table on the rooftop. The weather was perfect and with a breeze and with the music it felt like we were not far from the beach. My husband and I both did the magical dining menu ($40). I felt like it was definitely a great value. Especially with the size portions that we got. I could barely finish my food. The escargot ($24) had a really nice sauce with it. The bread was perfect for dipping. It was soft but still had the crispy crust. The lamb shank ($39) came in a tomato sauce, and mashed potatoes underneath were fluffy and delicious. The key lime pie ($12) definitely had the lime taste to it. The cookie that came with it went really well, same with the strawberry popping pearls. The service was quick and we were done pretty quickly. The server answered all of my questions and gave a couple recommendations. Overall I can't wait to come back here and I'm glad I decided to try it. Hearing so much from other locals I'm glad I gave Bites and Bubbles a try. read more

What a fun little spot! The service was great, we had a trainee and a regular server who were both very attentive. I loved the Christmas theme, it felt so warm and fun. The cheeses I had were INCREDIBLE. I loved the selection and enjoyed the drinks even more! Highly recommend checking this place out. read more

Bites & Bubbles is the perfect spot to vibe with friends and share some great plates while sipping on something awesome. We experienced great service and loved the atmosphere. The wine and beverage list is stacked so you'll need some time to make your selections. We appreciated the servers frequent checks ins as we opted to order items in piecemeal. We started with some drinks and cheeses before moving on to more substantial food. Side note-the butternut squash soup w creme fraiche was AMAZING! Definitely coming back. This is definitely a solid spot. Note that street parking is at a minimum so plan to valet. It's complimentary! read more
Went to Bites and Bubbled to try the Magical Dining menu and had a good time. The service was great from the moment i walked through the door. The restaurant inside is very cozy and perfect for a date night. Now, what I ordered: I picked the fried goatcheese - INCREDIBLE! My favorite dish of the night The tuna stack - was good, wish they would provide extra soy sauce but overall a good dish Tiramisu - not my favorite, ive had better tiramisus but still edible Overall it was a great experience. read more
Fairly new restaurant, went with a group of friends. Not too many tables so suggest to make a reservation. It is definitely another tapas place. Portion are good so was thankful for that. The watermelon salad was delicious. I'm not a big salad person but ate everything. The watermelon vinegratte was superb. The avocado tuna was ok. It was served on top of a alice of tomato, seaweed salad (bit too much), avocado mouse and the tuna on top. Would have preferred more tuna and less seaweed salad but overall was taste. Friday night dinner for Magical Dining in September was why we went to this restaurant. Located near downtown Orlando parking was a little hard to find so we had to park in front of the other stores around there a walk. We decided to sit up top the roof which was a first for me. The food was delicious, escargot was a good portion, short ribs were good as well as the dessert. The only thing is that between our appetizers and entree we waited over 1/2 an hour. I understand it was due to Friday night and everyone was out but that was my only issue. Otherwise it was a good experience. read more

I recently ate here since Bites & Bubbles are participating in the Bite30 Restaurants with a special $33 menu for appetizer, entree and dessert for a limited time. First of all, the restaurant is very, well, cute. There is a large outdoor dining area with lights and fans, a rooftop area that is covered, and then a small indoor area which includes a bar. Reservations really are a must, especially during inclement weather. I chose indoors since you never know if/when it will rain in Florida. Note: the menu here is seasonal and they use fresh ingredients so they do make frequent menu changes depending on what ingredients they have. Service was great and the portions were ridiculously huge. My dining companion got the wedge salad as an appetizer and it was HALF a head of lettuce. My Strawberries and Creme (Brie cheese is the creme) appetizer was also plenty for two or three people. For an entree "Large Bites" I got the Beef Bourguignon, served hot and hearty. Lots of tender meat served with a side of cooked carrots. Very flavorful. And the desserts? Also insanely large. My Bananas Foster was fantastic and the chocolate cake was rich and moist. One of my dining companions went off menu (the Bite30 one) and got the Cold Buttered Rum which is butter pecan ice cream, mixed with rum, and served in a copper mug. He said it was delicious and he wasn't sure how they were able to mix the rum so smoothly into the ice cream. read more

First and foremost - please support small businesses such as this. They are what makes our little bubble in Orlando so amazing. I have visited this establishment a handful of times, but my review will reflect the most recent visit. We arrived Friday eventing, and we were lucky enough to snag bar seating. Service was prompt and helpful. We started out with some cocktails - the day spa and a Negroni. Food wise - we ordered the salmon dip, fried goat cheese, and the escargot. The salmon dip was good, but I felt like it was missing something. I loved the fried goat cheese. It was well balanced, and honestly I could eat it straight up. The shining star of the night was the escargot. The flavor was phenomenal, and it wasn't over cooked at all. My partner and I joked about how we could drink the sauce. Desert wise - I opted for the 20 year port. I was in between two, but they generously offered a tasting of the two I was looking at in hopes of narrowing it down. Food presentation was great, service was well above average, food quality was 10/10. I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you're around town. read more

We chose to do the bite30 menu and enjoyed the fried goat cheese, duck fat burger and fries, chocolate lava cake and the strawberry shortcake. (I didn't realize when they ask if you want fries with your burger that you'll have to pay extra for them, so keep that in mind) The fried goat cheese appetizer was my favorite dish of the night, all the flavors paired so well together. The duck fat burger was also good, definitely filling with 2 patties. I didn't care for the fries, they weren't bad I just don't love gigantic thick fries like that. Both desserts were extremely good, especially the strawberry shortcake. Overall, I'd return if they had another promotion, I don't think I'd return and pay full price. read more
Had a very enjoyable meal for Magical Dining. Started with the Avocado Tuna Tartare, which was a wonderful blend of flavors and had a plenty of tuna. For the entree I had the duck confit with dressing and mashed potatoes. The dressing had just the right amount of sage with an orange infused dressing. Caviar and drinks were excellent as was the foie gras and the snails. Skip the mussels. Specify if you want to sit indoors on your resi as they tried to sit me outside in this heat which was unacceptable even though they were not busy. Drinks were good. What a great date night! We made a reservation ahead of time for a rooftop table. So glad we made the reservation because it was very busy. The drinks were awesome and food was flavorful. I was surprised at the honey salted glaze on the pretzel. It was different, but not in a bad way. The place has a romantic vibe but also lively for a nice hang out with friends. The view on the rooftop was so nice at sunset. From the front door we felt welcomed and everyone had such a great attitude. The service was prompt, never had to ask for more water, our waitress was attentive (even though she had multiple tables). We will be back and enjoyed how friendly the staff was. read more

I went to have the burger for Orlando burger week. This was my first time there and I need to go back. First this place is a greasy date night idea especially on the roof top area. The service is amazing, even one of the owners came to greet us. The menu is so good, I wed to come back and try other options. I had the duck fat infused chefs burger and it was so good. Decided to dine here for Bite 30 and it was so worth it! Our server was very informative about the menu and giving us good recommendations. The overall ambiance was very nice and cozy, be sure to check out upstairs :) For drinks, we started off with a fruity sangria, recommended by our server. Although it was such a huge portion, it was sweet and delicious! For starters, we got escargots and the fried goat cheese. Although the escargot was in a salty sauce, the bread helped offset the saltiness. The fried goat cheese paired very nicely with the fruit salsa. For the star of the show, I got the duck fat burger. The patty was incredibly juicy and cooked to perfection. I think what made the burger special was the house sauce. It was tangy and complimented the dish well. Of course I had to have a side of pickle too! I still think about that burger till this day, because of how yummy it was. To end the night of, I got chocolate lava cake. I love pairing hot and cold dessert together and this lava cake was extra chocolatey. Overall, the first and definitely not my last visit at bites and bubbles! I cannot say enough good things about this place! Def make a reservation if you want to sit inside, when we went there were plenty of open seats on the upstairs patio which was tolerable with misting and fans which they had. The service was impeccable, Shane our waiter was attentive, offered great suggestions and put up with us moving several times to escape the Florida showers. Also, just look at the food, it speaks for itself! read more

I was concerned that it would end up closing due to operations similar to the Funky Monkey but was surprised at how well the restaurant is doing.
May give this one a try soon, how does it compare to the owners prior joint, The Funky Monkey?
its small and personal like before but very updated. It has a great bar now that runs the length of the room. The menu is great.
